@bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

Guys supposedly from @bt_uk going round the doors in EK saying my neighbours have complained of slow internet speeds. That's ok I'm on VirginMedia. They asked me to do a speed test on my phone. I told them to piss off. 1 I'm not a BT customer 2 I'm not your data source

@bt_uk I spent an hr on the phone to a lovely engineer just now, as our Internet isn't working. He said we have to wait 8 days for an engineer to fix the problem. This is totally unacceptable as my husband runs his business from home. Any advice? He can't work without Internet.

@BTBusiness @bt_uk Shocking shocking service. Promised installation 1st Sep now 28th Sep and my whole family and two businesses are hung out to dry. 5 calls & got put through to a call centre in India. All they can do is update that they've missed every deadline they gave given. Shocking experience

On Monday morning the telephone lines to my local council in Lancashire crashed. It’s now Thursday mid-morning and they are still not working. What on earth must @bt_uk be doing? 3.5 days without a telephone line into The Town Hall!

@bt_uk Cheers, appreciate your reply. I’ll try getting a cat8 cable installed to replace the cat5 that came to connect to the router to see if that will help at all. Only time I don’t get the minimum amount is when others are using on WiFi
