@bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

@bt_uk When digging up roads, sort your traffic management! Yr hopeless temp traffic lights at Pool in Wharfdale, Yorks today turned a 5 min drive into a 45 min crawl making me late for my best friend's funeral where I was supposed to read. Never using BT services again! #angry

@netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@bt_uk Interesting how previously I was getting fast Internet (50Mbps download etc), was offered super fast Internet for £10p/m more. Initially agreed but then realised not really needed to cancelled before even set up. Now Internet is incredibly slow (0.27Mbps download atm) 🤔

@bt_uk they said their transmitter nearest to my address is working. thru have asked me to retune with the aerial plug removed and then to retune with the plug back in. No difference with the result. i suspect i have damage to my tv aerial but i can’t be sure.

So @bt_uk I'm now 40gb of data down after having to hotspot my phone as I work from home. Will we be getting refunded as we are paying for services we aren't getting? the Internet has been down all day now. If not, I'm happy to switch at this point as its a joke.

@bt_uk In that case, I am no longer responsible for paying for a service I do not receive. Since this is now impacting my work, I'll be swapping provider to someone reliable. Now blocked all outgoing transactions to BT from my bank just to be safe.

@bt_uk hello, who do I speak with regarding a refund. Had no internet since 15th May as someone crashed into junction box on main road. Neighbour says 'fix date' should be 25th May. Had to pay for extra data on phone and a dongle.
