@bt_uk When digging up roads, sort your traffic management! Yr hopeless temp traffic lights at Pool in Wharfdale, Yorks today turned a 5 min drive into a 45 min crawl making me late for my best friend's funeral where I was supposed to read. Never using BT services again! #angry

Shocking service from @bt_uk. Engineer finally comes to install new service, informed by the engineer wrong equipment sent out by BT. Still no service and just a condescending response from customer service. Good start👌🏻

@bt_uk Drop out problem now resolved. Took a year to sort out. It took many visits of engineers. In the end it was a underground cable I mentioned a year ago. Very disappointing less than 2 miles for stow exchange with no offer for fiber upgrade. Stuck with a 1900s telephone system.

@bt_uk It was on my pc, its the lowest ive seen tobe fair. but it measures below spec more than within it since the service started. Shame you cant ring wholesale n get em to check next time they are out, which is pretty frequent

@bt_uk so can we explain why the speed measured is below... where is the loss. telling me your measure is okay doesnt help me when im buffering with a measured speed under 3mbs om Friday evening .. there can only be 33 addresses of the exchange literally 20 yards from me.

@bt_uk I have been promised a replacement for my broken router twice now in the last week. First it it wasn't ordered properly. Second one still hasn't arrived. Think this is grounds for leaving my contract early!! Awful service.

@bt_uk I spoke to one of your customer service advisors and they sent someone to check the cabling to my property and it seems to of fixed the issue it hasn’t dropped out since 👍
