    @bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them,sokw bad decisions at that club recently

    @btsportfootball @btsport must admit, the crowd noise does help. Wasn’t keen on the idea but it’s sounds good. You forget after a while there aren’t actually any fans there.

    @bt_uk I have been messaging in th chat. All my devices were on 5ghz and you told me in. Chat that 5ghz was the issue and so I've split the band now and it's no better just as bad. Paying a fortune a month and everything constant dropping off network

    @bt_uk constant issues with our internet. Constant troubleshooting never fixes issues. Paying for superfast and getting internet dropping out and slow speeds all the time. Been going on now for 6 months at least.🤷#Help

    @bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

    @bt_uk Two teenagers and my wife works from home but was assured at the time that this wouldn’t be an issue. I honestly don’t think with the best will in the world there’s anything you can do other than help me leave earlier.

    @bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

    @bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

    @bt_uk @MarcAllera To summarise No fibre broadband since 16/7 (never started) No copper broadband since 28/7 No landline since 4/8 2 scheduled complaint handling calls missed and rescheduled without contact. No faults showing on my account despite reporting all of the above.

    @bt_uk 12:30 at night here from Northern Ireland internet is down again starting to get sick of this going down all the time and being slow when my family is paying for this so call fast internet and we are not getting it the fast side of it

    @bt_uk Perhaps if you stopped paying extortionate salaries to mediocre pundits and spend that money on fixing your abhorrently disgusting service you would get less complaints. I’ve been waiting for a reply to mine since May. I’ve been paying you £76 per month for... no WiFi.
