    Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    @bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

    @bt_uk your colleague has been rude and unhelpful, trying to cancel the BT account to get the social tariff he will not do so without charge. I have now tweeted @Mattallwright @BBCWatchdog, your attitude is a disgrace all you care about is profit!!!

    @bt_uk Ordered Full Fibre 100 on the 21st March - have heard nothing from BT and the few updates I get on my account are not correct - have escalated and am informed it takes 5 working days for Openreach to pick up an escalation!! Woeful service once again from BT

    @bt_uk tried to cancel an on prem call between 08:00 and 13:00. Told there is nothing they can do other than I ignore the knock on the door and rearrange. Are you kidding me? You cannot contact a bloke in a van and tell them not to call at my house?!?!?

    Diabolical service from @bt_uk 6 phone calls just to get internet at our new home, told an engineer needed to come out and he’s been sent to the old house! Spoke to BT yesterday as the confirmation text said the old post code but they assured us it’s the new house he’d attend 🤬
