    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

    @bt_uk over 6 hrs of phone calls to you. 4 phantom installations, 2 text messages confirming installation date for the 2nd July, not to mention a letter stating same..waited in all day. Nothing, not even a phone call. Never mind that I am obliged to pay you for two months....

    @btsportufc cancelled am not paying extra for #ufc events even if it is only 4 events a year ! Stupid marketing decision and I reckon you are going to lose a lot of customers because of this 😡 #btsport

    @bt_uk so last night u tell me my router has a problem & fault will be escalated. No one can find this & now u tell me that it’s the line & I have to wait until Monday! Make up ur minds! Then call centre worker asks if they can close the complaint! No u can’t until it’s fixed!

    @bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

    @bt_uk was horrendous. The resolutions to my complaint offered by manager on the phone were frankly insulting. The only reason I had the complaint closed was due to being so frustrated with my experience that I couldn’t continue- manager also refused to allow me to speak to (c.)

    Don’t think @btsport and @YouTube will be holding there heads high tonight. The live stream of the champions league final was awful. Not a lover of the @BBCiPlayer, but at least they can successfully broadcast a live event in UHD without any major issues.

    @bt_uk Long story. My account was incorrectly cancelled, BT acknowledged the error and set up a new one, no o/s balance. Yesterday £2019.07 is taken for cancellation. Phone to resolve & complain and the customer service on offer, in particular from the first gentleman I spoke to (c.)

    @bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

    That’s me been on hold for HALF AN HOUR and I have now phoned 10 times this week and been on hold for 10+ minutes each time - awful service from @bt_uk @btbusinesscare

    @bt_uk yo my guys my Wi-fi has been incredibly poor these last couple of weeks, my download speed is very low, the Wi-fi dips on and off overall it’s been really consistent in my area.

    Cant believe how hard it is to get data for my @Apple Watch Im with @bt_uk they dont support but locked me into a contract which shouldnt be allowed if they cant supply a service! they are supposed to be the top network Apple suggest @Truphone BUT you cant set it up for yourself!

    @bt_uk that’s four appointments now for my parents that no engineer has turned up + hours on the phone. Appreciate difficult time but don’t offer a service if you can’t fulfil. Shocking new customer experience with no one seemingly able to resolve it.

    @bt_uk want £870 to cancel my broadband contract 2 move to @gigaclear so that I can get faster broadband speeds to help with homeworking and homeschooling 4 kids. I wouldn't mind but they cant increase my speed and agree it would struggle with the usage we are putting through it!

    @MarcAllera @bt_uk @EE Can you tell me why I pay for a fast service and you are incapable of providing that service impeding my ability to work from home and after waiting over 90 mins to get customer services maybe it’s quicker to walk from Kent to Sheffield to ask in person ?

    @BT_UK Yay! That’s four appointments in a row you’ve missed! Tbh I can’t think of ever having such poor service from a provider before. Either come and collect the kit you posted ahead of 1st appt or escalate this complaint up the management ladder.

    @bt_uk Is OK my wife is calling tomorrow to get to the bottom of this, like I say if this very serious accusation by your staff is correct then it shall be reported to ofcom Leaving it in my wife's hands for now as I've tried resolving the simple issues today and been pushed away
