@bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

Hi @bt_uk, my internet has been off since Monday, you said an engineer was going to visit - they didn't. I've lodged a complaint and you said you'd ring me (twice now) - you haven't. We've had 2 engineers out this year and we're on our 2nd hub - not really good enough is it?

@bt_uk 3 weeks of saying you could connect us at a convenient time after our house move, saying you couldnt, saying you needed to enter my house while we were isolating, then not needing to enter my house a week later, finally connecting my internet. You now disconnect us! WTF!
