    @bt_uk OMG! Why did I become a BT customer? You have to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I joined you on 18th October and its been a disaster since. Please can someone who knows what they are doing contact me.

    @bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

    @MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

    @bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

    @bt_uk So I am currently paying for BT broadband which is so slow that it is useless, BT television which I can’t use because the broadband won’t support it and a BT landline that only works when plugged in upstairs! I am not impressed by this level of service.

    Great #customerservice from @bt_uk this week. I ask a call centre employee to transfer me to a manager. Manager refuses to take the call. I log a formal complaint. Just had an email closing my complaint. 'If not happy, call number in box below'...no number given. Unbelievable!!!

    @bt_uk how can I speak to someone? It's a 30 min wait... I've spent hours on the phone to you. I make an order you cancel it then reorder it and cancel it then send equipment and then ask for the equipment back or you'll charge. I can't keep wasting days chasing your bad service

    @bt_uk Having nothing but grief after placing an order with you last week. From incorrect billing, delays, miscommunication and an accidental cancellation from BT, I'm in one mind to cancel all together and put in a complaint to @OmbudServices. Who can I talk to about this?

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    Very disappointed with @bt_uk 45 years as a customer and no loyalty. They want me to pay for a Wi-fi extender £25 extra per month for one room in the house joke. When contract ends I’m out!!!!!! #crap
