Plus transferring me would just be passing the issue on to someone else. However please feel free to ask colleagues for suggestions on how to fix this situation.

Paul Rutherford (@Rutherford_Paul) reported from Darlington, England@bt_uk If eBay works on my laptop & iPhone on a non-BT wifi (I haven’t confirmed this yet) then it is definitely something with BT. Especially as all other websites & apps work fine. I run a part time business on eBay so I won’t tolerate this issue for too long before I change provider.

To confirm this theory I am going to go to my friends house and connect to their Wi-Fi. If I can access eBay on there Wi-Fi it is definitely a BT issue.
