@bt_uk I can go go so far and when I try the service status page it won’t load, frustrating as I’m with BT mobile as well. Surely you can check service status for my postcode LL29 8ET

@bt_uk Again, I was planning on sorting out some work today and I couldn’t. I waited in the only place I could find a good phone signal but no one called or acknowledged that DM had been read. I’m freelance - I’ve lost so much money and time waiting for replies and phone call from BT.

@BTCare The real cherry on the cake is that I have just had a call from a family member to say they rung the landline number and someone who lives at a completely different address picked up! If there is a company with worse customer service than this I’ve not come across it.

If we have a trophy for the worst customer service and the worst provider in the UK @virginmedia will be the winner without any competition by farrr! Its a joke honestly no internet access, advisor telling me she get issues with her systems then transferred me. @BT_UK teach them!

@Icelass @bt_uk Funnily enough during Lockdown V1.0, I had to call BT a couple of times, and messaged via Twitter. They did everything they said they would, and in the timeframe stated, and their customer service was very good. All done by people in Ireland!!
