  • Mark__Eadie Dalriada (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, England

@bt_uk Long litany of failures, broken promises, endless calls with call centres. Ditched you for @skytv who are almost as bad. All big corporations are just dreadful these days though. Chasing the lowest cost possible. It’s not just you though. I despise most of them now.

  • Mark__Eadie Dalriada (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, England

I actually wonder if the directors of these shitfest companies actually know how truly dreadful it is to be a customer? I’m once wrote a 5 page letter and posted it to the Chairman of @bt_uk. I explained exactly what it was like.

  • MichaelSteele18 Michael Steele (@MichaelSteele18) reported from Fareham, England

@bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

  • MorganMarkF Mark M (@MorganMarkF) reported from Winchester, England

@JohnLewisRetail @bt_uk get your acts together. Disabled brothers broadband and phone ordered fir 20th Oct to go live, today 9th Nov still not working. 21st Central and your service is rubbish.

  • hampshirebus CJ (@hampshirebus) reported from Southampton, England

@bt_uk Hi. I had btsport 3 on my phone but it 'stuttered' for a bit. However, all now seems ok. I was on webchat & chat person said had many complaints re same issue.

  • RevMthrSamantha Rev/Mthr Samantha Martell SCP (@RevMthrSamantha) reported from Gosport, England

HOW are @bt_uk SO incompeptent?! Phone line is broken at the exchange and they offer no solution. We have no way for vulnerable parishioners to contact us!!

  • AndrewJPowell Andrew J Powell (@AndrewJPowell) reported from Medstead, England

Dear @btsport commentary team. One team has cost over £330m the other has not really cost anything because the delta between sales and purchases means that the Swans team are in a deficit on spend of tens of millions. Do you do any pre match due diligence or just talk crap?

  • ThePepperPotUK Judith 💙 (@ThePepperPotUK) reported from Winchester, England

@BTCare VERY disappointed that as an existing customer of yours I can not take advantage of @discounts_mod BT offers you have. This stipulation does not appear to be listed on the T’s & C’s. #Veteran #badservice

  • hampshirebus CJ (@hampshirebus) reported from Southampton, England

@Jayne_1966 @btsport Ah I tried phone earlier for Man U & it went wonky. I put it down to iffy kitchen wifi but now I realise it was not that

  • aidanrudd Saint Aidan (@aidanrudd) reported from Locks Heath, England

@bt_uk Please can you let me know how I can get a 2nd disk for whole house WiFi? Current WiFi is intermittent & causing video call problems. Thanks

  • JackridRob Rob Jack (@JackridRob) reported from Eastleigh, England

@bt_uk I am exhausted at attempting to get signal in a small house to reach every room. After having problems with disc, the replacement doesn't want to work either. Aaaaaargh! From reading forums I am not the only one! #BT you are letting me down.....

  • sainty76 Guy Perry (@sainty76) reported from Ropley, England

@bt_uk mother in laws phone has had an outage now for 6 days she’s 88 and vulnerable we keep reporting fault but BT do nothing and now there’s a fault on the fault reporting line, you couldn’t make it up! Get a grip BT

  • MPowell_1991 Michael Powell (@MPowell_1991) reported from Fareham, England

All this "apologising for bad language" is unnecessary from the commentators. There's no fans in the stands. It's nothing that kids haven't heard in the school playground before. Honestly, why is society full of so many snowflakes? #ARSBUR #btsport @btsport #PremierLeague

  • jaystocky Jamie (@jaystocky) reported from Southampton, England

@bt_uk @ThemeParkFreak_ Your infrastructure is ****, get on the fibre trend or go away

  • ChrisGreenCG Chris Green (@ChrisGreenCG) reported from Portsmouth, England

@bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

  • JackridRob Rob Jack (@JackridRob) reported from Eastleigh, England

@bt_uk That's funny I had good WiFi in every room when I last changed my contract a year ago then it declined now you can't cure my issues but you can guarantee WiFi in every room if I pay more money for something I've already had! #BroadbandThrottling #BT

  • ameliajoyclark AJC 🌸 (@ameliajoyclark) reported from Southampton, England

@bt_uk We had our router replaced a month or 2 ago as our internet was cutting out 20 times a day. We have now had it cut out 10 times in the last 2 days. Why is this happening again?!

  • timpaa Timothy Collinson (@timpaa) reported from Hill Head, England

@bt_uk @AndrewExplainer So let me get this straight, not only providing poor service but denying you're even providing the poor service while the customer is in the middle of it?

  • rahim94 Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, England

@henrylaane @btsport I know the signal comes and goes between WRC feed and the cameras, but they lost the connection to WRC altogether. The screen went red, then just showed the BT Sport logo.

  • Mark__Eadie Mark (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, England

Finally ditching @bt_uk after 6 years. Example: movie we are watching has stalled five times in the last 30 mins. Although got to admit @skytv aren’t covering themselves in glory. But who would be mad enough to believe BT’s ridiculous TV adverts: absolutely **** service.

@MartinSLewis We were with @virginmedia for years. Prices always increasing. Intermittent signal. Farcical customer service. We walked away. Now with @bt_uk Far cheaper. Signal is fine. Good customer support. And flexibility - we got an upgrade last year: paying less but getting more!

  • paulusminimus Paul Gedge (@paulusminimus) reported

@bt_uk Third time in about two weeks our internet's gone down for a protracted period. Seriously?

  • iamamro Amro (@iamamro) reported

@IanMartin @bt_uk You somehow blocked yourself from accessing the Internet. You’ll need the login turn off access control.

@bt_uk my broadband router has rebooted itself 5 times so far today. Is there an issue?

  • reyjoe50_joe Joe reynolds (@reyjoe50_joe) reported

@GaryLineker @btsport Gary, the analysis of Porto's penalty seemed wrong to me. The defender was going towards the ball. The attacker wasn't. In trying to "shield" a ball which wasn't in his possession he caught the defender's leg and fell down.

  • KathyPearson1 Kathy Pearson (@KathyPearson1) reported

@bt_uk Never thought moving my phone and broadband would be so stressful. BT notified on 18/02. Given 3/03 as moving date. That was then changed to 8/03. Phone line done but am still waiting for broadband #poorservice #unacceptable Now looking at 12/03 at the earliest. 😡

  • sadiamaqsood سعدیہ (@sadiamaqsood) reported

@bt_uk I was on phone on Friday 26th for about 3 hours and really pissed I have to call again for this issue. If no one helps me, please note I WILL CANCEL THE DIRECT DEBIT and will write to the ombudsman to lodge a formal complain. I am left with no option.

  • callumLtfc Callum (@callumLtfc) reported

    @DiStefano1410 @GaryLineker @btsport It really wasn't. Awful commentary

  • mcpeake_mark Mark McPeake (@mcpeake_mark) reported

@bt_uk So it's raining and what does that mean? It means a reasonable Internet connection of 35/4.5Mbs with a ping of 18ms drops to 5.7/0.73Mbs with a ping of 515ms. And before you ask, it isn't anything in my house. Same old problem. Go look at the pole connection. It's there!
