@bt_uk If they’ve tried calling on my landline they won’t have got through, it’s not working, as I’ve repeatedly told you & which you fail to recognise. I can only be contacted on my mobile no. which I confirmed with Lee yesterday.

@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

@bt_uk I’m so annoyed been on a chat all day with BT. Problem not resolved. Sent an email with a phone number at 2pm. Phoned the number and had to start again. At 3 I got the internet again having lost a days business. I was assured it’s all fixed and wouldn’t be an issue again.
