@bt_uk Carried on from previous tweet .You refuse to come out and fix the fault until Tuesday.. How is this committed to the elderly !!! He is now extremely vulnerable. And to top this off he was a BT employee all his working life.. very poor support BT very poor

@bt_uk Hi I'm sorry but you promised a call back, you didn't complete it as agreed, when you phoned with a call back you transferred me to the hold queue. If sitting in a hold queue was a solution I would have done it. Please arrange for a helpful call back to be made.

@bt_uk Understood. As I said - there’s an older population in Leuchars - so you’ve potentially got a lot of over 70s that aren’t as able to do online support or be willing to sit waiting for 50 minutes - who are effectively cut off.

@bt_uk I need to cancel a landline and it appears the only way to do this is by calling your contact centre, however I have been waiting on hold 30 mins this morning already. What can I do to make this easier?
