@Dani1987C @d_mac2912 @ibroxrocks @btsport @darrellcurrietv I wouldn’t mind listening in to a conversation like that. “He says bad hings aboot Ra Gers. Pyoor canny stand us, an ah’ll no be watching Ye again”.

  • CraigyJ Craig Johnston (@CraigyJ) reported from East Kilbride, Scotland

@btbusinesscare Hi, what exactly is the “enhanced message alert” on BT Business Mobile service? I’ve just activated it having never noticed it before!

  • GiggsyBlantyre Alan M. Lappin (@GiggsyBlantyre) reported from Hamilton, Scotland

@Dani1987C @d_mac2912 @ibroxrocks @btsport @darrellcurrietv It’s because Christopher Sutton is a former player of Celtic, Danielle. But I don’t think this fella will admit that he’s bound by hatred of all things Celtic, and that’s what motivates him to cancel his BT sub. You’re right though, they won’t give a ****!

  • willmill82 pole vaulting taliped (@willmill82) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

  • david_d1984 David Dobie 🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@david_d1984) reported from Johnstone, Scotland

@btsport I keep having issues with my brother sport app, it’s saying I’ve too many streams! I’m the only 1 who uses it!!

  • SwellyJay14 Jamie Mayes (@SwellyJay14) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk No local issues but I managed to fix it myself after about 30 minutes 👍🏼

  • thistleboy1 Michael Kenny (@thistleboy1) reported from Bishopbriggs, Scotland

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

  • gmeldrum88 G.W.Meldrum 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🔰🐿 (@gmeldrum88) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

BT Sport with no crowd noise is terrible! #PSGMUN @btsport

@bt_uk What’s the chances of my landline fault getting fixed today on the estimated fix date so I can get broadband ?

  • GiggsyBlantyre Alan M. Lappin (@GiggsyBlantyre) reported from Hamilton, Scotland

@Dani1987C @d_mac2912 @ibroxrocks @btsport @darrellcurrietv Definitely! Once they go down that road, they’re gone. With a lot of them, that’s the only route they know, when they’re losing any sort of argument.

  • johnclarke1 John Clarke (@johnclarke1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Hi @bt_uk just signed up for broadband, phone and TV. Do you cancel my current provider or do I do that myself?

  • _ViewFromHere ViewFromHere (@_ViewFromHere) reported

@bt_uk I don't really think a DM is gong to fix this is it? I've STILL had zero contact from an engineer or BT as a whole. No mail, no call, no update in the BT App regarding my order. I'm having to contact you and you arranged the appointment 🙄 utterly proposterous situation. Poor...

  • OneRandomDolly OneRandomDolly (@OneRandomDolly) reported

So sorry for the lack of streams guys .. issues with @bt_uk are constant and I cant maintain a connection for longer than a couple of minutes.

  • jocra14 John Crabtree (@jocra14) reported from Clevedon, England

@Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk It was until last weekend but now it’s flashing. I’m told the issue is that Openreach have the wrong s/n attached to the property and Bt give them the correct one but it doesn’t get updated

  • EthanBailes123 Ethan (@EthanBailes123) reported

@bt_uk I have just started a mobile contract with you that included access to the BT sport app. However it won't let me sign in using my BT ID.

  • ScottParko Scott Parkinson (@ScottParko) reported

@bt_uk finally a query and not a complaint. I can’t seem to split between 2.4GHz and 5GHz so I’ve got devices on 2.4 that I want on 5 and vice versa, can you help?

  • 3seaxes Nigel Bruce (@3seaxes) reported

We are totally sick of @bt_uk broadband service. This problem’s been running for 3 months. Numerous phone calls, 2 engineers, complaints answered a week later. No apology, no £100 rebate offer and offering their “service” to new customers at 50%. What price loyalty & service BT?

  • callanryan_ Cal (@callanryan_) reported

@bt_uk Hi BT, the last 2 times I’ve called through your advisers have been useless and when I said that I’d like to raise a complaint with Liam from the billing team, he told me that he’s not the person that deals with complaints and put me back to the switchboard

  • jocra14 John Crabtree (@jocra14) reported from Clevedon, England

@Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk We were supposed to have an engineer visit on the 18 Dec 2020 and that never happened. I asked BT to arrange an engineer last week and they said no need.

  • kien1974 Kien Tan (@kien1974) reported

@AlanIvinghoe @BritishTelecom @bt_uk They seem to be replying to queries about specific problems, so maybe try that?
