  . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

  @J_Strudwick @Jamken22 @btsport I had the same problem - try to watch a different BT channel (I picked Rugby), then once logged in switch back to footie - all ok.

  @bt_uk Your team have been friendly and helpful as individuals so I'm not going to throw them under the bus.What I would like is to have a landline activated after a month of trying, rather than constant "you must call back in 48 working hours" to cancel and replace messed up orders.

  @bt_uk That is absolutely ridiculous, i am not receiving wifi, which I am paying for and you refuse to help me. Contact me via telephone. No bill has been sent to me. I would like to escalate this matter as you are not helping at all, the account is under my name, my address, etc

  @RugbyInsideLine Only 1 of the 3 Premiership games that went down to the wire were shown on tv, why am I paying for @btsport ? Especially given I’m a Falcons fan it’s money down the drain, rugby is definitely going backwards unfortunately
