    @bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

    @eddiebhoy71 @bt_uk Aye a know its openreach, we wer trying to get sky broadband as part of our package and didn't know that BT have the rights for the first year but our sky fiber was crap, always cut off between 12-1 for some reason and ran slow, BTs been much better so far

    @bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

    @bt_uk yo my guys my Wi-fi has been incredibly poor these last couple of weeks, my download speed is very low, the Wi-fi dips on and off overall it’s been really consistent in my area.

    @BT_UK Yay! That’s four appointments in a row you’ve missed! Tbh I can’t think of ever having such poor service from a provider before. Either come and collect the kit you posted ahead of 1st appt or escalate this complaint up the management ladder.

    @lollujo @bt_uk Maybe you should ask about Fibre to the premises. Myself and my partner have it and we have no issues at all. So much better than the cabinet fibre.

    @SkyIreland @btsportufc such bs we cannot watch #UFC257 without a Sky Box in 🇮🇪. Not sure why the @btsport BoxOffice app isn’t available here... I assume there is a licensing issue of some sort. Down side is I have to hope I can illegally stream the event plus side I save €30

    @bt_uk hi admin we have a bill problem that needs sorting and we have tried on the phone but your intrangisence is hindering the problem ..we need someone to grasp this. It is fir costs going back 15 months since we cancelled our account. Help please
