    No internet all day on Sunday and all day today. @bt_uk response ‘someone will phone you back in 72 hours’ What the hell am I paying for. So sick of this service.

    @bt_uk Just the same rubbish as normal. Just have to count down my contract with you and move to another supplier. Appreciate not your fault but have spent more time speaking to bt than a lot of my relatives and just going to out down as bad experience thank god neighbour not with you

    @sockeyejo Bit mind you I am with #bt_uk and they have ruined #ChampionsLeague and their #broadband is crap so what I know lol. Perhaps should just watch #bbc on Freeview.

    @bt_uk Yep today was the fourth call in a series to try and fix the mess, 35 min this time, now waiting for a supervisor to call back, at this stage my line is being cancelled tomorrow!

    @bt_uk You can't provide like for like service. My superfast fibre broadband isn't available so I'm being cut to 3-7mbps internet speeds which also means my TV service isn't available either because you can't guarantee the service with that connection.

    @Ofcom hi, I'm trying to find out more details about the 10Mpbs Broadband USO and when I'm going to be able to receive my legal rights (current get 6.5Mbps). OpenReach (@OpenreachHelp) have told me to contact BT (@bt_uk). BT have told me to contact OpenReach. Please help

    .@BTCare @bt_uk I'm in the process of moving house and was trying to arrange taking my broadband and TV package with me. Turns out it's not available at the new place but I'm still het for cancellation fees even though it's not my fault. That's a shambles of a service.
