Daily threats of losing your job if targets arnt met, no real support other than shouting team leaders and pushed to oversell to people who don't need it and can't afford it. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasn’t fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I don’t want to go to the ombudsman (yet).
