@gaznolan @bt_uk @Virgin @richardbranson @libertyglobal Cheers Gaz!! In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk hi team. My partner has a work mobile connected to BT. However the mobile phone signal is very poor indoors for call quality. I've searched online and found people who have a signal assist box. Is this available? We are broadband customers. Thank you.

@bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

So my mum still has no phone line a week later, she relies on this line, it saved her life earlier in the year when she used her panic button. @bt_uk seem good at verbal reassurance but very poor with action.

@OpenreachHelp ..this is part of the problem @bt_uk doesn’t seem to know what’s wrong despite the local community informing them (we’re all with BT). If they do their system doesn’t reflect it and BT’s update hasn’t changed since the end of November. Not sure anyone is doing anything about it?

@SketchLisa @bt_uk ... at which point you will be entitled to leave your contract without penalty and potentially (depending on if said manager is in a good mood) backdated compensation. Also, if engineer has been inappropriate, make sure they are put into the complaint with specific examples!
