There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@bt_uk We were supposed to get super fast broadband installed on 23rd March. Our Sky BB was disconnected. We are still waiting for various cable issues to be resolved. Spoke to BT on Thursday and received condescending generic update the next day. Now left with download speeds of 3mbs.
