  • willmill82 pole vaulting taliped (@willmill82) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

  • thistleboy1 Michael Kenny (@thistleboy1) reported from Bishopbriggs, Scotland

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

  • Chunk_the_Hat Nick Carroll (@Chunk_the_Hat) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@Liam_Houghton98 The problem isn't VAR it's the rules that they are enforcing. Great point made by @rioferdy5 on @btsport last night. That defenders will now be told to take the man out.

  • CraigyJ Craig Johnston (@CraigyJ) reported from East Kilbride, Scotland

@btbusinesscare Hi, what exactly is the “enhanced message alert” on BT Business Mobile service? I’ve just activated it having never noticed it before!

  • emmaroo74 Emma Smith (@emmaroo74) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk OMG! Why did I become a BT customer? You have to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I joined you on 18th October and its been a disaster since. Please can someone who knows what they are doing contact me.

@eddiebhoy71 @bt_uk Aye a know its openreach, we wer trying to get sky broadband as part of our package and didn't know that BT have the rights for the first year but our sky fiber was crap, always cut off between 12-1 for some reason and ran slow, BTs been much better so far

  • sarahtottie sarah adams (@sarahtottie) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

  • TahirRMalik TRM (@TahirRMalik) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@btbusinesscare @bt_uk 3 weeks and still waiting. How crap @bt_uk can get?

  • Chunk_the_Hat Nick Carroll (@Chunk_the_Hat) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@Cal_SFC The problem isn't VAR it's the rules that they are enforcing. Great point made by @rioferdy5 on @btsport last night. That defenders will now be told to take the man out. Have you considered thinking rather than letting your inner child tweet?

  • lor51 Lorraine McD (@lor51) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk is there a reason the #BTMail iOS app keeps requesting login details and doesn’t allow for face recognition to be used?

  • kippaxcraig Kippax Craig (@kippaxcraig) reported

@btsport how do I cancel subscription?

  • DHayward119 David Hayward (@DHayward119) reported

@bt_uk Hi BT, I've had no landline for two days, reporting a fault online only activates the mini hub (broadband is fine), and can't get through to the 0800 fault number (system is busy). Can anyone help?

  • GalgoNando Nando Galgo 🇪🇸 (@GalgoNando) reported

@bt_uk Adaptors, I can’t connect via a cable. The hub has been restarted, the box has been restarted, the adaptors have been restarted. The box says it’s connected to the broadband but the signal drops in and out

  • LordSamG Sam (@LordSamG) reported

@bt_uk I'm shocked you don't support eSIMs for general public! Why only business customers? I'm going to change mobile providers now.

  • GalgoNando Nando Galgo 🇪🇸 (@GalgoNando) reported

@bt_uk The feed either never works because the box can’t connect to the broadband or it drops in and out

  • NoraPops sAzBrO (@NoraPops) reported

@bt_uk BT. You should start advertising teabags. After all, you are the service that dips in and out!

  • kimboFX Kim Brown (@kimboFX) reported

@bt_uk Hello! I've had an issue where you've been overcharging me since August, Ive been told on 5 separate occasions the issue had been fixed and given a refund at one point.. Yet I'm still overpaying? Its like screaming at a brick wall at this point? What gives?
