BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • bobbychariot ⚫ Tony Clifton (@bobbychariot) reported

Yet again @virginmedia can't deal with me over the phone, telling me to call back on Friday. Yet again, being charged for a service I'm not even using any more, having had @bt_uk fibre up and running for the last ten days. Pathetic, frankly - although I guess it's a good earner..

  • MAW_H MAW Holmes (@MAW_H) reported

@bt_uk The entire road have. Often. Some have even been told it’s fixed despite the unattached wires and lack of pole. Also - when a team of BT engineers turn up, take down the wires, and the pole, it ought to be reasonable to assume BT are “aware” of it.

  • MAW_H MAW Holmes (@MAW_H) reported

@bt_uk One week ago a truck backed into the telegraph pole. The same day, engineers took down the hazardous bit, & disconnected all of the landlines. Since then a steady stream of engineers have arrived to look at the remains, scratch their heads, & go away again.

  • MAW_H MAW Holmes (@MAW_H) reported

@bt_uk All this we have individually and collectively done - the bit about there being no actual pole to attach the wires from the houses to seems to bewilder the customer services department of just about every broadband provider. None seem to know how long a pole takes to replace.

  • hello_klol hello-klol (@hello_klol) reported

@bt_uk Honestly if you charged a reasonable amount and gave us internet with a speed of 1MB that didn't drop connection every 5-10 minutes I might not tear my hair out so much. But when you charge £70 per month for a totally unstable and slow connection,

  • dazM33 DazM33 (@dazM33) reported

@bt_uk We need a 4G mast within 2 miles for this part of M33 until then we will always have issues, looking at the coverage map the signal for a big part of Sale and other areas in Trafford has gone bad so it seems masts have been taken away! Thanks for your help

  • Harra___ Harra (@Harra___) reported

@bt_uk please sort your service out, I can't use my internet for more than 20 minutes without it cutting out. Don't even get me started with the speeds, we don't even get half of what we pay for.

  • robbie_goode Robert Lindsay (@robbie_goode) reported

@bt_uk Excellent response bye the way. We were going to get BT package but never went through with it - no cables or boxes were installed. 56 Brander Road LS9 6PR

  • SUKHTHIND Sukh Thind (@SUKHTHIND) reported

@bt_uk Tried this as well, it still doesn't work!

  • csf0961 Clare Fenwick (@csf0961) reported

.@bt_uk is there a problem with the connection in North Swindon - I have had very poor connection even at 'off peak' times for coming on for 3 weeks. What can I do to change this
