  @btbusinesscare I just don’t get it. We get free @btsportfootball as a personal customer but when we pay extra for @BTBusiness line we can’t watch it on our TV, just on a device. That’s rubbish and makes no sense #brightonfan

  @bt_uk been a bt broadband customer since 2006, my contract is up. My fibre costs twice a new customer? Mobile costs far more than similar deals with same GB, tried to get “My Offers” but it’s not working ?

  @Grantkunta13 @bt_uk Yeah they are awful. I made so many phone calls to them arguing I even threatened to stop the payments in the bank and she said you’ll be breaking your contract I said you’ve already broke it by not supplying me with a service you’ve promised Eventually they did it free of charge
