@bt_uk Big thanks to the very supportive gentleman from BT Mobile who we called on the helpline when I couldn’t receive calls or texts on my mobile phone. He was very patient and sorted the issue which wasn’t a network problem in the end it was with my phone!

@bt_uk Don't know my landline no. it's never been plugged in... thought it'd just be easier to ask than try to remember which account no. I need to log in - an old account still showing, BT mobile, or broadband - all just strings of letters and numbers with no hint as to which is which!

@bt_uk why after 6 months of me complaining and you blaming @OpenreachHelp does it transpire they have never had a complaint about my situation? And you say you are doing everything in your power , open reach have never had my complaints highlighted 6 months no service ?.

Well done @bt_uk! At first refusing to lower my tariff as they can't provide the same speeds on my new place and now they even have a fault on these speeds! (They provided a 4G hub which doesn't work) UK peeps, any advice on where should I take this, potentially legally?
