@bt_uk I’m on the phone to an Advisor and they don’t know what they are doing L. Every booking fails this is ridiculous I can’t believe how poor your customer service is. I’d rather have no internet than have to deal with this

@bt_uk I have been waiting since October for WiFi. This is now the 2nd appointment that has not been carried out, with one of us having to take the whole day off. No phone call or message to say it’s cancelled. The worst customer service I’ve experienced.

@bt_uk I love that the ee mini you have provided has been turned off without my notice leaving me without internet, great that you said you would install in Oct’22 and I still don’t have an installation 0/10 customer service! Awful

Nice to see the compassion shown by @bt_uk when trying to reduce service costs for my dad after the passing of his wife of 68 years. Wanted to remove broadband that he now will have unused and be paying for for another 16 months. #nocompassion #noempathy

@bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?
