    Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

    @bt_uk I am exhausted at attempting to get signal in a small house to reach every room. After having problems with disc, the replacement doesn't want to work either. Aaaaaargh! From reading forums I am not the only one! #BT you are letting me down.....

    @allssfc72 @bt_uk I had terrible trouble getting them to sort out my house move a few years ago. Terrible service and, ironically, I remember them cutting me off mid phone call trying to sort 🙄🤣

    @bt_uk I love how BT Sport on a BT Tv box over BT broadband is absolutely unwatchable. Such a poor service. Skips, pauses, quality drops.

    @bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

    @bt_uk Yep. Reset the adapters, reset the box. This only happens with BT Sport, no other channels have the issue.

    @bt_uk That's funny I had good WiFi in every room when I last changed my contract a year ago then it declined now you can't cure my issues but you can guarantee WiFi in every room if I pay more money for something I've already had! #BroadbandThrottling #BT

    @bt_uk used to be a customer. I left as you have a good broadband service but a terrible customer service telephone line. Was told I was eligible for a broadband deal today. Went to sign up online and the deal is not available to me.

    @bt_uk @RamblingSailor Hey BT, email rules would be a good help - let us decide what to send to the bin automatically. Like Mark, Everyone with a bt email address seems to be getting these & the address is spoofed, so no point blocking the sender. reporting as phishing isn't any help.

    So @bt_uk broadband has been down since 4 o’clock and they are saying that I won’t have any service till 7th or December. The mediocre apology and the promise of a refund for the days without internet is diabolical.

    @btbusinesscare I’ve sent DM’s till I’m blue in the face. Spent hours on the phone to BT and nothing has happened. Neighbours with serious health issues who can’t call out for help as no phones or broadband. It’s utterly ridiculous.

    @bt_uk All the tracker says it’s at Yorkshire dc, which is nowhere near us. Think it’s pretty poor that they only received it from yourselves yesterday and is cutting it very fine for a smooth changeover of provider
