Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

FijustFi (@bitchystichy) reported@hatetorycuts @bt_uk BT have always provided the emergency operator service, they handle the call before it goes to fire, police or ambulance. When you first call and are asked what service, thats the BT role.
