@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

@emerald1910 @bt_uk advertise a broadband product at £31.99. When (as existing customer) you checkout, suddenly it is £59.99. Phone them and they will offer you a third price (still more expensive than for new customers). I will be joining you at @SkyUK. No loyalty to existing customers.

Hi @bt_uk terrible service for home move Still no data line so on 4G hub for broadband Called 4 times this week & original order cancelled & reordered which has cut off 4G hub (gee thanks) so now worse off New 4G hub expected tomorrow but online says going to old address..! No?
