    Not often you can report amazing service from @bt_uk but 3 hrs ago I reported a fault and the engineer has already been and fixed the broken cable! Well done @bt_uk

    @BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

    @btsport I keep getting error code LP103 saying I have too many live streams running at the same time when I try to cast from my app to the TV. This is the only stream I have open. Any idea what the problem is here?

    @danidotx @bt_uk Sign up with another, the cancellation is usually sorted by your new ISP as part of the service migration (replaced the old process of getting a MAC from your current provider)

    @jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball. I’m sorry there’s to many numptys referring with no common sense at all And 80% have never played

    BT: The Ongoing Saga A brief recap - FTTP ordered 20th Sept, Install for 18th Oct, denied by flat roof, rebooked 19th Oct for correctly skilled engineer on 1st November. Cancelled on the 1st November by @WeAreOpenreach due to 'escalation issue' by @bt_uk, Rebooked for today. /1

    @bt_uk Every time there is a power cut in my area the internet goes down for THREE days. Why does it take so long to fix? I work freelance from home and lose money. This has happened 3 times this year!! Rural areas always go to the back of the list!

    @bt_uk ... different parts of the home. She then asked if my mobile phone network provider provides 5G and why I don't use that instead. I said that shouldn't matter whether or not I have 5G because I'm paying BT for home internet. She was not willing to help me at all... 3 of 3

    @bt_uk I am due to have fibre connected tomorrow but still keep getting adverts for me to upgrade. Problem is I want to recontact something else but can't until tomorrow's upgrade is done even though I ordered the broadband a month ago. The wait is not my fault

    @bt_uk I'm terribly disappointed and upset the way I have been treated today. There are many other providers who provide the same products as BT and a lot cheaper but I decided to stick with BT for the service and quick turn around for any issues.

    @bt_uk Hello I work from home … I’ve been on the phone to an engineer all day ! Nothing has worked … I have the hybrid but nothing is working . Now they are saying the first appointment is Friday afternoon … this is unacceptable ? Please help

    @HwatsonBT Please, help. Since 3 September BT cut me off bandwidth & Internet. A spurious request to take my number has ruined my service. I told your fraud team not to do it but you did anyhow. Since then I waited six weeks to get turned on. You cut me off 3 times since! @bt_uk
