@bt_uk Well I want to save bt money, save plastic and package and make the world a better place. You don't send me a plastic hub and I don't need to pay a tenner for it. 100% having my pants taken down paying ten pound for delivery

  • BettybobRogers
Liz (@BettybobRogers) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@bt_uk can you help? My dad it seems has not had a bill sent to him for many years, yet is paying by direct debit monthly for services - we don’t know what.

  • MissLWrighty
Wrighty (@MissLWrighty) reported from Darlington, England

What would be really great right now is if all the internet providers gave free upgrades to all those in key critical roles working from home to enable them to continue without interruption due to slow service @bt_uk @VirginMediaCorp @skytv

  • Rutherford_Paul
Paul Rutherford (@Rutherford_Paul) reported from Darlington, England

@bt_uk How will clearing the cache on the laptop help my iPhone though? BT appear to be blocking the access. To confirm this theory I am going to go to my friends house and connect to their Wi-Fi. If I can access eBay on there Wi-Fi it is definitely a BT issue.

  • ha66ie
Paul Haggie (@ha66ie) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@bt_uk hi team. My partner has a work mobile connected to BT. However the mobile phone signal is very poor indoors for call quality. I've searched online and found people who have a signal assist box. Is this available? We are broadband customers. Thank you.

  • Mrsthirsty1
Hilda Hirst (@Mrsthirsty1) reported from Ingleby Barwick, England

@bt_uk Hi , no I called twice to place the order. Have wasted so much time already. Think its best to cancel & start again. Am not sure I want to move with @bt_uk .

  • Jono_1987

@btsport @WWEUK Thank god for that I don’t have to see this shit anymore

  • Rutherford_Paul
Paul Rutherford (@Rutherford_Paul) reported from Darlington, England

@bt_uk If eBay works on my laptop & iPhone on a non-BT wifi (I haven’t confirmed this yet) then it is definitely something with BT. Especially as all other websites & apps work fine. I run a part time business on eBay so I won’t tolerate this issue for too long before I change provider.

  • CJXXXXW
Chris (@CJXXXXW) reported from Darlington, England

@bt_uk Hi saying no known issues but for the last hour it’s been offline and back online must be 10/15 times at least

  • Rutherford_Paul
Paul Rutherford (@Rutherford_Paul) reported from Darlington, England

@bt_uk No its not a business account. I just run a part time casual business via eBay. It’s not my main job. Plus transferring me would just be passing the issue on to someone else. However please feel free to ask colleagues for suggestions on how to fix this situation.

  • beck5ter
Jason N Beck (@beck5ter) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

  • spot270
Lee Pearson (@spot270) reported from Richmond, England

@oliver_collings @bt_uk Talk talk mate. Stuff them. Customer loyalty is dead. Ask avaia

  • beck5ter
Jason N Beck (@beck5ter) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@bt_uk Not to worry, I knew it was a scam straight away, as I am not currently a @bt_uk customer but this will be changing shortly as @Virgin is like having no internet we all use 4g !!

@EE @EE your option here is to escalate this appropriately, such as @bt_uk did historically with a similar issue (and before this godforsaken merger saw such a decline in service quality) - or I shall opt to seek your executives out directly.

  • MrAndyMich
    Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported

@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.

  • EmmaHarveyy25
    Schmemm25 (@EmmaHarveyy25) reported

@bt_uk BT says no issue on the network yet our mobiles cannot access our home broadband. So frustrating. So much for hi-speed fibre. Time to move supplier

  • BillSco747
    Bill Scott (@BillSco747) reported

@WeAreOpenreach @KeoghsLaw @bt_uk The link does not work. I have sent you a private message! This is truly ridiculous by Openreach who as far as I can gauge are acting in bad faith!

  • apex_signs1
    Apex Signs (@apex_signs1) reported

@btbusinesscare Can you dm me the correct number to call? I’ve just sat on chat with Avik for 45mins and it’s been cut off !!!! Your customer care is horrendous!! 🤬😱. Can you get someone to call me ? As you must have my mobile number on record !!!

  • imbukhtiar
    Bukhtiar shah (@imbukhtiar) reported

@bt_uk @BT_UK unacceptable service. You sent my business equipment to the WRONG address (Ripley instead of Neasden). My shop is OPEN and I cannot operate. Also being wrongly charged for TWO services when I only have ONE. It's impacting my business. Fix billing & resend equipment.

  • LisaHewitt67
    Lisa & Millie (@LisaHewitt67) reported

@bt_uk you don’t make it easy to be contacted and discuss an issue

  • JSads1983
    James Sadler (@JSads1983) reported

@bt_uk Thank you, but these were engineers, who wanted to gain access to my home even though I hadn't approved a visit. When asked for ID, they became rude. They left and then attempted to come back later. Again, with no ID or any official looking job sheet.

  • acrazyoldworld
    Shelb (@acrazyoldworld) reported

@btbusinesscare I won’t see any difference in my service for your extra 7% increase.

  • lee_johnstone84

Really poor service for existing customers @bt_uk, putting my TV package up and not willing to do anything to keep me with them, @skytv are offering such better deals so looks like ill be joining them
