    @bt_uk Yep. Reset the adapters, reset the box. This only happens with BT Sport, no other channels have the issue.

    @bt_uk That's funny I had good WiFi in every room when I last changed my contract a year ago then it declined now you can't cure my issues but you can guarantee WiFi in every room if I pay more money for something I've already had! #BroadbandThrottling #BT

    @bt_uk mother in laws phone has had an outage now for 6 days she’s 88 and vulnerable we keep reporting fault but BT do nothing and now there’s a fault on the fault reporting line, you couldn’t make it up! Get a grip BT

    @bt_uk I love how BT Sport on a BT Tv box over BT broadband is absolutely unwatchable. Such a poor service. Skips, pauses, quality drops.

    @bt_uk I am exhausted at attempting to get signal in a small house to reach every room. After having problems with disc, the replacement doesn't want to work either. Aaaaaargh! From reading forums I am not the only one! #BT you are letting me down.....

    @bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance

    Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

    Dear @btsport commentary team. One team has cost over £330m the other has not really cost anything because the delta between sales and purchases means that the Swans team are in a deficit on spend of tens of millions. Do you do any pre match due diligence or just talk crap?

    Starting to get really hacked off with @bt_uk now how hard can it be to upgrade from fibre 1 to fibre 2 Allegedly all you need to do is flick a switch? . So why have i waited nearly 2wks ?Then you cancel my order, place another order, promise me it will be on in next 48 hrs? 🤬

    @Jobbie1874 @bt_uk @skytv My internet is fine, but man it's time to cut the cord with TV. Verizon Fios finally hit the wall. They refuse to give me a good deal, so I'm bailing. Not how they should treat longtime customers.

    @bt_uk No issues as now with Sky. Great service - up & running today. Despite BT wrongly cutting the service without notice or explanation also got a bill for terminating early which is staggering as it was BT that terminated. Will be raising complaint & copying regulators.

    @LazerSpart @GAMEdigital The best place to sell this is BT by far. Already had 2 major sell outs and every other retailers ruined it for everyone. Bt introduced a code per customer solved all the problems. The que was genuine customers of bt @bt_uk

    No one from @btshopuk are responding to my emails @bt_uk @BTGroup - all phone lines are closed for BT shop, including the online chat service and getting no response from their dedicated email. No one seems able to help me or provide me any answers relating to my PS5 order.
