@bt_uk Hi no theres no problem with the broadband connection to the house, its just bloody frustrating when your ads say 'why steam like this' when it's exactly how my yv box is streaming as they still don't connect by wifi and have to rely on tp links

@bt_uk trying to move to Openreach and whilst customer service is great as real people -10 different people, across 5 calls, all of an hour long, mostly on hold and then cut off and still no broadband is making me rethink switching. HELP....

@BrambleLulu @bt_uk You'll want @WeAreOpenreach for that - BT Retail don't actually maintain the physical network, that's done by the almost-separate-but-not-quite Openreach... who in fairness last time I reported a similar issue where I lived did come out and sort it a couple days later.
