. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk This is a lie. My elderly parent's router is broken and instead of acknowledging the problem BT have said because they didn't supply the TV it's not their problem. It has nothing to do with the TV.

@bt_uk Have now managed to speak to someone, who has now connected halo mini hub, should not take this long or be this hard to get help, the BOT is about as intelligent as a worm.

@bt_uk Can we cancel our landline with you? Was told back in 2018 we had to have a landline to have broadband etc but I do not believe this to be true. We are paying for landline calls etc but we don’t have one.

@bt_uk from March my monthly direct debit is going up by 22.7%, yet when I phoned to discuss this nothing could be done and I was told if I wanted to save money as I’m under contract to cancel my tv package. How is this good customer service? Appalled at your service.

@bt_uk My contract is up in 2024, that is no help whatsoever to me at this current time. The increase this year is so high it’s ridiculous & you are just causing customers more financial difficulties. It’s appalling, and when my contract is up I’ll be looking for a new provider.

@Simon_Pegg @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Holy crap. I've had some back and forth with Bulb about an installation recently but it's nothing compared to this. That's just horrendous service from the company (not the individuals, as you rightly point out). Will shaming help? Certainly can't hurt.
