@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

@bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @bt_uk Dont trust BT as miss sold me to transfer my mobile contract to EE - was told included roaming just so they could lock me into 24 month contract for my broadband. I raised a complaint and they just closed it 4 hours later. I would be interested comments from @btcomplainer

@bt_uk I spoke to one of your colleagues last night, who has risen the 'dissatifaction report' or something, giving @WeAreOpenreach 5 working days to work out what they've done. I'm to call you back next Friday morning and there needs to be a solution that isn't 'wait until mid-May'.

Useful that @EE @bt_uk give us the big explainer for the 3.9% CI increase, sob story, cost of business etc .. consumers aren’t afforded the same allowances, first world problems for sure #CostOfLivingCrisis not because of #strikes or #immigrants 100% govt Useless!

@bt_uk worst of all time. My 83 year old dad without Telephone or Broadband for 3 feckin weeks. Left without fibre working, Twice they never showed up, Sat in all day today, no show again . Complete shambles.

@bt_uk BT - the usual lady on the end of the phone asking me if i want to upgrade to a service that I don't need and "would I like to try" so I end up saying I am busy now, sure, I find the product is not what I want - but says BT you said "yes" now you must pay for 24 months. BEWARE.

@bt_uk Thanks but that is of no help at all. You should not have disconnected the old broadband until the engineer closed the job. Yesterday we were told the hub would be delivered Monday.
