The email letting me know this ended up in this spam folder!!!! The only way I can contact you re this is by phone or writing. Can you please give me an email address?

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. As Comms co. you must be able to give estimate of hold time to let customer choose to stay on the line or try later. Others do it! Answered after 13mins. Transferred to Billing 15mins and again to Pay 14mins.

It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

Fred Parry (@fredparry3) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.
