Call us says @btsport but no one answers there is no alternative contact method just received #bill for a service they no longer provide as #BTSport have failed to honour the contract they have with I will not pay them

AFL now suspended too. With no live support to show it is actually unbelievable that @btsport continue to charge full price for their sports channels with no option to pause. They need to address this now.

OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

TV broadband saga continues. STILL nowhere near getting them & now seems the problem is not @bt_uk but @OpenreachHelp! Due to ‘problems with engineers’ they can’t close my line till 1/9!! That’s the earliest I can place a new order 😩 I moved on 29th July!!

@bt_uk reported my parents' line as broken Friday lunchtime. Diagnostic bot promised we'd have an engineer appointment notified within 48 hours. How do I chase this for them? I'm now 200+ miles from them and they don't have mobile. This is an urgent request
