  • jonh64 Jon H (@jonh64) reported from Garston, England

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

  • KevMain Kevin Main (@KevMain) reported from Northwich, England

  • TonyHT Tony Hall-Turner (@TonyHT) reported from Bold Heath, England

@bt_uk Did you not care to respond to the rest of the tweet? It referenced an extra service we bought and paid for that you’re yet to install.

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

  • KevMain Kevin Main (@KevMain) reported from Northwich, England

@bt_uk experiencing some internet disruption issues since yesterday.

  • steviejb87 Stephen Bailey (@steviejb87) reported

So it's time for another @bt_uk rant. I know, it's not the fault of the people who run their social media, but the service we get is pathetic. They confirmed yesterday that we can't access fibre despite hundreds of other houses on our road having access, including our neighbours.

  • pureforms Pureforms (@pureforms) reported

@Andrewpopplewe2 @LUFC @btsport That would be because they are lazy or stupid!

  • HunterHunter54 Hunter (@HunterHunter54) reported

@bt_uk I have yeah. I login, go to get Halo 2 and then it asks me to login again

  • JagerBrister Bri H (@JagerBrister) reported

@bt_uk hi BT, do I have to do anything to let you know I’m a customer and register interest in the Xbox series x? Or is this just whispers that have got it wrong, have the access codes started to be released yet?

  • emmasword1 emma sword (@emmasword1) reported

@bt_uk What's the point of great WiFi when broadband itself is rubbish? 3.5mbps.....awful

  • steviejb87 Stephen Bailey (@steviejb87) reported

@bt_uk We're lucky if we hit the max advertised speed anymore, which is quite ridiculous when we used to get a good chunk more. We've gone from 21 Mbps to 14 at best over the last few years, and that is rarely hit now. Quite often down to 7-8 AND unstable.
