@bt_uk I received my BT kit and my services were supposed to start from 21st April. I am calling on customer care and getting reply - BT will message me in 2mins and sort out problem. But I am not getting any message. I am unable to reach anyone in BT impacting my internet.

@bt_uk 7 WEEKS AGO WE ORDERED TV & BROADBAND Still NOT got full coverage after being promised this 2 ee shop visits & hours spent on the phone to your so called customer services. Think you are now in breach of contract for not delivering a service that you have taken money for.

@bt_uk moved house out of a rental, wanted Wifi in 2 locations, advised to set up new service… called today to cancel my original account to be told I have a 30 day cancellation and owe £500+… Sana wasn’t very nice to me either when I asked for her superior.1hr+ on the call now
