Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

I sent your colleague my postcode and she gave me an estimated time of 23.45 for the issue to be fixed. You can move this forward by finding out what is affecting hundreds of people in South Cumbria, and giving us an update.
