    @bt_uk Wanted to watch the MotoGP this morning but couldn’t as yet again I’ve got to reset the password. It’s not a bad system to keep accounts safe it’s just annoying…especially when you get locked out. Sort it out.

    @bt_uk holes in front room walls which then were poorly repaired. Customer care is shocking. Waiting for the 3rd attempt for them to call on the time bt arranged and guess what 3rd time still no call !!! Worst customer service 2/2

    @bt_uk Tried ringing it’s very hard to ge through to someone. WiFi is still bad. Thinking of switching because of how poor the quality of WiFi is!
