@NeillShenton @btsport A lot of the co-commenators seem to be either pretty bad or annoying don't they? I think it was a shame (for us) that Gavin Peacock, once of Newcastle & Chelsea fame, chose a career as a Christian Missionary over football punditry. We lost a good un there. That pesky God fella..

@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

@btsport Unbelievable company. You take my money for a monthly pass of £25. You then cancel the pass 2 days later even though you have my money. Then experiencing some of the worst customer service I have ever come across I still have not got my pass renewed after 4 days. Joke..

@bt_uk Download of 20.35, upload of 4.36. Ping at 15.00 and jutter at 2.75. I'm the closest in the house to the hub, but it disconnects me on and off from the internet 2 or 3 times an hour. Didn't have this problem before the line was cut.

@bt_uk It was regarding not receiving at least the minimum speed for our broadband and the landline not working. Neither seem to have improved. I was under the impression that someone would visit the house as the operator mentioned that an adult had to be in the property.
