    @bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

    @bt_uk Hi Claire, I have tried it in Microsoft Edge browser and it is working, so it appears the issue is with Google Chrome. Thanks for your assistance.

    @bt_uk Been en route since last Thursday apparently, they sent me another one out yesterday which still hasn’t made it past the main depot, I appreciate Royal Mail are having difficulties but surely you can send me one on another postal service

    @bt_uk the line is still not working - if we get a phone call on landline it crackles so bad you can’t hear anything ! And at the same time the broadband dies #btfail

    @bt_uk Utterly unhelpful Robert in Newcastle Technical - elderly parents with no broadband, zero updates, recovering from Covid and have to hang out of a window to get reception on a mobile and you offer a text only facility. Shame on you @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I just had a salesman knock at my door saying he worked for BT. He had a lanyard wit BT, EE and Money Expert on it. He said there had been reports in the area of bad internet speeds. I am with BT broadband. Why on earth would you send sales people out to slate your service?

    @bt_uk Oh if only you'd stop cancelling our orders and not telling us and leaving us (2 online students and one work-from-home adult) without broadband for another three weeks. Then making it our problem to rebook it.

    @bt_uk I called out a BT engineer to fix the slow internet speeds I have in my area, and they said I 'just have to wait for BT to decide to install fibre in my area', even tho i've been here 4yrs+ and all other streets have fibre around here. Literally 3 telephone poles missed

    @bt_uk @MarcAllera No responses - wow and why on earth was a decision made to have all BT Mobile customers move to EE. EE Service levels are atrocious and can someone at BT respond to let their customers know what is going on? #philipjansen
