@bt_uk hey; our broadband has been out since 11am and was to be fixed by 1900 today...current update is Monday at 2315...what's the issue as this is needed for work etc..

Guys supposedly from @bt_uk going round the doors in EK saying my neighbours have complained of slow internet speeds. That's ok I'm on VirginMedia. They asked me to do a speed test on my phone. I told them to piss off. 1 I'm not a BT customer 2 I'm not your data source

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @tigerrector @bt_uk We are experiencing the same issue. Never asked @bt_uk for it & only way we knew we didn't have a live phone line was when we missed a flood alert call. Called to ask for it cancelling told the area was being updated to new system still no phone line.

Love renewing a contract and paying for a service @BTCare and then nobody turning up at the time promised to install broadband. Well worth the monthly cost, time off work and threats of penalties if I cancel. What about if you screw up? Like you have today?
