@bt_uk having severe problems with internet speed ran a speed test a have less than a 1 megabit per second as a download speed. Nowhere near what I pay for

@bt_uk Thanks, but this only leads to a system which is only available between 9 - 17:30. @OpenreachHelp , this follows on from damage to my vehicle & verbal abuse from openreach ground workers 2 weeks ago which was ignored
