@bt_uk How is this a service? Aftet talking to some bloke who has tried to fob me off, told me his manager is less helpful than him, advices me on how to end my contract with BT has refused to put me through to a manager has now cut me off and blocked me. 1.

So while everyone is complaining they can't watch Netflix etc... my elderly mum and others in the street are without phones as they don't use mobiles. This is why no-one should depend on the Internet and the fancy technology. Landlines never fail @virginmedia @BTCare

Since 22 April. 9 orders pending! 9 orders cancelled! 3 emails & letters telling us we have stopped our service! 4 hours waiting for complaints to call us! Emails ignored.
