@bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

@gaznolan @bt_uk @Virgin @richardbranson @libertyglobal Cheers Gaz!! In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk hi team. My partner has a work mobile connected to BT. However the mobile phone signal is very poor indoors for call quality. I've searched online and found people who have a signal assist box. Is this available? We are broadband customers. Thank you.

They're also saying Ofcom would say the same. @bt_uk have called me today to say that they don't even know if they can supply me with broadband again. An actual Internet Service Provider. @bt_uk OK all working again. Thanks for the reply but tbh it's not a reliable service atm. All locations of the disc's in a 3 bed semi are deemed poor. The idea is to have the disc's in different rooms to extend the range. The signal drops out regularly. 😕

Very disappointed with @virginmedia We picked broadband & tv with plenty of channels and btsport. After some installation issues we got it all sorted but NOT THE DEAL WE REQUESTED. A number of WhatsApp messages and have gotten no where #annoyed #disgustingcustomerservice

@bt_uk It also means there's some services, like the one in question here, where because of my learning difficulties I forgot to update the email address... and since you discontinued the service, I have no way to access them any more. This is a 9 year old game account that I've lost.
