  • willmill82 pole vaulting taliped (@willmill82) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

  • Dongie1963 Ian Donnelly (@Dongie1963) reported from Paisley, Scotland

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

  • GarethLowry Gareth Lowry (@GarethLowry) reported from Bishopbriggs, Scotland

@Liam_Houghton98 The problem isn't VAR it's the rules that they are enforcing. Great point made by @rioferdy5 on @btsport last night. That defenders will now be told to take the man out.

  • CarlTSpeak Carl Thomas (@CarlTSpeak) reported

So I guess it's time for a bit of a thread on @bt_uk Wholesale and an issue they seem to have with at least some of their broadband network. I'm not going to number this as I'm lazy and writing off the cuff.

  • BigBerthaBilly1 Big Bertha & Billy (@BigBerthaBilly1) reported

Usual @bt_uk ridiculous customer service. No broadband in village but unless we get every individual to ring in they won't believe us and won't come till Wednesday. Saying that if they do it will be Tuesday. Well done again BT

  • ollynj Oliver (@ollynj) reported

@Flattop1962 @btsport You say that but calling a player by their first name doesn’t make him impartial. Jamie carragher and Gary Neville are prime examples of impartial commentators and pundits and nobody has an issue. I think gone are the days of impartial pundits and commentators

  • CarlTSpeak Carl Thomas (@CarlTSpeak) reported

This behaviour is different depending on whether you're using @bt_uk as your ISP or one of their wholesale customers, but issues happen either way.

  • RussellR13 Russell (@RussellR13) reported

@bt_uk Still no sign of a fix @bt_uk. I've now forwarded details of this to @Ofcom for their records. Nowhere even close to good enough. By your own procedures, if it's still dead overnight tonight, you'll owe me £80+ in compensation.

  • KevThompson Kevin Thompson (@KevThompson) reported

@bt_uk Although done the online speed test and connection online yesterday as my tv was constantly buffering, ironically on BT Sport, and it reported back no issues. Which is my major issue with the complete Wi-fi guarantee - responds with all fine when I can visibly see it’s not

  • jonflyingtiger Jonathan Smith (@jonflyingtiger) reported

@virginmedia @virginmedia have just put back my installation by another 4 weeks after originally delaying it by 3 weeks - no internet now for 10 days with 3 kids home schooling and 3 adults WFH. It’s appalling.. @bt_uk how quickly can you help us get broadband? 🙏🙏please!

  • gavhshaw Gav Harris-Shaw (@gavhshaw) reported

@bt_uk my hub is making a crackling sound and drops WiFi signal at least 4 times a day. Can you help?

  • JoeToml1n Joe Tomlin (@JoeToml1n) reported

@bt_uk Hi Claire. Using the BT sport app on Samsung TV. The app is pretty poor. Lacks functionality and CONSTANTLY get the loading icon. Probs every 5-10 mins during a match. Connected via Ethernet, 300mbps BT FTTP so it’s not network. Other apps fine, so it’s just BT. Waste of money🙄
