@J_PaulDevine @LGUK @bt_uk We left BT broadband it was awful, never got over 10mbps went with Utility Warehouse, now it's around 26-30!

@bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

@bt_uk sitting on a phone nearly an hour so far. That's after 25 mins and then getting cutting off. Your DM is a stupid automated message. I would text my landline on sms but its not installed! Just a total joke
