    @allssfc72 @bt_uk I had terrible trouble getting them to sort out my house move a few years ago. Terrible service and, ironically, I remember them cutting me off mid phone call trying to sort 🙄🤣

    @bt_uk Thank you BT - NOT I’ve wasted 30mins trying to sort email on iPhone which I now find is a BTYahoo issue. Why don’t you put an error message on Mybt app - the first place I looked - as well as webpage

    @btsport I keep getting error code LP103 saying I have too many live streams running at the same time when I try to cast from my app to the TV. This is the only stream I have open. Any idea what the problem is here?

    @BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

    @jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball. I’m sorry there’s to many numptys referring with no common sense at all And 80% have never played

    @danidotx @bt_uk Sign up with another, the cancellation is usually sorted by your new ISP as part of the service migration (replaced the old process of getting a MAC from your current provider)

    @bt_uk Hi, my partner just set up a BT package and is now trying to activate his BT ID but it’s saying his DOB is incorrect. He was on hold for quite a long time setting it all up and ideally don’t want to call again, is there anyway we can fix this?
