    @J_Strudwick @Jamken22 @btsport I had the same problem - try to watch a different BT channel (I picked Rugby), then once logged in switch back to footie - all ok.

    The commentary in BTsport is pretty bloody terrible....it needs an comical alternative to make it more interesting

    Hello @bt_uk I've been waiting all day for a call back from you regarding a complaint. Am now told this has been re-scheduled (without asking me). Wasted a full day on this. Seriously fed up. Sort it out.

    @BTCare absolutely seething. You have completely let down my elderly mother by failing to do as you promisedSpent the last 2 Saturdays trying to deal with your appalling customer services. An exercise in futility and frustration. Failing in your duty of care to customers.

    @bt_uk When digging up roads, sort your traffic management! Yr hopeless temp traffic lights at Pool in Wharfdale, Yorks today turned a 5 min drive into a 45 min crawl making me late for my best friend's funeral where I was supposed to read. Never using BT services again! #angry

    @MarkMartindale Exactley this, Sky/bt were against because ESL were going to go with a streaming platform and cut out the TV out from the revenue loop. The EPL would then follow suit. It’s just a question of time really as this is the future, hence BT trying to sell BTsport

    @VirginMedia's argument is that they could only send us the same model router and TiVo box, but given that I'm fairly certain it's age and use that's causing the problems, that would be perfectly okay. I'm now eyeing up @BT_UK, but other recommendations are welcome.

    @bt_uk You already sent tech experts who found the issues were with you, not us as you are trying to suggest! We have poor, unreliable broadband as your tech experts reported! Please escalate my complaint as set out by @Ofcom

    @bt_uk Well considering this is at least the third fault detected and “repaired” in 6 weeks and we have been having issues all that time, don’t you think it would help? Strange thing is, the business line in the building next to mine is constant 25mbs+ and 4G backup £29.99!

    @TheDaiLlew @virginmedia @bt_uk I've had a similar issue with BT. 3 engineers who all said my router was too old to deliver the service I was paying for. BT insisted I had the right router for my package. Took ages to get any substantial improvement and I can't use zoom at the back of the house.

    Left home for work about 1pm, WiFi fine. Come home 10 hours later, @bt_uk box solid orange, switched off and flashing purple - wires all plugged in properly, switch off flashing orange for 10 minutes and nothing. Used their online service and apparently no faults. At a loss now🙃

    @bt_uk @simonebowen I've got the same problem, was told some damage to the exchange has caused massive problems on the openreach network. I can't believe you've not put out a statement about this as a whole area of London has no service? We're working from home. it's a joke
