@bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

@bt_uk Long story. My account was incorrectly cancelled, BT acknowledged the error and set up a new one, no o/s balance. Yesterday £2019.07 is taken for cancellation. Phone to resolve & complain and the customer service on offer, in particular from the first gentleman I spoke to (c.)

  • ianwatson Ian Watson (@ianwatson) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Yet again @bt_uk internet mail is down. Definitely moving something more reliable…

  • MartinWatsonAV Martin Watson AV LTD (@MartinWatsonAV) reported from East Kilbride, Scotland

Don’t think @btsport and @YouTube will be holding there heads high tonight. The live stream of the champions league final was awful. Not a lover of the @BBCiPlayer, but at least they can successfully broadcast a live event in UHD without any major issues.

  • kopaloadofthis1 kopaloadofthis (stevie ) no likey fuck off / (@kopaloadofthis1) reported from Harthill, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam @btsport So I cancel bt sport with sky then

  • donners32 Andrew Donnelly (@donners32) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

  • gunslingergwm Gordon (@gunslingergwm) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@btsportufc cancelled am not paying extra for #ufc events even if it is only 4 events a year ! Stupid marketing decision and I reckon you are going to lose a lot of customers because of this 😡 #btsport

  • ghman78 G Honeyman 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇸🇨🇭 (@ghman78) reported from Birkenshaw, Scotland

@bt_uk so last night u tell me my router has a problem & fault will be escalated. No one can find this & now u tell me that it’s the line & I have to wait until Monday! Make up ur minds! Then call centre worker asks if they can close the complaint! No u can’t until it’s fixed!

  • Jmg64John Johnoorie (@Jmg64John) reported from Bargeddie, Scotland

@GeorgeUpton5 @mojo18881967 @Bhoy1888Celtic1 What Celtic spend is raised by Celtic and the support NOT from TV revenue where a fair chunk is raised in Scotland, hence my thoughts on Scots subscriptions ing to BTSport or Sky.

  • fredparry3 Fred Parry (@fredparry3) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

  • annemarie6377 AM (@annemarie6377) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk What a total nonsense but completely predictable. I’ll just cancel the direct debit

  • jimewings jimewings (@jimewings) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

  • KyleMitchell97 Kyle🤙🏻 (@KyleMitchell97) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk was horrendous. The resolutions to my complaint offered by manager on the phone were frankly insulting. The only reason I had the complaint closed was due to being so frustrated with my experience that I couldn’t continue- manager also refused to allow me to speak to (c.)

  • fredparry3 Fred Parry (@fredparry3) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

  • btbusinesscare BT Business Care (@btbusinesscare) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

  • MikeTheSweeney Mike 🐈 📚 🎶 💊 (@MikeTheSweeney) reported

@bt_uk 4 days in a row of bellow mid WiFi. This situation has angered me to the point where I feel the need to step in. Please help me

  • Julford57 Julian Ford (@Julford57) reported

@PhilipRadbourne @paullewismoney @bt_uk Customer service standards can vary a lot. I must admit I do have some sympathy with the customer services staff over this as their hands are tied and they cannot offer what the customer wants.

  • BowlesAnd George and Karen Bowles (@BowlesAnd) reported

@bt_uk just want to watch some Netflix after struggling with paperwork, due to incredibly poor signal from our substandard, ‘TEMPORARY’ (4months), BT mini-hub, guess what!? Netflix won’t work either! BT, when will you connect us? Terrible, terrible company.

  • TheRunningManZ TheRunningManZ (@TheRunningManZ) reported

@jimbob4224 @bt_uk @skytv Yeah, I got Mums down from £46 to £30 today with Netflix included now and not at the old price. They’d been overpaying for years.

  • Burnside_5 Burnside (@Burnside_5) reported

@paullewismoney @bt_uk Each time I renew my BT Broadband, the price goes up but the guaranteed minimum speed goes down, dropped by 30% in 4 years, whilst the price to me has increased by 15%, and that’s with negotiating a discount.

  • gwibble_ Jack Intrawong-Potts (@gwibble_) reported

@bt_uk It is Absolutely shameful that yesterday I spoke to the retention team and was offered Full Fibre 100 at £34.99 a month with no flex on the price at all. I contact BT pretending to be a new customer and I am offered the same Full Fibre 100 Package at £29.99 and £300 Credit

  • sez1842 Sez Katherine (@sez1842) reported

@paullewismoney @bt_uk It's a terrible idea. Absolutely no signal for any network for about 7 miles round us. Elderly population. Regular power cuts. Just dangerous!!
