@J_Strudwick @Jamken22 @btsport I had the same problem - try to watch a different BT channel (I picked Rugby), then once logged in switch back to footie - all ok.

@bt_uk When digging up roads, sort your traffic management! Yr hopeless temp traffic lights at Pool in Wharfdale, Yorks today turned a 5 min drive into a 45 min crawl making me late for my best friend's funeral where I was supposed to read. Never using BT services again! #angry

Hello @bt_uk I've been waiting all day for a call back from you regarding a complaint. Am now told this has been re-scheduled (without asking me). Wasted a full day on this. Seriously fed up. Sort it out.

@tighttop @fightingtalk2 @btsportufc I still pay for ESPN+ ! On top of paying to these streaming platforms, people are still paying for PPV events. I understand what you mean, but you are paying for BTSPORT! Many people don’t pay **** and watch all the events on these livestreams!

@bt_uk I will be giving up on Bt soon. have wifi in every room as guaranteed, but not necessarily an internet connection for every device as it keeps dropping. a long time known problem that they seemingly cant fix

@bt_uk 3.9% + inflation annual price rise for no additional improvement in service or product. No reward for customer loyalty, in fact precisely the opposite. Can potentially get better services and product from other providers by moving.

@bt_uk Day 8 of no internet. Engineer booked for this morning and cancelled without so much a message to let us know. New visit booked for 2nd...just got cancelled. Now rebooked. This has taken up so much time without even an attempt at a resolution. The only redeeming factor 1/2

@bt_uk fault with dropping broadband connection. Still not resolved but the fault has been closed and marked as fixed?!! Why? This is the second time this has happened. And a member of your customer service team got in touch and instead of being empathetic she was rude. Very poor
