@bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

@btsport yours has to be one of the worst Sport streaming apps out there! I log in to watch a replay and it’s never there or it comes up with an error. Also very poorly designed interface. Nothing intuitive or logical about it. Easier to use the BT TV app and that’s poor too!

Guys supposedly from @bt_uk going round the doors in EK saying my neighbours have complained of slow internet speeds. That's ok I'm on VirginMedia. They asked me to do a speed test on my phone. I told them to piss off. 1 I'm not a BT customer 2 I'm not your data source

@bt_uk Great customer service #Not you do a deal with @NOWTV_It and switch off your customers packages with you midnight 18th Nov then your offer same packages to loyal customers but increase prices by 110%, if I go direct to @NOWTV_It I can get same packages 50% less #rubbish

@bt_uk i must say that my wifi is shocking!! i pay so much money a month for the worse wifi that turns of every 10minutes ( even when your sat next to it ). You can not have more than two devices connected at once otherwise it just doesn’t work at all. please give me a solution:)
