@bt_uk If eBay works on my laptop & iPhone on a non-BT wifi (I haven’t confirmed this yet) then it is definitely something with BT. Especially as all other websites & apps work fine. I run a part time business on eBay so I won’t tolerate this issue for too long before I change provider.

@bt_uk How will clearing the cache on the laptop help my iPhone though? BT appear to be blocking the access. To confirm this theory I am going to go to my friends house and connect to their Wi-Fi. If I can access eBay on there Wi-Fi it is definitely a BT issue.

@bt_uk hi team. My partner has a work mobile connected to BT. However the mobile phone signal is very poor indoors for call quality. I've searched online and found people who have a signal assist box. Is this available? We are broadband customers. Thank you.

@bt_uk I honestly don't know why I pay through the nose for an internet service I'm not receiving...time for a change I think. kicked off work meetings, tv programmes...been ongoing for months and now been waiting a week for a new router. Poor, poor service.
