@bt_uk Absolutely appalling service. My 84yr old father in law who lives alone with no other means of contact has been with out a phone for OVER 30 DAYS!! Nobody in your organisation seems to be escalating the issue. Do I need to go to the press? It is unacceptable.

@bt_uk @RuaridhHanna Would this be the level of response had there been a service outage in London? Somehow I doubt it. For most whose livelihoods depend on connectivity given the present circumstances, this is an inadequate response.

@bt_uk having tried all your “helpful tips” to improve our connection and being told there isn’t a problem in our area despite numerous Openreach visits & engineers reporting rusty wiring I would be grateful if you could help! WFH with poor internet isn’t much fun!
