@bt_uk I am exhausted at attempting to get signal in a small house to reach every room. After having problems with disc, the replacement doesn't want to work either. Aaaaaargh! From reading forums I am not the only one! #BT you are letting me down.....

Not gonna lie, @bt_uk really is utter dross. *Every* week we lose of connection. Thank God we are out of contract and can move on. Simply ******* awful company. Don’t bother responding with helpful-sounding tweets. Anyone who chooses you as their provider is insane.

@bt_uk BT U go on about let’s help people reconnect so there not lonely this Christmas! My Disabled Nan has been left with no phone for 11 days now because some reason you’ve cancelled 4 orders. Disgusting service. No communication. U promised it would be connected yesterday. 😡

@bt_uk That's funny I had good WiFi in every room when I last changed my contract a year ago then it declined now you can't cure my issues but you can guarantee WiFi in every room if I pay more money for something I've already had! #BroadbandThrottling #BT

Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

@bt_uk We had our router replaced a month or 2 ago as our internet was cutting out 20 times a day. We have now had it cut out 10 times in the last 2 days. Why is this happening again?!

@bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

@bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

Finally ditching @bt_uk after 6 years. Example: movie we are watching has stalled five times in the last 30 mins. Although got to admit @skytv aren’t covering themselves in glory. But who would be mad enough to believe BT’s ridiculous TV adverts: absolutely **** service.

@heathertweed @bt_uk I've currently only been on the phone to BT for 11 minutes. Chicken feed. This will take at least 35 mins, usually 50 mins. After which they agree an appointment weeks away which then never happens. This will keep happening, you can smell it.

I phoned @bt_uk to stop any additional landline service costs. I ended up being sent another plastic box for my admittedly excellent broadband. More cables & more electrcity usage & for what? I didn't have any broadband issues! 🤔#HybridConnect? #BitOfACon?

@bt_uk I've just cancelled my 700 minutes unlimited package. We don't use the landline much. I accept there is an increase each year, however, this is above the rate of inflation. At the minute rises like this do not help customers already in a difficult position.

@bt_uk BT is the worse possible internet provider in the UK, stay away from this company. They will let you hang in the end. If you don’t want to have a heart attack stay away from this company! I think not having internet will save your life, instead of going through hell with BT!

@bt_uk PS our case is being ‘managed’ unfortunately it’s being ‘managed’ extremely badly and with no resolution in sight. How does it take 50 mins on hold to check a diary… then allow customers to wait in all day 4 times with no information or communication?
