@bt_uk We have had an absolutely shocking experience in the transition of analogue phones to iCloud which has resulted in the dental practice I work in being left with no business phone number at all. It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

When @bt_uk expect us to pay the bill for this past month when we've had unstable connection (20+ drops since the 14th) and one failed visit by one engineer who couldnt even order a new router properly with the recent engineer claiming the first didnt know what they were doing.

Even though it was their fault we had to come in as a new customer,it was 7 weeks before we got reconnected with basic broadband and another 2 weeks before we cld upgrade

Having a mare with @bt_uk I'm having difficulty forming words and they insist I phone to cancel my account. Their Fibre BB has never worked and i'm paying for a service im not getting. Their customer service is appalling. #MS sucks as do @bt_uk Must do better #DisabilityRights

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply Dee, the main issue is that a few of my customers and family are unable to get any broadband services whatsoever due to the length of phone cable or distance from exchange. How will they be connected into the system?
