@BTCare absolutely seething. You have completely let down my elderly mother by failing to do as you promisedSpent the last 2 Saturdays trying to deal with your appalling customer services. An exercise in futility and frustration. Failing in your duty of care to customers.

@bt_uk When digging up roads, sort your traffic management! Yr hopeless temp traffic lights at Pool in Wharfdale, Yorks today turned a 5 min drive into a 45 min crawl making me late for my best friend's funeral where I was supposed to read. Never using BT services again! #angry

Hello @bt_uk I've been waiting all day for a call back from you regarding a complaint. Am now told this has been re-scheduled (without asking me). Wasted a full day on this. Seriously fed up. Sort it out.

In which case @Harrogatebc Environmental Protection may act to secure removal or repair of the hazard. It would help if @bt_uk identify alleged current owner.

@bt_uk no chance. Not sure how you can help tbf. If your competitors can turn internet back on in seconds why does it take you guys 5 days? It’s actually day 6 now so that 5 day rule doesn’t really apply.

What is going on @bt_uk? If I pay for a service, I shouldn’t need to pay more to ensure it works. Its been 2 weeks, why hasn’t this been sorted? People can’t work without broadband This where trading standards step in…

@bt_uk Yeah I've worked it out thanks, but my elderly mother only knows how to use 1572. Any clue on what the technical issue is, I'm assuming it's on your end? And is there an eta on when it'll be fixed?
