    @BTCare I’d take the £26.99 a month PLUS a refund of the £48 I’ve been over charged the last 3 months and would consider the 18 month deal. The refund of my over payment was never on the table tho... you’re basically only going to stick to our agreed price if I extend my stay with you.

    @BTCare That’s exactly the problem! I AM mid contract and my price has been taken from £28.99 a month to £44.99 a month. That’s a price change mid contract, yet you tell me it’s not possible to reduce it (back to what it was) mid contract. One rule for you and another for your customers!

    Just ordered @btsport and have to say the whole process is awful. The online route doesn’t work, then redirects you to another online route that also doesn’t work. Process on the phone is laborious and pointless. Awful, awful customer journey, thanks for wasting an hour.

    @bt_uk the bt openreach box that was broken !!!over a week ago!!! that has left my entire neighbourhood without internet since the 15th is still not fixed, we were all under the impression it would be fixed today and we saw workers but my broadband has been cut off yet again.

    @bt_uk For two of them I was told tonight that they expire on the 20/12/2020 when they actually expired on 05/01/2019 and 25/04/2019. If I hadn’t asked for them to be checked again as I thought it must be wrong I’d never have known. I could have cancelled these contracts ages ago!

    @bt_uk I have just used my free upgrade 59 BT fibre which is great - it includes line rental and free evening and weekend calls - problem is I haven't used my home phone for 6+ years and have disconnected it - why can @BT_UK not provide a broadband only option
