@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@bt_uk Hi Lisa, no errors were found. My download speed is stable at 25mbps, but that’s close to 3 times lower than it was previous, and near half the minimum guarantee on my contract. There’s an engineer coming out on Monday to have a look.

I've just had @bt_uk broadband installed in my new house and I'm having some serious connection issues on @Zoom calls. I've got Full Fibre, a full wifi signal, and BT says my download speed is 510.8 Mb/s. Any ideas on what I can do to improve my Zoom connection? 🤔
