    @bt_uk I thought we were running 2. In fact only 1. The laptop. Had to reboot. Missed 7 minutes of match. Extremely poor service

    @btsportufc cancelled am not paying extra for #ufc events even if it is only 4 events a year ! Stupid marketing decision and I reckon you are going to lose a lot of customers because of this 😡 #btsport

    @bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @bt_uk so last night u tell me my router has a problem & fault will be escalated. No one can find this & now u tell me that it’s the line & I have to wait until Monday! Make up ur minds! Then call centre worker asks if they can close the complaint! No u can’t until it’s fixed!

    @bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

    @bt_uk They've text back and said there is no issue but it has been dropping out a lot yesterday and today, getting the purple light on the router. Done all the usual stuff with the route, still doesn't resolve anything

    Hi @bt_uk On your website, you have a 900mb broadband offer for £40.99 per month with a 24-month contract. Is this a fixed price for those 24 months, or can the price go up during my contract? If it does, could I cancel my contract without penalty? Thank you.

    62 days long, my @bt_uk internet outage. In that time, I could've downloaded 42.9TB of data over the 64Mb/s bandwidth I'm still paying for. 7 missed resolution dates. Paid £61.09 in bills, owed £504.00 compensation. @WeAreOpenreach ongoing SSKMD MSO for 116 days. #stilloffline

    @bt_uk Ey Bri, just to let you know, we have spoken to our friend up the road who is having the same issues and they spoke to a BT engineer, the original fix in the cab failed and now they are waiting on a part to try the fix again.

    @bt_uk An Openreach engineer came today to upgrade our current internet package to Full Fibre 900. However, now he has left and told us there’s an issue, and now we have no internet whatsoever. This is ridiculous as I have absolutely no internet, not even my old internet works.

    @bt_uk quick question- last Thursday I made a request for a manager to call me back re a broadband issue and BTs response- I was told that someone would call back with 72 hours - my question is why hasn’t this happened?

    @bt_uk They have not but I did get the automated text saying “we ain’t to fix this before Wednesday” thing is I kinda need the internet for work and etc.. so this is a nightmare for me right now
