  • AgentZara
c74NcK (@AgentZara) reported from Viewpark, Scotland

@bt_uk trying to speak to someone regarding a broadband issue is nigh on impossible. I'm not interested in stupid text messages that incur a charge on my mobile. How do I speak to someone? Pathetic service this.

  • AlexanderMcQui4
BigAlexMcQ (@AlexanderMcQui4) reported from Hamilton, Scotland

@dafties @Record_Sport @chris_sutton73 Laughing like a wee boy about rangers on a btsport live broadcast? There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. Sutton's conduct wasn't that professional either but if I'm honest wasn't far off my thoughts at the time.

  • Macca87
Andy McNeill (@Macca87) reported from Thornliebank, Scotland

@bt_uk so last night u tell me my router has a problem & fault will be escalated. No one can find this & now u tell me that it’s the line & I have to wait until Monday! Make up ur minds! Then call centre worker asks if they can close the complaint! No u can’t until it’s fixed!

  • fredparry3
Fred Parry (@fredparry3) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

  • mr_leonkennedy
Paul Drew-Rice (@mr_leonkennedy) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@kcros2 @bt_uk That was good service!

  • Chunk_the_Hat
Nick Carroll (@Chunk_the_Hat) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@Cal_SFC The problem isn't VAR it's the rules that they are enforcing. Great point made by @rioferdy5 on @btsport last night. That defenders will now be told to take the man out. Have you considered thinking rather than letting your inner child tweet?

Leah Hughes (@leahvhughes) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk @mhughes2k I’m pretty sure @bt_uk aren’t taking responsibility for their actions, including the incompetence and rudeness of their customer services. I hope u don’t treat others the way u treated me. I would like 2 know what action you are taking + reassurance u won’t do this to anyone else

  • Johnm150
JohnMac (@Johnm150) reported from Dennistoun, Scotland

@btsport yours has to be one of the worst Sport streaming apps out there! I log in to watch a replay and it’s never there or it comes up with an error. Also very poorly designed interface. Nothing intuitive or logical about it. Easier to use the BT TV app and that’s poor too!

@bt_uk If it's not installed at the 3rd attempt we are going to the ombudsman. BT and Openreach cannot communicate with each other and neither can tell the customer what is happening...or worse, what is NOT happening!

  • IQuitMuskspace
    Mark Haynes (@IQuitMuskspace) reported

@bt_uk I have now been branded as an abusive customer because I stayed my option the BT are idiots. I have abundant evidence to prove lies, incompetency and regulatory shortcomings. My service is still down and all you care about is hearing hurty words ... Try providing service!!!

  • ramnishkalsi
    Ramnish Kalsi (@ramnishkalsi) reported

@bt_uk Sorry, but this is becoming a part time job. I took out EE contract to watch some Tele not to spend my days troubleshooting poor quality hardware. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

  • Kat06075689
    Kat (@Kat06075689) reported

@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

  • lovemymemo
    Keith Stewart (@lovemymemo) reported

@WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk said they can’t turn it on before Monday! Please help!

@bt_uk Tremendous work @bt_uk not only have I contacted you on here (and you haven’t even replied or DM’d to my reply), but I also emailed you and got nothing back. So, phone call, twitter feed and email and no comeback from you guys other than to call again. Awful. Goodbye in Oct.

  • Global_Mongrel
    Global_Mongrel (@Global_Mongrel) reported

Why do some companies make it really difficult to contact and notify of an issue that will help their employees avoid fines or worse points on their licence? Especially @bt_uk. Not going to post the pictures publicly as don't want the crap that comes with driving issues.

  • L_Livingstone1
    Loretta Livingstone (@L_Livingstone1) reported

@bt_uk what exactly does 'Unable to validate the information provided,' mean? If you can't provide an explanation along with the message, it's not much use. I see this is a general issue. & why do you employ people whose English is so poor they can't understand or be understood?
