. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk I honestly think i'm at the point where if the master switch isn't installed by Tuesday (a full 2 weeks after it should've been) i'm just going to cancel and just resign up to VM. Theres only so much waiting I can do.

@bt_uk This is a 6 month problem that you admit you are not prepared to spend money on to fix the infrastructure. I don’t need to reboot my hub it crashes on its own accord several times a day as it did again 5 minutes ago LOL but ad long as BT gets money why would they care

@BTCare unbreakable BT is absolutely hopeless - it might not crash but the speeds are worse than ever and it buffers buffers buffers and BT can't fix it and won't reduce the price
