@J_PaulDevine @LGUK @bt_uk We left BT broadband it was awful, never got over 10mbps went with Utility Warehouse, now it's around 26-30!

@bt_uk Thanks Scott, this is the 3rd engineer, 4th if you count the one that came for our neighbour. I hope you can understand that this doesn’t fill me with confidence unless they are coming with everything they need to replace the broken cable on the road identified by 1st engineer

BT HAS DISCONNECTED OUR INTERNET IN MY BUSINESS AS AN ADMIN ERROR! IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THE ISSUE! THAT IS OVER 2 WEEKS I HAVE NOT EARNED ANY MONEY. I HAVE 4 KIDS AND CHRISTMAS IS AROUND THE CORNER!!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! @bt_uk @RishiSunak
