The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

What would I be being charged for FTTP? How can it possibly be this service for £50pcm? And what “my” line will support? My BT line?
