@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

@bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

@bt_uk you have the worst customer service ever - spent over 5 hours on hold over the last 2 days trying to sort out an issue with email that is your fault - being on hold and then having agents putting the phone down on me - you need to sort yourselves out - not happy

@tomhj123 @bt_uk I have been told the same this with regards to it being outside of the period but to give them their due they have now started digging deeper for me. Hopefully both of our issues will be resolved quickly.

@bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

@btbusinesscare I am still without service after six days of switching to the new cloud phone service, reported every day and still cannot receive calls on 01535608347 . BT does not care you sold me this and I am losing business . Help

@virginmedia This is the problem... The WhatsApp service is diabolical, terrible in addition to 2hrs on the phone it took from 11am to 5pm and barely any progress. I guess you don't like retaining loyal customers. I'll be moving to @bt_uk and I'll be recommending my 431 staff do the same.

@bt_uk Your luck accountability is astounding. I have phoned tweeted and emailed regarding my loss of WiFi . Nothing has been done to address the issue for 10 days. The service is unreliable. Luck of communication shows total disregard for your customer. I want an update today please !!

@bt_uk Any fix for why the Hybrid connect is flashing blue only. No connection just yet from it. Left it like this for a good while too. Moving houses and was told to order this as it will allow me to have a connection through December as my activation is not till January. Help
