  @bt_uk Very disappointed at the customer service received after a phone call my wife made regarding our current broadband contract. Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.

  @bt_uk How will clearing the cache on the laptop help my iPhone though? BT appear to be blocking the access. To confirm this theory I am going to go to my friends house and connect to their Wi-Fi. If I can access eBay on there Wi-Fi it is definitely a BT issue.

  @bt_uk If eBay works on my laptop & iPhone on a non-BT wifi (I haven’t confirmed this yet) then it is definitely something with BT. Especially as all other websites & apps work fine. I run a part time business on eBay so I won’t tolerate this issue for too long before I change provider.

  @bt_uk What’s going on email not working, can’t get into My BT and now speeds dropping to 109mg to 145 after factory you carried. No record of this as promised. Claims for £100 not happening, monitor for week…in other words cant be honest.. Have you been Hacked .?

  @bt_uk Hi, I have just signed in to the BT account and the last bill says (Final bill). Next to the BT account No it says (Inactive). I was in credit and this was sent to my bank account. So I'm guessing its ok to cancel.
