@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@bt_uk I’m on fibre 1 with approx 12 months remaining on 24 month contract. Looking at terminating services, would I be correct in assuming termination fees are approx 12 x monthly bill? Would moving service to new property mean I have to have to sign up for further 24 months?

@bt_uk I’m sorry I am not happy with this outcome - it’s poor service and as you say you are hiding behind a lockdown that was already in force when you took the order and arranged the date. Ref to UK lockdown is inaccurate and inappropriate.

  • nlw2595 Natalie (@nlw2595) reported

@bt_uk is this a legit number? Phoned at 7.30 this morning saying someone had tried to hack our computer, asked if our internet was connected. Sounded suspicious so put the phone down, haven’t heard anything since. Number is: 01782353533
