@bt_uk absolute nightmare trying to move home with BT. Weeks of trying to get this right and still no one seems to be able to make sense of the system. PLEASE HELP, I’ve wasted hours on this.

@btbusinesscare I'm in contact now with a manager, but openreach is a problem not forfilling the work as normal , this is not the 1st it's happened they did this to my shop as well :( this is costing me work

@MarcAllera @bt_uk @EE Fantastic support for children and young people! 👏 Lockdown learning on Isle of Iona has been via EE 4g devices due to poor broadband (funded by TNL) but a boost to data would be very welcome here too!

@bt_uk customer service has more cowboys then the wild west and 0 care about issues faced when a customer has an issue. A manager closed a complaint without me agreeing to a resolution.

Some companies get a lot of stick for poor service, being greedy or not supporting people through this pandemic. BUT a lot of companies are actually stepping up, @EE and @bt_uk being just one. EE have also given all NHS workers free data during this whole pandemic too
