As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

I'm told it's my fault as I have my allowance set to £5 over my bill which is not enough for USA. So only solution I can see is post mobile back to UK
