    @bt_uk OMG! Why did I become a BT customer? You have to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I joined you on 18th October and its been a disaster since. Please can someone who knows what they are doing contact me.

    @MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

    @bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

    @bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

    @bt_uk now not coming out till Tuesday!!! Leaving a vulnerable 98 year old without a careline!! A poorly sick vulnerable man has no access to 999 or help if he needs it! This has been going on since TUESDAY!! Seriously the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

    @bt_uk Been told to wait until Monday at the earliest by one of your advisors, for the service to be re-ordered back to BT. The takeover has gone to EE, and I know this person(I know you are the same company). Can this account be switched to mine?

    @bt_uk @EE I am disgusted as to how we have been treated. Sold bt package of broadband and TV. Came home Wednesday morning after our holiday to find none of it working. Spent all day on phone and told by Michael in Exeter that a slot came up today so closed the complaint....
