@bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

@bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

@bt_uk Hi, I've just switched to BT & since my old number transferred to the new SIM I'm now getting a 'PDP authentication' error when I try to access data. I've tried resetting the network settings and taking my SIM out and waiting before putting it back in but neither worked.

@bt_uk Hi, we switched from BT in Nov & have been waiting to send our kit back but never received the stuff to do it. I’ve tried online chat who direct me to a phone number, but I’m not holding for 1hr - pls can u send us the bag etc or I think it might just end up at the tip?!
