@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

@bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@bt_uk Rubbish! Constant dropping out on router. When it works it works, but it’s becoming quite unstable since digital voice. Rebooting it constantly every other day. Shouldn’t need to do that, and 3 Wi-Fi discs.

@bt_uk you stitched up my Dad, a lifelong BT customer (he is almost 80), wifi no longer works, new router at wrong end of house, security camera no longer wired up and your solution is to charge him an £4 a week to add wifi! #unbelievable
