@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@bt_uk OMG! Why did I become a BT customer? You have to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I joined you on 18th October and its been a disaster since. Please can someone who knows what they are doing contact me.

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

I’ve never been chased for anything like @bt_uk chasing their old hubs. Please don’t tell me it’s for the environment. 5 paper letters from debt collectors for an old hub after being a customer for 10 years. Never again.
-

@bt_uk Will do. Thanks again. Please do keep looking into upgrading these terrible mini hubs though. In this day and age they should be able to provide full 4g speeds even with lower signal levels like a phone can.

@bt_uk can you please help, I was firstly told a tech would contact me in 90 mins, to get a subsequent text later you were to busy and I should contact you again? I believe I'm the person payin for the service, so what about some service? My children have online schoolwork to do!

Gary Bell

@btbusinesscare This is our confusion we are a residential account but we’re told we can upgrade to a business account for “faster & cheaper internet” by BT Business with no cancellation fees & just switch over no issue since you are also BT instead it’s all messed up our full account gone.
-
David Daniels
(@DavidDaniels90) reported
@bt_uk Well - I've done this and it's made absolutely no difference. (To be honest, I can't see why it would) The always connected service really needs to be dealt with. As does the actual issue in my area to be fair, rather than blaming strikes for delays in repairing.
