. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

@virginmedia Not getting BTsport 2/3 . I got a REPLACEMENT box in October because one was faulty , I have been charged for the three ever since , I’ve been passed about this morning and still no further forward so please end my nightmare and cancel without charge my contract based on

@bt_uk never go with bt broadband. One of the worse things I’ve ever done. Terrible service and constant faults with the internet. Worst thing about it is the compensation is a joke too.

@bt_uk Tried it. it says faster fibre is already available with speeds up to 80M down and 20M up but that's not what we get ,16down 1up. I'm told it won't go any faster due to distance from exchange.
