SaintM (@SaintMikeB) reported from Wickham, England@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

ElaineAllsoppArtist🐺 (@TallisMoon) reported from Hythe, England@bt_uk @codybartlettt SO45 area internet down for the last hour now
-
Dan Sharpe (@dansharpe90) reported from West End, England@danidotx @bt_uk Sign up with another, the cancellation is usually sorted by your new ISP as part of the service migration (replaced the old process of getting a MAC from your current provider)

-
Chris Green (@ChrisGreenCG) reported from Portsmouth, England@bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

Tom Tolkien (@tomtolkien) reported@bt_uk you’ve emailed me three times now over the past three months with a digital voice activation date, and each time it never happened. -
Amanda Eastwood (@eastwap) reported@puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯
-
steven 🏴🇨🇱🇮🇪 (@weblivz) reportedI think @bt_uk have been in the pub watching the football today. Broadband has been up and down all day.
-
Amanda Eastwood (@eastwap) reported@bt_uk I will never call BT again, it’s not worth the stress it causes. Very uneducated customer services. Have consistently been told incorrect information and no communication back. The apparent ‘complaints’ investigator I spoke to yesterday hadn’t even investigated my complaint.
-
Jake (@jakehumphrys) reported@Plusnet @bt_uk It's been reported on PN, BT and EE forums now but there seems to be a regional issue with your GGC cache (specifically affecting some in the North West / Wales and Midlands) When Connecting to rr5---sn-cu-cime7 and others there's a bad initcwnd that lowers speed

-
Scooby Miller (@Ragingtaxpayer) reported@bt_uk Fibre down again in G13, getting sick of this. Ever since you jumped in with EE the service has been garbage. Sick of paying you people good money for crap internet.
-
Robbie Swanson (@Robswanney) reported@btbusinesscare I need someone to get in touch please. Really not happy with the customer service we have received. Our broadband has been off now for over 2 weeks. You have closed the fault off as complete, when nobody attended despite you promising to come to the premises.
