@bt_uk we’ve been without internet for the past month due to port damage/ network outage. Despite numerous escalation calls via Sky, we are still waiting for a specialist engineer to sort the issue and no further updates. Can this be flagged ASAP?

@bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

@btsport @EnglandHockey many thanks to BT for showing and supporting hockey on tv. Please however explain to the director that the game never stops and so to stop cutting to suspended players etc. And show the game that’s continuing.

The main issue is I can’t cast anything to my tv as my signal is too weak to use my hotspot. I can’t video call and Porter has been ill and I might have needed the doctor! Can’t cast to my TV. Despite paying £15 a month for BT SPORT! It’s a joke tbh @bt_uk

@bt_uk You have cancelled my home broadband order yesterday. After almost an hour phone call and several hours sending messages on Twitter today, I was promised a phone call to get this issue sorted. I have yet to receive that phone call. Can we get this resolved now??
