@simonread10 @toryboypierce And Daily mail he wants to see bbc lose the rights and he knows bbc do a much better job then itv outside @btsport &@SkySports so whatever will happens @BBCSport is the only non pay subscription network to offer HD & sometimes 4K UHD vie Red butter/Online which itv don’t expect

@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

Why do they put so many adverts for WWE in the middle of @WWEUK matches when UK channels don't have as many ad breaks as American channels? It doesn't show on American TV just the Network! It's like they have to condition us to accept ad breaks in the match. @btsport

@bt_uk Wow! Yet here we are Day 23 & no broadband service because you allowed our line to be slammed - w/ no notification of transfer of service. Excuses, zero comms unless I'm chasing (15+hrs so far). Not even the slightest hint of any work around despite children home schooling!

@bt_uk your broadband is horrendous. Every single night between 11 and 12pm the internet completely drops out, inconsistent speeds all throughout the day with random drop outs & no fibre availability for months and months so have to deal with awful download & upload speeds!
