Alan M. Lappin (@GiggsyBlantyre) reported from Hamilton, Scotland@Dani1987C @d_mac2912 @ibroxrocks @btsport @darrellcurrietv It’s because Christopher Sutton is a former player of Celtic, Danielle. But I don’t think this fella will admit that he’s bound by hatred of all things Celtic, and that’s what motivates him to cancel his BT sub. You’re right though, they won’t give a ****!
-
Jamie Mayes (@SwellyJay14) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@bt_uk No local issues but I managed to fix it myself after about 30 minutes 👍🏼
-
Fly you fools! (@Duffy81) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@bt_uk hey; our broadband has been out since 11am and was to be fixed by 1900 today...current update is Monday at 2315...what's the issue as this is needed for work etc..

-
Alan M. Lappin (@GiggsyBlantyre) reported from Hamilton, Scotland@Dani1987C @d_mac2912 @ibroxrocks @btsport @darrellcurrietv Definitely! Once they go down that road, they’re gone. With a lot of them, that’s the only route they know, when they’re losing any sort of argument.
-
Nick Carroll (@Chunk_the_Hat) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@Liam_Houghton98 The problem isn't VAR it's the rules that they are enforcing. Great point made by @rioferdy5 on @btsport last night. That defenders will now be told to take the man out.
-
c74NcK (@AgentZara) reported from Viewpark, Scotland@bt_uk trying to speak to someone regarding a broadband issue is nigh on impossible. I'm not interested in stupid text messages that incur a charge on my mobile. How do I speak to someone? Pathetic service this.
-
George Somerville (@geosomerville) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandTell you what @btsport swap out that awful lineker/ Ferdinand advert for the wonderful Samsung Star Wars Save the Chewie Dog advert and I’ll keep watching....
-
John Clarke (@johnclarke1) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandHi @bt_uk just signed up for broadband, phone and TV. Do you cancel my current provider or do I do that myself?
-
sarah adams (@sarahtottie) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles
-
Emma Smith (@emmaroo74) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@bt_uk OMG! Why did I become a BT customer? You have to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I joined you on 18th October and its been a disaster since. Please can someone who knows what they are doing contact me.

Leah Hughes (@leahvhughes) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@bt_uk @mhughes2k I’m pretty sure @bt_uk aren’t taking responsibility for their actions, including the incompetence and rudeness of their customer services. I hope u don’t treat others the way u treated me. I would like 2 know what action you are taking + reassurance u won’t do this to anyone else
-
JD (@JDgawa1) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandA week after reporting your app as faulty still no fix...think I'll cancel and watch it on iptv like everyone else @btsport @bt_uk
-
BigAlexMcQ (@AlexanderMcQui4) reported from Hamilton, Scotland@dafties @Record_Sport @chris_sutton73 Laughing like a wee boy about rangers on a btsport live broadcast? There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. Sutton's conduct wasn't that professional either but if I'm honest wasn't far off my thoughts at the time.
-
yvonne Fleming (@yvonne_fleming) reported from Hamilton, Scotland@bt_uk We have had an absolutely shocking experience in the transition of analogue phones to iCloud which has resulted in the dental practice I work in being left with no business phone number at all. It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

-
Si (@SimonHealey73) reported@bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.
-
Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported@bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.
-
Dunc (@derbydunk) reported@bt_uk Hello. We got an email to say digital voice starts 20/7/26. It said we'd receive a code which we've never had and said an engineer would visit for switchover. Today we've received a new smart hub and phone. Is an engineer coming? Do we need a code? We're confused 🙃
-
Loftus Rogue (@LoftusRogue) reportedMoved into a new flat. I’d had trouble with my @bt_uk Wi-Fi in the old place, so this time I thought: let’s pop do it properly. I upgraded to a more expensive Full Fibre package. Foolproof.
-
grace hooper (@messalinahooper) reported@bt_uk Really had enough. Please send me a link to make a formal complaint about lack of service and lip service engineer. This is yet another night, one of dozens wifi and Internet failed
-
John (@palacejohn) reported@bt_uk absolutely disgraceful customer service yet again from your company-not the agents fault just a dreadful system designed not to engage with paying customers leaving a 93 year old with Alzheimer’s with no means of communication.
-
Simon Mitchell (@SimonMitch1956) reported@bt_uk @herbie963 Call them and chat online is a joke. I put a complaint in and they’ve just dismissed it out of hand and closed the case without even talking to me !
-
W H A T A W A L L Y ©️ (@whatawallyart) reported@bt_uk broadband is running slow I’m meant to be getting 900mbps called customer service they said they can’t help me as hub looks normal yet I’m only receiving 200mbps on a device so they won’t send an engineer, how is this an acceptable service?
