I log in to watch a replay and it’s never there or it comes up with an error. Also very poorly designed interface. Nothing intuitive or logical about it. Easier to use the BT TV app and that’s poor too!

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.
