I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

Simon (@thfcsimonm) reported@bt_uk I’ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then I’m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives ‘ look into it ‘ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

I explained I don’t have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesn’t need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??
