@MumbrianSpinner @bt_uk BT was the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Just awful. I’m with Talk Talk now and they are immeasurably better.

  • David_Wildish David Wildish (@David_Wildish) reported

@virginmedia Buffering, low speeds & signal from the router when the internet speed is 💯 is to do with the terrible outdated router you supply, whilst touting as top tech. It’s a fact that the basic @bt_uk router had more antenna & can handle basic domestic traffic.

  • Fuji720x Fuji (@Fuji720x) reported

@LukeConnerton @virginmedia @bt_uk Right now I'm getting like 1 gig download & 60 up or something but the speeds aren't the problem it's more latency and how unstable it is for streaming / gaming.

  • David_Wildish David Wildish (@David_Wildish) reported

@virginmedia @bt_uk PS I didn’t quote any guarantees of speed - you keep doing that in some odd sense of self protection, I’d just expect a service to work at some level. I don’t even get that!

  • mrslaurenhlewis Lauren Lewis (@mrslaurenhlewis) reported

@bt_uk No TV or internet since the 25th November for my parents. Being pushed from pillar to post, no one holding account for this. When are they going to get the service they are STILL paying for? This happened to me too last year and will no longer be a BT customer. Response?

  • dissposablehero Dissposablehero (@dissposablehero) reported

@MarkbrumLFC @bt_uk Randomly started working again a few days later. Suspect it was an issue with the channel on thier end rather than an issue at my end.

  • scott_expert Scott Dixon (@scott_expert) reported

Firms cannot charge you late fees for returning faulty goods or for returning faulty goods at all. @bt_uk - I am looking at you when I say this! Happy to help you familiarise your staff with training on the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if necessary. #consumerrights #RipOffBritain

  • Eagle_Chaser Ade (@Eagle_Chaser) reported

@Fat_Jacques @MumbrianSpinner @bt_uk It is an ageing router to be fair. I'm also being overcharged, just haven't psyched myself up to phone them to cancel and move.

  • staffsref Lintstein 🇺🇦🎣⚽️🔥🏢🎎🚴‍♂️🇺🇦🦕 (@staffsref) reported

@MumbrianSpinner @bt_uk We have no issue with speed of BT (supposedly 50Mb/s) but service keeps dropping out. I can get 77Mb/s with Sky and 125+ with Virgin but we only really use it for TV streaming & social media etc

  • beckyc_84 Becky (@beckyc_84) reported

@bt_uk Absolute joke! If this were true you’d be helping reconnect me after YOU wrongly disconnected our broadband over Christmas. We now have no internet, phone line, phone service or any way to contact the outside world and keep in touch with my elderly and at risk…
