Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.
