10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

@bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

@bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk I just had a call from 01478 652 653 claiming to be Openreach because my router was giving them errors. They needed me to run a speedtest to prove my speed was low and then they could help. It was a fun five minutes.

@Sharky3D @bt_uk yeh they never over charged me by £5000 and never after 4 hours on the phone explaining i dont live at my old address , then sent 2 routers to my old address ....
