    @bt_uk We have had an absolutely shocking experience in the transition of analogue phones to iCloud which has resulted in the dental practice I work in being left with no business phone number at all. It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

    @bt_uk If they’ve tried calling on my landline they won’t have got through, it’s not working, as I’ve repeatedly told you & which you fail to recognise. I can only be contacted on my mobile no. which I confirmed with Lee yesterday.

You’ve spent all of this time telling the public to “do it’s bit” now this appears to suggest that you haven’t done yours. #failure

    I have had the unfortunate of having @bt_uk 'wifi' for seven months costings me just under £200. However I cannot even get a single bar of signal in the same room as the box. Called them up for them to say I had the basic package... so basic it can't cover three foot?

    @bt_uk I’ve done that before and can do so again, but the problem hasn’t fixed on the multiple time I’ve done that. I’m always told the line is fine and our download speed drops to 0Mb on every device in the house almost every day, so can can I have some money back too please?

    @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp please explain to me why it has taken 5 weeks and 9engineer appointments (only 1 of those actually turning up) and we still have no Wi-fi landline or tv. YET! You have taken the direct debit no problem 😡 Ombudsmen have been contacted FYI.
