@bt_uk Thanks for responding. The message simply reads "Something went wrong. Please try again". Tried again and there's now a message that you've(BT) had reports of a problem and are working to establish what's wrong, so guessing there's no quick fix.

@bt_uk See I’ve done that. I click “checkout” at the £15 a month, entered the fact I’m a new customer and my address etc then click continue and it takes me to a page where the lowest option is £32 a month. What am I meant to do?

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!
