There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone.   @MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

  @bt_uk you have one of the worst set top boxes ever. Keeps glitching and restarts on its own. I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasn’t fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I don’t want to go to the ombudsman (yet).
