    @bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

    @bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

    @bt_uk Two teenagers and my wife works from home but was assured at the time that this wouldn’t be an issue. I honestly don’t think with the best will in the world there’s anything you can do other than help me leave earlier.

    @bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

    @btsport @EnglandHockey many thanks to BT for showing and supporting hockey on tv. Please however explain to the director that the game never stops and so to stop cutting to suspended players etc. And show the game that’s continuing.

    Hey tweeps stay clear of @bt_uk awful service send you crap phones. And been told it is acceptable to charge your phone 2-3 times a day. Surely that can't be right.

    @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

    @btsport I was really looking forward to watching the @SeniorsDarts this weekend but it's like watching the darts from the 80's, the picture is terrible and the commentary is in mono and sounds like the commentators are under water....can you explain why this is???

    @bt_uk It is. Done that with @SkyHelpTeam. Now @bt_uk Openreach need to look into this issue in York YO31 and YO24 at least otherwise it will have a load of engineers booked via Sky

    @bt_uk Ok so my issue is there is an outstanding problem with my intranet caused by a failure in your infrastructure that has taken two months so far to solve. The solution you have given is a mobile hub which does not deliver the bandwidth.

    @bt_uk If my internet is down, I will have no way of calling anybody. My mobile phone signal is awful here. Digital voice is an appalling idea. I also have had no free phone or adaptor
