I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@eddiebhoy71 @bt_uk Aye a know its openreach, we wer trying to get sky broadband as part of our package and didn't know that BT have the rights for the first year but our sky fiber was crap, always cut off between 12-1 for some reason and ran slow, BTs been much better so far

@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

@bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

@bt_uk Yes theres no excuse. Bt switch a number off without the new service in place. We have elderly relatives who dont use mobiles; we need the phone. A communication company that disconnects you twice in two months. The irony!!

@bt_uk I don’t accept that my services going down on Thursday, that because it’s a weekend & bank hols, I have to wait 9 days to be reconnected. Apparently if I was a halo customer I’d be up and running by now. So my £60 a/m isn’t enough, you need £10 more.

@bt_uk Home move booked and confirmed for Monday 12th. Two days later I get a text to advise its been moved to the Thursday 15th. On phone now trying to get a resolution, but the advisor basically wants to give me a couple of quid to go away and find my own solution. Not happy.

@bt_uk hello I have a bt broadband package and I have had numerous issues with the following error ( couldn't authenticate connrction) this is thr same issue using 3 different devices and when it does connect. I lose Internet a few times a day. Can you help?
