@bt_uk We have had an absolutely shocking experience in the transition of analogue phones to iCloud which has resulted in the dental practice I work in being left with no business phone number at all. It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

@bt_uk so I’ve been told if I’ve moved out of rented accommodation to a house where I’m not responsible for bills. I still have to pay my @btsport contract for a service I’m not getting. Absolutely scandalous, especially in the current climate.
