As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

I explained I don’t have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesn’t need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??
