    . @BTCare is awful. No internet since Sunday. Mini hub sent, received today but in the meantime received a message to say it had been switched off. On phone for hours. Promised they’d switch mini hub back on. Haven’t. Now an email saying they’ve sent another mini hub. Useless

    @btsport @EnglandHockey many thanks to BT for showing and supporting hockey on tv. Please however explain to the director that the game never stops and so to stop cutting to suspended players etc. And show the game that’s continuing.

    @bt_uk your coverage of the biggest fight of the century has been crap at best. Audio and visuals totally out of sync. Randomly cutting from the ring back to the guys in the studio. For £25 you need to do a lot better next time because that was amateur at best!

    @bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

    @bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

    @bt_uk Not resolved at all. Closed my complaint without an explanation of why I had been charged incorrectly. Nor did they answer any of my other questions. Disgusting response to a complaint about why you are charging for something I do not have.

    @bt_uk it’s now been 5 days since I have been able to send any emails from my Btinternet account from an Apple device. I have reset the password, deleted and reinstalled the app and still not able to send emails?? Come on BT, what is the issue!!!!! Frustrated

    @bt_uk wow...trying to become a new customer of yours is HARD work. Trying to resolve an issue where incorrect details were put in by the initial agent & since spent 3 hours trying to sort & been hung up on by TWO agents!!

    Not even with @bt_uk and they are THEEE worst. On the phone for 40mins only to get through and told you've come through to the wrong dept and call the other number... The one I'm calling on?? Absolute piss take. Might as well cancel. @bt_uk don't want any new customers clearly

    @bt_uk I would happily test it, unfortunately intermittently inactive for the last month 3 engineers later and no resolution. Runs at around 2mbs when stable yet pay the same fee as those with 4 times the speed and reliability
