    @virginmedia 50 minutes on the phone. 6 operatives. Nobody can tell me when the fibre will be fixed. First today. Then Monday. Then the 17th. Then the 22nd. Then the 17th again. Like I said - a shambles. Service cancelled. @Ofcom @bt_uk @SkyMediaUK #hitmeup

    @bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

    @TomFairhurst91 @BBCSPOTY @james_willstrop @BBCSport @GaryLineker @clarebalding @GabbyLogan The problem is there is not enough money in it I suspect to get mainstream coverage. SquashTV and coverage by BTSport are increasing viewers I think but marginally. Hopefully if it can get Olympic coverage in Paris then that may help. Criminal as it’s truest the beautiful game!

    @bt_uk It’s a fault that yourselves have promised to fix so many times I don’t believe a word you say anymore. A complaint has been put in but got acknowledged then nothing. Also a day booked off work for your engineer to say it’s an external fault. Over £80 pm for nothing

    @bt_uk over 2 weeks without phone line or internet and another promise broken 👏👏 at least you’re consistent. If you can’t complete your promises don’t bother saying you will just to get people off the phone. No doubt you’ll be taking the monthly payment on time. #Disgusting

    @bt_uk 6 months of terrible internet service at least 4 complaints and 3 engineers appointments. 1st one tried but blamed infrastructure. 2nd one cancelled for no reason. 3rd one today between 1pm and 6pm a no show. Oh well at least we have a working landline! Terrible #bt_uk

    @bt_uk It just doesn’t work. It’s honestly not a problem we’ve handed our notice in now anyway. It’s been like this for 18 months and your download speeds have been horrifying
