@bt_uk We have had an absolutely shocking experience in the transition of analogue phones to iCloud which has resulted in the dental practice I work in being left with no business phone number at all. It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

@bt_uk Just cancelled broadband due to multiple drops a day, ongoing for months, impacting work. 4/5 engineers have been unable to fix it & u can see faults on the line. I have to pay early termination fee (£150) because I've refused ANOTHER engineer visit. As if 6th time lucky

Just got a letter from @bt_uk telling me that prices to go up 9.3%, which wouldn't be so bad if it weren't the fact that we're already paying more for everyone else to get upgraded first (living in a village). Now obviously I know that more rural areas are worse off, and...
