Industry have been in consultation and aware of the UK national PSTN closure and move to VoIP since at least 2017

@bt_uk so internet has gone down, not the end of the world, I'll fire up the 4g mini hub that "guarantees" me internet, that also doesnt want to work and your offices closed at 9pm so cant even speak to someone to fix it. Why am I paying extra for this exactly?!
