    @bt_uk hi team. My partner has a work mobile connected to BT. However the mobile phone signal is very poor indoors for call quality. I've searched online and found people who have a signal assist box. Is this available? We are broadband customers. Thank you.

    @bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

    @gaznolan @bt_uk @Virgin @richardbranson @libertyglobal Cheers Gaz!! In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

    @bt_uk could not be more disappointed with the switch over service. Despite you organising an activation date for my switch for the 1st December, I learn today that because of your system issues my order has to be booked and so no internet and can’t work until the 16th. Really???

    @bt_uk There’s no fault on the line, it’s the crap internet I’m paying for! Fibre build is 95% done and has been for 5yrs but @networkrail need to allow access to complete. Sort it out between yourselves before I remove your poles from my garden!!
