It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

Richard Armstrong (@_RGArmstrong) reported@bt_uk @SianJam69927160 I've got a mini hub, but cellular reception where I live is poor, so it can't establish an Internet connection. Can anything be done about this? I see there are antenna sockets on the back of the hub. Would an external antenna help?
