Mark (@RamblingSailor) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.
-
HAREHILLS PARK BOWLING CLUB (@ClubHarehills) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk As already highlighted we have now spoken to Royal Mail they explained that they own the postal code system as they deliver letters across the country, because we don't have an access point for letters to be delivered we won't be added, quite rightly so. The issue is with @bt_uk
-
Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

-
James Devlin (@JDevlin116) reported from Kirkburton, England@bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through
-
Jamie Leonard (@jamie__leonard) reported from Holywell Green, EnglandMoved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...
-
James319 (@jimmywood3107) reported from Dewsbury, England@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.
-
HAREHILLS PARK BOWLING CLUB (@ClubHarehills) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk We were unable to order online so did as instructed and called up so have no idea how it was set up, the issue is we should have been told from the beginning, and even so if we can't get registered with RM we can't have broadband 🤯
-
David Peter Woodhead (@DavidWoodhead26) reported from Leeds, England@btsport Can you tell me why, every few minutes the picture freezes for a and the commentary a word when ever we are watching TV ' line' via the hub I would like to know why we are getting a worse service than Virgin at a lot higher cost
-
Peter Thody (@PeterThody) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk I got a message to say an engineer would get to it by Sept 3 latest. Nothing as yet though, still no service.

PatsyT (@PatsyT31) reported from Fenay Bridge, England@bt_uk Text msg received today??!: Hello, BT here. We're sorry, but we need to change the date that some of your services will start or stop. Your broadband start date is changing from 17-Nov-2020 to 30-Nov-2020. Your phone service start date is changing from 24-Dec-2020 to 30-Nov-2020.

Julie Swift 🐶 (@OhJulie73) reported from Huddersfield, England@bt_uk hi, I'm very disappointed that my broadband price has gone up to £31+ per month, I didn't sign up for that price, is there any way I can cancel my contract, as it's not feasible for me in the long run? Thanks.
-
Julian Brown (@JuckaBardo) reported from Bingley, England@bt_uk Any problems with internet or signal in BD16 area at present? Our NOW TV service has been saying it's offline a lot (eventually works) & laptop struggled today too.
-
Dan Walsh (@PastPostPro) reported from Dewsbury, England@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.
-
🅰🅽🆃 (@Ant_Lock77) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.
-
Michael Collinson (@Mcollinson72) reported from Wakefield, England@btsportfootball @btsport sort your ****** stream out!!! Never have an issue with Amazon prime or Netflix which I pay way less for

-
patrick mcgill (@_mowgli73) reported@bt_uk wifi is dropping to ridiculously slow levels ( 2.4mbps). Contract has just run out....coincidence? Tried to do an online check and your online service is down. Shocking
-
BT Business Care (@btbusinesscare) reported@ReformedMr @bt_uk Hi, I'm sorry to hear what is happening. We'd like to help. We've sent you a DM now. Thank you.
-
Simboman 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@simboman) reported@bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.
-
(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reportedUpdate on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk Why can’t you @bt_uk send an engineer out to sort it out? Surely if you’re getting multiple requests over a period of days about a particular account at least you can do is investigate or take in interest on whether the issue has been fixed?
-
Changeling64 (@64outsider) reported@bt_uk upgraded my elderly relatives (in their 90s)telephone line & now their telephone isn't ringing properly. How exactly is that 'improving' their service? Ironically their phones are BT ones. Spent a few hours talking to customer services (not a free number 2 contact) #POOR
-
Jim Spence (@JimSpenceDundee) reportedOver the last few three weeks I did what I thought was the decent thing and allowed workers from @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk and their contractors, to access my property to check two poles, which were NOT on my property, but in neighbouring properties where access was awkward, but not impossible. This below was the resulting damage from a wire attached to my house to a pole outwith my house, as they worked on it. I’m now expected to fill in a lengthy explanatory form and seek private estimates to repair it, before returning the form to their lawyers. This costs me time and effort for a problem not of my making.
-
Roibeard Mhuiris (@RMhuiris) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Important to add, and what makes it even more crazy, I personally contacted their Chief Executive because the BT brand I buy my broadband service from (my contractual partner) had their complaints rejected and told me to do so. There was nothing further they could/would do.
-
Kerry Sumner (@MinsterStudios) reported@bt_uk Yes I have done and I’ve rang you. Also rang twice previously before installation. Still sending my personal information to an ex partner not to mention I cannot access a god damn thing to do with MY account
-
The Real Philip Lyon (@phillyonskem) reportedEvery time I have to contact @bt_uk about our business phones, it says webchat is the best option. And every time, without fail, after a least a half hour webchat they tell me I'll need to ring such and such a number. Absolute joke of a company to deal with.
