Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. Josh (@Jsm0445) reported@bt_uk i had my bt email account hacked after putting my login details into a spurious email. I regained access to my email by changing the password but I don’t seem to receive emails and emails that say they have been sent don’t get received. How can I rectify this?

We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband

Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running.
