@bt_uk No one can come out until Monday to fix this. I work from home so your faulty infrastructure impedes upon my work. (esp. as I can't work in a cafe as there is a pandemic.)

  • gfrancie gfrancie (@gfrancie) reported

@bt_uk What can we do about providing compensation to the village as we all pay a considerable amount of money for a product that doesn't entirely work. Every week your company is sending someone out to to give someone else the bad line. Why not save time/energy w/another box.

  • wired2thebrink Alan (@wired2thebrink) reported

@bt_uk My provider done nothing wrong its your bt plc group network that's faulty

  • writerflanners Lucy Flannery 💙 (@writerflanners) reported

@bt_uk OK, thanks for this. Not the first time by any means that I've had the recurring log-in page issue. Can your maintenance people check this, please.

  • sbrown1541 Steve Brown (@sbrown1541) reported

@bt_uk Which is nice. But if you can't even get an EE signal where you live (O2, Vodafone strong) there is no point.

  • TheOffsideTrap6 The Offside Trap Football Podcast (@TheOffsideTrap6) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@btsport its time to get rid of Chris Sutton his statements there about Derby absolute terrible punditry.hes terrible anyway but his total lack of respect just to try and be controversial is disgraceful

  • gimme_shelter20 A storm is threatening (@gimme_shelter20) reported

@bt_uk Thanks. Perhaps you could answer my original question: "'We couldn't check your speed.' What?" Why is your site unable to test my speed? Clearly there is a wider problem that you're not being transparent about.

  • SaundersEmma Emma (@SaundersEmma) reported

@bt_uk Hi, we’ve upgraded to smart hub 2 and have had issues with our WiFi. My Sonos system now isn’t working and I’ve seen that a firmware update fixed this for another user. Please can you help? Thanks

  • fordytrainman Fordy (@fordytrainman) reported

@bt_uk @christianklotz @bt_uk appalling customer service, 82 year old Father inlaw duped into longer contract after 5 years with them. And want over £300 to be released. This is abuse of the elderly, avoid these cowboys like the plague

  • gfrancie gfrancie (@gfrancie) reported

@bt_uk Who would I speak to about your company investing in my village and putting in another box. Everyone in the village is so tired of this game you play of coming out and rearranging the wires so someone ends up with the bad line.
