    @bt_uk I have asked twice via the chat and was told last month i didn’t have to do anything else. Last time i tried to contact BT by phone I waited 20’ and had spoken to no one before I rang up. You are trying to bill me for a service that is terminated.

    @bt_uk Another “late payment” charge because you screwed up our bill and were correcting it so we could pay. We’ve had to call you nearly every month since April now because of **** ups to our bills/service. Not calling again and not paying the latest late payment fee!

    @bt_uk My Wi-Fi is at a constant 100MB every time I do a speed test but since getting fibre nothing streams without buffering I contacted support she was very helpful but still have poor Wi-Fi

    @bt_uk Keep getting emails with "amazing" new offers as my contract is about to expire. £8 more for the same service doesn't sound like a great offer to me so I must be missing something.

    @bt_uk You’re effectively prevent people to cancel. You’re saying I must cancel a terminated contract. You say it can only be done by phone and when I tried to call no one answered my call for 20’. When I used the chat I was told it was sorted. Outrageous methods.

    @bt_uk I’ve just got an email from BT saying my case for slow broadband is closed, the engineers not coming out until tomorrow, is that why you never have to give the money back guarantee
