@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

@jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball. @bt_uk BT customer services is **** though, if you have an issue (and you will) you call them and they wont deal with your query there n then They'll take down your details and arrange a phone back in the next few days but wont tell you when, if u miss it have to start over. Disgrace.
