  @BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

  @btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

  @jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball.   @bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

  @bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.

  @bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband.. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I am still not done yet the dude is still doing something in the background.. 1 hour!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯Still no confirmation.. @BTGroup

  @bt_uk my mum is a vulnerable customer and had a new connection on the 1st July and it’s never worked. An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today I’ve now been told it’s the 15th and she isn’t able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.
