    (@MrBruceMan1) reported@bt_uk Sooner is not the problem. The problem is I had the option of 2 slots on one day, a day which I happen to be working. Why cant we choose a slot from the week ahead that suites our schedules? This only applies if the engineer needs into the property of course.

It's still off and I have no access to any help online unless here. My bill has been agreed to be paid friday as my pay cycle has changed

Im sure somebody has probably messed something up in the street box, theres someone working in it almost daily.

    (@tonysblabla) reported@bt_uk hmm just got email to say a mini hub is on its way. i've got a mobile which i fall back to tethering which is on EE, sadly the 4G right now is topping out about 1Mbps which is not much use, if the mini hub is on the same it won't help with 4 people, 2 who's work rely on it
