@bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

@bt_uk I was told there is no problem with my modem its just the area that I am in. Its the provider bt that is currently having issue surely my wi fi can be fix by today or tomorrow. If not when is the earliest time it can be fixed.

Great day to be switched over to #DigitalVoice by @bt_uk. No electricity thus no phone, our usual tiny bat-squeak of mobile signal even smaller than usual, and no way of letting my 91 yr old Mum know we weren't getting any of her messages, when she had a power cut too. Hey ho..

@bt_uk Yes we intend to get one when they're back in stock. Our mobile company insists we have a good signal here, just not true, I worry Digital Voice is being rolled out on the presumption that their figures are correct. Would much rather have a reliable non-digital phone.

@bt_uk Apparently not. Nothing has changed, just keep paying money for very slow speeds, drop outs and virtually no upload speed. Then, get told have to pay more money for it. Absolutely ludicrous
