@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

@btbusinesscare I don’t know why we pay the money we do for our business line when we have so much problem with our internet and phone lines! Without internet and phones again! Been without since 14th aug and cant get an engineer until 5th September!

@btbusinesscare I just don’t get it. We get free @btsportfootball as a personal customer but when we pay extra for @BTBusiness line we can’t watch it on our TV, just on a device. That’s rubbish and makes no sense #brightonfan

@bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

@bt_uk Thank you, it was from @JohnLewisRetail so waiting to hear how best to get an exchange from them. It went off at 04:20 this morning having ‘lost connection’ and woke the baby when we tried to reset it … honestly an awful piece of kit!
