Call us says @btsport but no one answers there is no alternative contact method just received #bill for a service they no longer provide as #BTSport have failed to honour the contract they have with I will not pay them

AFL now suspended too. With no live support to show it is actually unbelievable that @btsport continue to charge full price for their sports channels with no option to pause. They need to address this now.

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

@MartinSLewis Please don’t encourage people to change over to BT my mother moved over to the essentials and they cut of her phone and broadband due to error with order on there end no resolution been over a month she is disabled and vulnerable with no customer service what so ever….@bt_uk

@bt_uk Hi. No. I’m a paid customer through BT sports. Point being, worked fine until I got a new tv with built in chrome cast and now your app doesn’t find it. So if there’s no fix for this, it’ll be pointless continuing my subscription.
