@Dani1987C @d_mac2912 @ibroxrocks @btsport @darrellcurrietv Definitely! Once they go down that road, they’re gone. With a lot of them, that’s the only route they know, when they’re losing any sort of argument.

  • JDgawa1 JD (@JDgawa1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

A week after reporting your app as faulty still no fix...think I'll cancel and watch it on iptv like everyone else @btsport @bt_uk

@bt_uk No but it appears to be a common theme. Its on your end....told you guys already I'm just going to cancel my subscription and get IPTV like rest of the country as im no longer getting the reliability im paying for.

  • markpross Mark Ross (@markpross) reported from Motherwell, Scotland

AFL now suspended too. With no live support to show it is actually unbelievable that @btsport continue to charge full price for their sports channels with no option to pause. They need to address this now.

  • socialentdirect Social Enterprise Direct (@socialentdirect) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

  • GiggsyBlantyre Alan M. Lappin (@GiggsyBlantyre) reported from Hamilton, Scotland

@Dani1987C @d_mac2912 @ibroxrocks @btsport @darrellcurrietv It’s because Christopher Sutton is a former player of Celtic, Danielle. But I don’t think this fella will admit that he’s bound by hatred of all things Celtic, and that’s what motivates him to cancel his BT sub. You’re right though, they won’t give a ****!

  • JDgawa1 JD (@JDgawa1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk bt sport app keeps buffering every few mins and saying not available in my region...I have location service on

  • craigfews Craig Fews (@craigfews) reported

@plusnethelp I was a @bt_uk for 3 years, had no issues with speed. Other than a few hours outage over that period, 💯 at 70+Mbps. I switch to @Plusnet under a recommendation from a friend, a week into a new service, avg of 20Mbps and high ping for the past day or 2. Sort your 💩

  • russelguppy Russel Guppy (@russelguppy) reported

@bt_uk Still intermittent. Fix the text number and it found an issue and we have an engineer booked for tomorrow. Thanks for reaching out.

Is your @bt_uk wifi down? Fix it using these three easy steps: 1. Warn your BT Hub that it's on its final warning. 2. Slice a potato in half, and insert some wires to form a circuit and place it under your BT Hub. 3. Kick your BT Hub to death and weep over it's shattered remains

  • jpwhutv JP WHU TV (@jpwhutv) reported

  • Iainbking Iain King (@Iainbking) reported

@bt_uk My elderly father has a btinternet email address which keeps causing problems. It's caused yet more this weekend. To fix it, he's got to take the computer in (again!) to a computer shop, which could expose him to COVID. Is there a way BT can fix it which reduces the COVID risks?
