    @bt_uk Hi Nick, engineer did eventually turn up but there is apparently a problem with the line to the house. I've tried ringing your customer service but was on hold for 55 minutes! I have limited internet which drops in and out. Engineer said line needs replacing.

    @bt_uk I already block them but unfortunately they’re never ending. Surely these numbers can be traced and the relevant authorities can get them shut down as they’re trying to defraud people, Also they’re claiming to be the person’s internet service provider
