@btsport @EnglandHockey many thanks to BT for showing and supporting hockey on tv. Please however explain to the director that the game never stops and so to stop cutting to suspended players etc. And show the game that’s continuing.

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@BTCare @bt_uk How long does it take??? I moved in January 28th!! You harassed me to return kit I'd already returned, can't give me the service I'm paying for, can't give me a timescales to fix and can't keep me updated. Poor service all round.
