pole vaulting taliped (@willmill82) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.
-
Leah Hughes (@leahvhughes) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@bt_uk @mhughes2k I’m pretty sure @bt_uk aren’t taking responsibility for their actions, including the incompetence and rudeness of their customer services. Easier to use the BT TV app and that’s poor too!
