@bt_uk any reason why I’ve incurred a cancellation fee of £500 on a business account for upgrading my service to to fibre and cloud service, subsequently I’ve spent the past 2 hours being past from puller to post on your phone service trying to get a resolve.

@bt_uk my building doesn't have fibre but both of the building beside me both have fibre optic. This is terrible that its 2020 and the exchange is across the street from my flat and I am struggling to get fibre optic ran to my building.

    Chinese Elvis (@chineseelvis) reported

@simplysoccus @bt_uk I have the same problem. All of a sudden I am locked out of the app and my login details produce an error message: "it doesn't look like you're eligible for BT Cloud on this BT ID"

    El Zorro (@3l_z0rr0) reported

@bt_uk As I replied in the original thread, I've done that. That's how I know there's an external fault. At this point, I'm just stunned that after 2 months, I still haven't gotten a reliable, working connection. This is the third time I've had issues like this.

@bt_uk total loss of broadband for myself and several neighbours in ML8 postcode area, Carluke. (Loss of Signal) Can you inform if there is a wider problem here before I request an openreach engineer?

  • onestopcable
    OneStopCable.Shop (@onestopcable) reported

If I treated my customers the way @BT_UK did, I would be out of business in no time! Exclusive offers on the web? Nope. Call centre with a 30 minute hold time and then they can't provide you with details of the contract by email... Must be one of the worse customer experiences!

how convenient, that i’ve just given @bt_uk notice i’m changing provider, and my internet connection has gone to ****.....

  • bjh_ip
    Ben Hoyle (@bjh_ip) reported

@AnneMHargreaves @bt_uk It’s poor customer service - if an error of mine has made someone worse off, I generally try to rectify it without burdening recipient of the error. Dealing with BT reminds me of dealing with NHS - as an outsider you’re expected to know internal jargon & join the dots yourself.

@bt_uk As a broadband customer why wasn’t I told about this?

  • 2wheelsmatt
    Matt (@2wheelsmatt) reported

@bt_uk they are at home during a national lockdown. They rely on broadband for (amongst other things) ordering prescriptions and supermarket shopping. They have almost no mobile coverage where they live so broadband is very important. Two weeks without, due to an ‘error’ is poor
