    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    @bt_uk When digging up roads, sort your traffic management! Yr hopeless temp traffic lights at Pool in Wharfdale, Yorks today turned a 5 min drive into a 45 min crawl making me late for my best friend's funeral where I was supposed to read. Never using BT services again! #angry

    @bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

    @J_Strudwick @Jamken22 @btsport I had the same problem - try to watch a different BT channel (I picked Rugby), then once logged in switch back to footie - all ok.

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    @bt_uk I reached out for help with getting broadband up in our new rental home via the loyalty team last Friday - spent 2 hours on the phone doing it. It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

    @bt_uk i think after escalating to the woeful 'executive' support team. raising a complaint with the ombudsman, and tomorrow being the 200 day anniversary of when the installation should have occurred... do you think i really want to put any more effort into chasing you for an update?

    @bt_uk Temporarily locking an account for 20 minutes after 2 or 3 failed sign in attempts is rather annoying. Especially as there is no option to remove the temporary lock via text or online if you're already signed in on another device.

    Very poor show @bt_uk - first you keep ad ons even though I phoned to have them removed. Then you say "we have a special tv offer for you" but of course I cant place the order - "sorry we don't have any personalised offers for you.." When did BT become such a mess??!!

    @bt_uk not impressed as a new customer that we've received a virtual card, gone to use it and because we didn't activate within 3 months (2 weeks out) we can't use it. Absolute waste and you're already putting our bill up! Shocking service.
