  • Ed_Manning Ed Manning (@Ed_Manning) reported from Birkenhead, England

As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

  • scouser_burnzy burnzcarping (@scouser_burnzy) reported from Roby, England

@bt_uk Still have no Internet and no call back I was promised would be 48hrs max to resolve the issue can you help.

  • Zardoz67 The Rt Hon Leggy Mountbatten, Esq. (@Zardoz67) reported from Chester, England

. @BTCare is awful. No internet since Sunday. Mini hub sent, received today but in the meantime received a message to say it had been switched off. On phone for hours. Promised they’d switch mini hub back on. Haven’t. Now an email saying they’ve sent another mini hub. Useless

  • LisaHewitt67 Lisa & Millie (@LisaHewitt67) reported from Ellesmere Port, England

@JimBoardman @premierleague @btsport @BBCSport @primevideosport @SkySports Seen @btsport pundits and anchorman talk about this subject a lot, not once have they reacted the way the Sky anchorman did after @GNev2 eloquent and passionate put his points over, awful climbdown....

  • scouser_burnzy burnzcarping (@scouser_burnzy) reported from Roby, England

@bt_uk No broaband service pink flashing light followed by orange light, had nothing but issues since we used your service

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

  • SteveyAsp Steve Aspinall (@SteveyAsp) reported from Queensferry, Wales

Anyone who has a BTSport contract coming to an end….Make sure you ring them and check near the date of ending/renewal….I called to cancel mine and they said I had a £300 fee to pay as it was in contract and I’d agreed a new deal 2 days ago…..Which of course I hadn’t

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk Two teenagers and my wife works from home but was assured at the time that this wouldn’t be an issue. I honestly don’t think with the best will in the world there’s anything you can do other than help me leave earlier.

  • sherrif_breckRd Sheriff of Breck Road (@sherrif_breckRd) reported from Liverpool, England

Do me a favour @btsport, as a customer, sack off McManaman. He's crap.

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk It would be great if you could cancel my contract and put us out of our misery Dee.

  • ChristinaaaLFC Christina ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@ChristinaaaLFC) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk absolutely shocking customer service, paying £40 to watch BT sport, for it to not work, then get told it’s nothing to do with you because they’ve not changed any settings.

  • william_piercy William Piercy (@william_piercy) reported from Hoylake, England

@bt_uk how can I cancel my internet contract with mid way through. I am fed up with only getting half the speed I should be getting. Surly that is BT not fulfilling its contract to me

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

  • mattjones41194 Matt Jones (@mattjones41194) reported from Huntington, England

@bt_uk your coverage of the biggest fight of the century has been crap at best. Audio and visuals totally out of sync. Randomly cutting from the ring back to the guys in the studio. For £25 you need to do a lot better next time because that was amateur at best!

  • mb1984 matthew bradley (@mb1984) reported from Roby, England

@vwdaz @bt_uk Same here, they sent an engineer out yesterday who told me he couldn't enter the property. What a waste of time all round. I took a day off (NHS) for that aswell. Really poor service so far.

  • becsgriff Rebecca Griffiths (@becsgriff) reported from Ruthin, Wales

@btsport any chance of answering the phone so I can cancel this is ridiculous

@bt_uk Is something broken with your website - looking to renew our broadband. Renewal cost goes to £65 per month but new customers can get it increased speeds for £28 a month. Surely this is a mistake?!

    @bt_uk The absolute worst

  • AviationBlue Andy Man City Fan TV (@AviationBlue) reported

@bt_uk But don’t worry…spent another hour on the phone, only to be told that they can’t do anything as OpenReach haven’t replied to any calls/emails/requests. However, some good news. I’ve been told I can cancel my 2 year Fibre to Home contract with BT because they’re garbage! 👏👏👏

  • zoemitch_ Zöe Warlow (@zoemitch_) reported

@bt_uk have you got a link for live chat for technical support? There’s no power to my hub at all but can’t seem to chat to anyone online

  • MattMustang53 Matt Bate (@MattMustang53) reported

@bt_uk I'll wait with baited breath. Constantly losing signal, if we get 15 minutes without losing signal we're lucky.

  • MichaelArnaldi Michael Arnaldi (@MichaelArnaldi) reported

@curiosdevcookie @bt_uk Again support completely useless, the twitter one just confirmed again my appointment for 4th of Jan nothing else (and if the rule stands it will too be missed). Considering posting a decent damage claim at this point good faith was broken multiple times, plain lies.
