@J_Strudwick @Jamken22 @btsport I had the same problem - try to watch a different BT channel (I picked Rugby), then once logged in switch back to footie - all ok.

@bt_uk Still awaiting response from BT. If we ran this shoddy service we would have no customers but BT have a monopoly on the lines except for fast growing fibre companies. Hope they go bust

@bt_uk Just had engineer round to "solve" our lack of broadband & still no broadband. BT were extremely rude. Next appointment next Sunday so 7 days we losing money. So I'm going to make a claim in county court against them for loss of income. The worst service on the planet

After a few days of very poor service from @bt_uk we spoke to one of their tech guys, Steve in Sheffield. Three hours later an engineer arrived. We thanked Steve (and his cat), he was awesome. Maybe BT can learn something about customer service from Steve’s approach. #Notachatbot

@bt_uk we are on day 4 of no internet. In Oct we had 4 weeks with no internet! I have not had one phone call, or message from you despite me calling you, messaging you. We have a “stay fast guarantee” but no mini hub even provided. Costing £100s a day for office hire. Help pls!

@bt_uk Ordered an upgrade to FTP in January, and still waiting. Order apparently "stuck". 11/7 you cut off the FTC. 20+ hours on phone and no solution; too difficult for you to fix. Been offered new connection with new account, in a months time. So min 6 wks without broadband.
