@jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball. @BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@parkersarms @btbusinesscare I have had this with my childcare business, 100 or more children on any one day and no means of contacting parents/emergency services (yes we have our mobiles but these should be turned off for safeguarding reasons) absolutely no care from BT on 2 or 3 occasions 🫤

So, following @MartinSLewis’s good advice I finally sort my broadband deal. Stayed with @bt_uk but regretting it now. Took day off work for engineer. No one turned up.😡Promised call back didn’t happen. Text says next date mid-May! Terrible service!
