@bt_uk hey; our broadband has been out since 11am and was to be fixed by 1900 today...current update is Monday at 2315...what's the issue as this is needed for work etc..

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@DjDuOne @bt_uk I’ve just found that engineers are on strike but the issue has been on going since 3rdAugust and I keep getting told they cannot forward me to a manager. Why not? The engineer has told me the issue and I want to speak to a manager to resolve. Customer services are no help!

So here we are yet again, @bt_uk, Beyond Terrible. Your recorded message advises that excellent customer services is what you strive for, yet there's 30 minute + wait times, or you can go online - no use when your BT internet isn't working, had 2 days of this and getting fed up!
