  AFL now suspended too. With no live support to show it is actually unbelievable that @btsport continue to charge full price for their sports channels with no option to pause. They need to address this now.

  Guys supposedly from @bt_uk going round the doors in EK saying my neighbours have complained of slow internet speeds. That's ok I'm on VirginMedia. They asked me to do a speed test on my phone. I told them to piss off. 1 I'm not a BT customer 2 I'm not your data source

  @bt_uk so last night u tell me my router has a problem & fault will be escalated. No one can find this & now u tell me that it’s the line & I have to wait until Monday! Make up ur minds! Then call centre worker asks if they can close the complaint! No u can’t until it’s fixed!

  @bt_uk Just so its out there, when cancelled today I was told if I rejoin BT at a later date I would be put to the back of queue, how absolutely typical of company who gave me start date then could not supply their service even after a month and four days !! Excellent customer care!!!!

  @bt_uk And that's the problem, it never does change ... for years and years "If you go with Halo 3 + when you get fttp then you should get a free upgrade. That should happen in 12 months" Yeah, didn't happen

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.
