@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

@bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

@keesie_kee @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp We’ve spent a week of promised phone calls and not once has it happened. Everyday we’ve had to chase them. We’ve just been told they aren’t sending anyone out to “look” at it until at least the 29th (it stopped on 4th) they won’t cancel & won’t pause our bill in the mean time.

@bt_uk Where does poorly maintained telephone exchanges come under the list of issues you sent me to contact Openreach about. Last week when I reported this to you (BT) I was assured the building manager would contact me. I have no intention of being in a BT shunt. Sort it
