    Guys supposedly from @bt_uk going round the doors in EK saying my neighbours have complained of slow internet speeds. That's ok I'm on VirginMedia. They asked me to do a speed test on my phone. I told them to piss off. 1 I'm not a BT customer 2 I'm not your data source

    @bt_uk When I use my EE mobile signal, the problem disappears. I tried calling 0800 800 150, but I get sent text messages that won't allow me to speak to an advisor

    @btsport yours has to be one of the worst Sport streaming apps out there! I log in to watch a replay and it’s never there or it comes up with an error. Also very poorly designed interface. Nothing intuitive or logical about it. Easier to use the BT TV app and that’s poor too!

    @bt_uk And I paid to have my phone line moved to corner of my home unlinked from neighbours 2 years ago, Unlink my telephone line And restraighten my satellite dish please, If not i will remove telephone line and charge for satellite dish to be put back for a signal

    @BritishGas I’ve waited for nearly 2 hours for a call back from your ‘bereavement team’. Not very helpful at all. A bereaved person has an awful lot of stuff to deal with. You’ve added to the agony. @bt_uk were brilliant so was @YorkshireWater

    @BlueberriesRok @bt_uk Hi Julie, did you get a resolution on this from BT? You may have bumped into a glitch in some software versions. Skipping the on-bootup update check and then doing one manually should clear the problem?

    @btsport just found a thread saying it could be because the Internet provider is @Sky that's what it causing the issues. Are you being ******* serious! You expect most people to know how to disable ipv6 on their router? Sort ya **** out as you are robbing people of their money.

    @hughpmullen @btsport I think so. That's the main problem! Different people thing different things are accidental. I don't think we should have an incident that could be a penalty or a red card, just based off a different idea of what the rule means.
