    @bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

    I think it's absolutely disgusting that @bt_uk hold their customers ransom, especially during the cost of living crisis! Maybe if you had provided the service that was stated in the contract I would've stayed but as you didn't why would I?? Vermin!

    Increase in my monthly broadband plan of over 10% seven months after I became a customer with you is absolutely not the way to retain my custom, @bt_uk - blatant profiteering during a cost of living crisis should be illegal.
