Welsh1 (@D1Bluebird) reported@bt_uk Yes, BT is the service provider. BT need to exclude faults in the area and to be honest you should run tests. Elton Murphy (@eltonmurphy) reported@btbusinesscare @Starlink 5 days later and this might be fixed by Wednesday. We’re a business and we pay for a business service. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
