@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

Unbelievably poor internet service yet again today. Making working from home extremely difficult and frustrating. @bt_uk you are robbing us blind with what we pay for this ridiculously poor service.

@lolobozzle @BTCare Not sure. Perhaps citizens advice could help? It's in nobody's interest to try and force someone to pay up roe a service they can no longer afford due to a change of circumstances put of their control.

@Nate_Kitsune @FriedG0at @bt_uk Exactly. I know it sounds stingy but this should've been an opportunity for BT customers to get first dibs. If you're an O2 customer they don't open up O2 priority pass to non O2 customers etc...
-
Casey Cooper
(@CaseyCo13527451) reported
@AshSing02342182 @bt_uk Plus even if there wasn't going to be enough for every customer (obviously) EVERYONE who registered should've been emailed a code and then it could've been first come, first serve which would've been fair.

@bt_uk What exactly are you wanting to check for me? The fact that you want to charge me £344 to cancel because I don’t need two BT accounts in one property? You’ve already told me this. My issue is that it’s EXCESSIVE to say the least. It’s hardly an admin fee.
