@BTSport @EE Well I will never move from Sky to you Allthe trouble we have tryingto obtain youis so frustrating going to cancel my EE subscription with you and might. Move to another supplier Reason to many streams well what do you expect when. It Man U Extremely disappointed

@btbusinesscare I just don’t get it. We get free @btsportfootball as a personal customer but when we pay extra for @BTBusiness line we can’t watch it on our TV, just on a device. That’s rubbish and makes no sense #brightonfan

1This is along thread so you don’t need to read it but I want to make public my treatment by BT as I’m now not sure of what else to do. @bt_uk On 3.06.21 BT cut my broadband off by their mistake. My epilepsy alarm runs off my broadband this meant I could not get help in event..

@bt_uk I feel I should add, I'm a nurse and have had to take two separate days off of work for these appointments, which is not an easy feat in these times. I'm quite appalled by the service and lack of communication.

@bt_uk It was explained to me that my current Hub 4 isn't designed for copper lines and that anyone on a copper line is being offered a new smart hub, the new hub was apparently sent out when I phoned about my problems and the engineer was booked at the same time

@bt_uk I know what's happening. The EE network covering in my area isn't strong enough for the hybrid connect to get more than one bar. Really, I didn't want all this, I just wanted to drop BT Sport, but the customer service guy wasn't for taking no for an answer.

Got a @bt_uk hub and one of the hybrid connect devices. The hybrid connect signal is v. poor, so I don't know if it'll actually be much good. I actually only wanted to get rid of BT sport, but they started giving me the hard sell... I probably should have told them to *******.

@bt_uk There is nothing coming up for my postcode. I have just spoken to customer services and they have told me that I will not have any connectivity for another wk as that is how long it will take to get an engineer out. Well done BT! I will not be recommending you at anyone!
