    @eddiebhoy71 @bt_uk Aye a know its openreach, we wer trying to get sky broadband as part of our package and didn't know that BT have the rights for the first year but our sky fiber was crap, always cut off between 12-1 for some reason and ran slow, BTs been much better so far

    @bt_uk what an absolute disgrace of a company, my 74yr mother has been in tears dealing with you twice in 2 days.Charging her extortionate bills for services she does not have.Disgusting way to treat a customer of 40yrs+. DO NOT USE BT #Disgraceful

    @ScotlandSky @btsport both tv outlets now becoming obsolete in Scotland St Johnstone tv charging bears £17:50 to watch and listen to the worst reported home match of the year now st mirren on weds doing the same 2 major outlets I pay for doing **** all

    @bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

    @bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

    @bt_uk don’t believe a word about BT helping those who are struggling with their broadband. I phoned and was told in no certain terms if you leave you will have to pay £342. No help whatsoever. Sent back router and now they pester me with emails for router.

    @bt_uk I reported a fault to you 22nd. Apparently I'm getting an engi Monday. October then. Being in Cornwall, no mobili signal in in home. Disgusy service. Watched my router doing spectrum last four hours. Back to talk talk.

    @bt_uk Rob, thank you for your message, I have paid the money now and returned the router. My point was the failure to help pensioners when financial circumstances arise. Now left with a £342 debt to repay.

    @bt_uk why as a new customer at my address I can get full fibre 900 yet as I’m an existing customer you can only give me full fibre 250? Been a customer for 7 years. Sort this out or I’m gone to sky.

    @bt_uk Router Keeps disconnecting from the internet, turned it off and on multiple times and took the plug out the wall waited 10 mins before turning back on yet on the website says there’s no issue?
