As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

We've been cut off, transferred then not been able to be given back to the original person who offered us a deal and now the new person can't offer us the same deal! 1.5hrs on the phone and you're going to ring us back in 5 days!
