@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

@bt_uk Thanks. For some reason my network only shows the router name as an option and then the devices connect to the discs. You can’t choose discs on Wi-Fi.

@bt_uk I’ve found BT shocking to be fair, WiFi has never been so bad. Ps5 in my front room less than 2 meters away from hub and playing fifa or anything that needs a stable connect and I’m lagging so bad it’s unplayable. BT help is very poor, I’ve done it so many times!

@bt_uk so here I am on the phone for 2 hours as I’ve discovered I’m paying for a cloud phone service that I told you I didn’t want and haven’t used once. Requests to have it removed and pay for broadband only are being stonewalled. Please contact me urgently
