    Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    @bt_uk Still waiting for my ‘free post bag’ to send back the WiFi equipment I eventually managed to collect from the wrong sorting office I didn’t ask it to be sent to? Thoughts? And I better not be charged for services? Ya feel me? Thanks, I work in customer service, you guys rock 👍

    An update to this story: On Friday night, after spending 2 1/2 hours on @EE's tech help chat line, I was finally able to chat to a senior staff member who solved the "no data" issue within 5 minutes (hurrah!). He also promised they'd give us the deal we'd been sold by @bt_uk

    @WWEUK @WWERomanReigns @btsport why even bring the guy back he's got no talent he can't wrestle for ****!! two moves only suplex and F5 that's it so why hasn't lesnar been released from the company yet!! get rid of lesnar and bring back Bray Wyatt

    @bt_uk Hello, yes but it said they will aim to fix the issue within 5 days. Which is a long time - especially given I'm working from home. Now relying on mobile hotspot with EE.

    @bt_uk Yes tried that. The red 4G signal bars keep flashing red. Been fine for ages and since update it’s gone awol
