@J_Strudwick @Jamken22 @btsport I had the same problem - try to watch a different BT channel (I picked Rugby), then once logged in switch back to footie - all ok.

Hello @bt_uk I've been waiting all day for a call back from you regarding a complaint. Am now told this has been re-scheduled (without asking me). Wasted a full day on this. Seriously fed up. Sort it out.

@bt_uk just had email saying entrainment will change on package losing fox HD and discovery Channel HD and gaining kid channels which we no longer have kids in household so worthless I watch mainly the 2 channels fox and discovery can I cancel mid contract because of changes

absolutely shocking service from @bt_uk. I'm left with no service thanks to the failure of BT advisors who allowed my services to be cancelled even though i called them on 29/05 to advise them i placed no order to leave. 04/06 and BT still allowed my services to be cancelled!

@bt_uk BT. Still having to stay at work & in hotel as broadband not working and I’m clinical/on call with no mobile reception. Wife stayed in as promised engineer 0800-1300. No show, no update & appears still not working. Your phone lines are closed to support key workers. Please help!
