@bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

@bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

@bt_uk Turned up today couldn't fix it told wife he was going outside to check the lines disappeared and closed the fault down i called him and said where did you go he left to do other jobs came back after i moaned looked again fault still not fixed

@bt_uk 14.4% increase on my package!!!Called to review my package / create a new as you previously said to another customer. However told no changes can be made, so either pay the increase or pay £362.06 to cancel. Very helpful!!!
