@bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

Day 20 of total loss of service for broadband and phone while @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk do ??? to fix it. If the fault were a pregnancy, today it would be the size of a speck of glitter
