@bt_uk is there a reason the #BTMail iOS app keeps requesting login details and doesn’t allow for face recognition to be used?

  • CraigyJ Craig Johnston (@CraigyJ) reported from East Kilbride, Scotland

@btbusinesscare Hi, what exactly is the “enhanced message alert” on BT Business Mobile service? I’ve just activated it having never noticed it before!

  • smunro23 Sheila Munro (@smunro23) reported from Armadale, Scotland

@bt_uk I raised a complaint re spam emails and it has now been closed with the issue still live. The email letting me know this ended up in this spam folder!!!! The only way I can contact you re this is by phone or writing. Can you please give me an email address?

  • itsMoffat Aaron 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@itsMoffat) reported from Whitburn, Scotland

Why do @bt_uk make it so difficult for me to spend money. Trying to upgrade my existing package. The digital journey on the website / app is poor, no echat option and been in a queue now for 15 minutes to speak to someone.

  • gmeldrum88 G.W.Meldrum 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🔰🐿 (@gmeldrum88) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk OMG! Why did I become a BT customer? You have to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I joined you on 18th October and its been a disaster since. Please can someone who knows what they are doing contact me.

  • TahirRMalik TRM (@TahirRMalik) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk Cloud voice is ****, plz stop peddling that to your customers.

  • C4mrin 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Cameron🇪🇺 (@C4mrin) reported from Armadale, Scotland

@WeeeSacks @bt_uk Mine went down at 17:30 ish - heard its fairly wide spread in Armadale - reported it to BT and told Friday for a fix but if its a bigger problem should be fixed sooner.

  • johnclarke1 John Clarke (@johnclarke1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Hi @bt_uk just signed up for broadband, phone and TV. Do you cancel my current provider or do I do that myself?

  • thistleboy1 Michael Kenny (@thistleboy1) reported from Bishopbriggs, Scotland

@bt_uk Why can't you do better than "Your call will be answered ASAP"? As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

  • willmill82 pole vaulting taliped (@willmill82) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

  • chrisblue1982 chris graham (@chrisblue1982) reported from Larkhall, Scotland

@ScotlandSky @btsport both tv outlets now becoming obsolete in Scotland St Johnstone tv charging bears £17:50 to watch and listen to the worst reported home match of the year now st mirren on weds doing the same 2 major outlets I pay for doing **** all

@RKA_89 @bt_uk Any joy Rachael? Having the same issue

  • 84CAJ Colin Johnston 😷 (@84CAJ) reported from Cleland, Scotland

Finally got my broadband reconnected after @bt_uk erroneously disconnected me. Now @zeninternet can I have my old login and IP address back?

  • sarahtottie sarah adams (@sarahtottie) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

  • prichardson76 Paul Richardson (@prichardson76) reported from East Kilbride, Scotland

@bt_uk What’s the chances of my landline fault getting fixed today on the estimated fix date so I can get broadband ?

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JWILSON990 James Wilson (@JWILSON990) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport The 3pm blackout is years old Ryan it’s a shambles it needs to be ditched in this day and age .

  • SimplySomeGuy Some Guy (@SimplySomeGuy) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Yeah, growing the product seems like a bad idea, I'm with the league on this one.

  • scottio101 Scottio (@scottio101) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Problem is.. no one would go to the stadiums, or certainly not as many. And not every club has 2 celebrity owners to attract international streams.

  • Hoppo101 Daniel hopkins🔴⚪ (@Hoppo101) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport But saying that. 3pm blackout should stay in place. If certain clubs with smaller fan base start to struggle and fans think, I'll stay at home and watch in TV, these clubs would go under. #keep3pmblackput

  • ch1ffy 👻 Ghost Of Chima 👻 (@ch1ffy) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Didn’t seem to be an issue before Ryan took over? If and when Wrexham get back in the EFL and back on I follow, will Ryan still be lobbying for all the other NL teams to be streamed?

  • jamestbl James Turnbull (@jamestbl) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport The reality Mr Reynolds is that unfortunately the teams in this league are not well off financially. Streaming would be cheaper than tickets so attendances will go down and towns will lose the footfall of potential customers for it's shops, restaurants etc.

  • willdjames will david james (@willdjames) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport So why don't you ask every other team if they would like to live stream there matches on a active service I.e tiktok. YouTube and then charge them the pleasure and shate that amongst the teams

  • WrxLewis timlewis_fm 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@WrxLewis) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Simple answer is get out of this backward, anti fan, horrible league this year.

  • geoff_buckley Geoff Buckley (@geoff_buckley) reported

@bt_uk You have sent me a mini-modem linked to the EE network. Your website says that I should keep this somewhere safe after my line is repaired in case it is needed in the future, but the package contained a returns bag. Do I keep it?

  • PJ_Jenno PJ (@PJ_Jenno) reported

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Could have a bad effect on clubs in lower leagues. Fans might not go to games and just stream.
