What a farce @Plusnet is. Three days now and major problems with their email and still not resolved. They must surely experience a massive loss of customers as a result. And they are part of @bt_uk Huge brand damage.

@bt_uk The engineer has just turned up. Turns out he hadn’t been working remotely as told on the phone. So I’m glad I didn’t leave the house! Really poor service and communication.

@bt_uk Unbelievably poor, without internet since Tuesday waiting for an engineer. Engineer appointment booked today between 8am - 1pm only to be told at 1.20pm by texted you are not coming?!? And next available appointment is Tuesday next week! Disappointed is an understatement

@bt_uk Yes but when I got thru to faults ream which I had to spend 1hr getting thru to, they said there wasn’t what a surprise might be switch team are there more customer focused broadband providers out there?
