@bt_uk No I've not had it sorted it seems to be this way permanently, I have crowd noise on BT sport but not on sky sports. We are BT TV customers so is it a BT issue using sky sports through now TV?

@bt_uk Why stream like this? Only bt gives you the most unreliable WiFi in every room and our customer service is ****. Good luck getting the money back guatentee with the amount of t&c's. 👍

@bt_uk Plusnet, I know who owns them but obviously convention is I must go through them. Not the network owner where the issue is. I have posted to their forum including the details of past MP & savidjavid interactions. Hopefully, as before, this helps BTw or BTo "find" the real fault.

@bt_uk my elderly mother has had problems with her landline on numerous occasions since Dec. Her internet has now been down for a week! Numerous phone calls , email etc . Still awaiting engineer
