@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

@jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball. @bt_uk That would be nice @bt_uk but when you offer a service that only has 0.1Mbps upload that might have limited use! How can you accept that this service is acceptable to you and not acknowledge that there is an issue with the connection? Any advice @Ofcom ?
