@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@Cal_SFC The problem isn't VAR it's the rules that they are enforcing. Great point made by @rioferdy5 on @btsport last night. That defenders will now be told to take the man out. Have you considered thinking rather than letting your inner child tweet?

@bt_uk Questions I need answering please. 1/ why has my broadband speed continuously gone down year after year but price gone up? Ie when FTTC first here I was on 86 down and 20 up. I achieved and maintained those speeds now it's lucky to hit 40 down and 13 up.

@btbusinesscare I've talked to your complaints team and there is literally nothing that the entirety of BT can do about it. Its simply a process that cannot be broken. If one of my customers is impacted by a mistake I'd make - I'd be on a motorbike with a new simcard to get them up an running.
