  @bt_uk you've left my elderly mum-in-law with no internet, her main means of communication, for almost a month now during a pandemic. 8 complaints later and the issue is no closer to being resolved. meanwhile, you have a massive ad campaign for new customers.

  @bt_uk Worst customer service I've ever experienced. No internet for over a week, no end in sight. You've cancelled the order 4 times now due to a 'glitch'. This has been going on since April. Asked to speak to a manager and your manger refused to talk to me...

  @bt_uk Hi BT. I'm in a rural location and am looking for 4G broadband. I can't see an unlimted data only sim on your site. Will the unlimited standard sim work in a router? BTW I am a BT Halo customer
