Why do @bt_uk make it so difficult for me to spend money. Trying to upgrade my existing package. The digital journey on the website / app is poor, no echat option and been in a queue now for 15 minutes to speak to someone.

  • willmill82
pole vaulting taliped (@willmill82) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

  • Bof76R
bof76 (@Bof76R) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland

Worst fight ever @btsport Tommy fury wot a load of shite 😂😂😂😂

  • GiggsyBlantyre

@Dani1987C @d_mac2912 @ibroxrocks @btsport @darrellcurrietv Definitely! Once they go down that road, they’re gone. With a lot of them, that’s the only route they know, when they’re losing any sort of argument.

  • donners32
Andrew Donnelly (@donners32) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

  • ArgyLobey
ArgyLobey (@ArgyLobey) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk If they’ve tried calling on my landline they won’t have got through, it’s not working, as I’ve repeatedly told you & which you fail to recognise. I can only be contacted on my mobile no. which I confirmed with Lee yesterday.

  • riainsupertramp
Riain McConnell (@riainsupertramp) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@bt_uk currently having internet connection issues in Parkhead area of Glasgow. 3 times it’s disconnected today.

  • Johnm150
JohnMac (@Johnm150) reported from Dennistoun, Scotland

@btsport yours has to be one of the worst Sport streaming apps out there! I log in to watch a replay and it’s never there or it comes up with an error. Also very poorly designed interface. Nothing intuitive or logical about it. Easier to use the BT TV app and that’s poor too!

  • AlanCurrieEMT
Alan Currie (he/him) (@AlanCurrieEMT) reported from Motherwell, Scotland

@btsport @btsportfootball congratulations on the worst most biased commentary I have ever heard!

  • AlexanderMcQui4
BigAlexMcQ (@AlexanderMcQui4) reported from Hamilton, Scotland

@dafties @Record_Sport @chris_sutton73 Laughing like a wee boy about rangers on a btsport live broadcast? There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. Sutton's conduct wasn't that professional either but if I'm honest wasn't far off my thoughts at the time.

@bt_uk @BTCare Seems like getting full fibre and a new deal/contract is a bit too difficult to manage correctly. Turning off access many days before the new service is possible.

  • paulidilge

@bt_uk your website is so desperately poor. You offer a chance to edit my details and then you grey out the submit button, then you deny access to the page #hopeless #fail

  • iceman500000
    Richard (@iceman500000) reported

@btbusinesscare glad to know your billing team couldn’t wait to go home instead of resolving our issue which is part of an on-going complaint, I have had to shut the business for the night and cancel a birthday party whilst they went home

  • Sudo_1962

  • euanwab
    Euan (@euanwab) reported

@asha_shar Any way to have wi-fi 5ghz as default or option? Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!

  • HounslowParking
    Asif Rana (@HounslowParking) reported

@bt_uk I’ve told your complaint handlers I’m not spending one more minute of my time talking to anyone from BT. Even recalling any part of this mess will make me lose my temper and I’ve already spent hours. My monthly bills have gone from £125 to over £500. Why? BT has no answer.
