@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@bt_uk When digging up roads, sort your traffic management! Yr hopeless temp traffic lights at Pool in Wharfdale, Yorks today turned a 5 min drive into a 45 min crawl making me late for my best friend's funeral where I was supposed to read. Never using BT services again! #angry

@netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

@bt_uk Isn’t there anything you can do? We’ve been without services all day. When I changed over to sky it was a simple switch over it didn’t take all day. Not the best start to our services with bt all. Wish we never bothered.

@bt_uk Shocking help from business side not even sure if it's a real person I'm talking to as certainly not listening! Just told I would have to pay and have two connections and contracts and I can't upgrade or come over from a retail customer and would need to install a second fiber

@rlloydpr @btbusinesscare I’m having little power cuts, happened once, thought it was just the Internet, then about 5 mins ago it happened again. Everything cut out for a second or so then came back on. Havnt a clue what hats going on.
