@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

@bt_uk If they’ve tried calling on my landline they won’t have got through, it’s not working, as I’ve repeatedly told you & which you fail to recognise. I can only be contacted on my mobile no. which I confirmed with Lee yesterday.

@bt_uk @LouRobinsSW Looks like it’s been roped for future FTTP cabling. It may be Openreach or another network provider using their ducts and boxes. You should have had a letter posted through your door informing you of the work.

@bt_uk My service with BT is terrible for last 3 weeks. I got disconnected from internet 120 times during last 14 days, including 40 times in last 24 hours. And counting. Helpline is not really helpful, I got engineer rescheduled 2 times, it took 10 days to get one visit me.
