@bt_uk I had an agent contact a few weeks ago regarding the renewal of our broadband. He clearly wanted to sell BT products and when I said we were getting slow "super-fast" broadband but had an EE phone mast on site. He said he would investigate but I have not been contacted since!

@bt_uk I cancelled service weeks ago, as you were unable to upgrade my line and charging me for the upgraded package. spoke with customer service and returned router in the provided bag. You are still trying to charge me! I am not waiting another 30+ mins to discuss on the phone!
