Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@KevinHenderso33 @btsport @LIVGolfInv They were offered it in the UK as all broadcasters were and they turned it down. LIV ran out of options so they offered it to DAZN for free.

Hi @bt_uk! Long-standing customer here. I'm already very annoyed at the ridiculous price increases you've imposed. How much oil do you burn supplying exactly the same, low-cost service? Then there's a punitive charge, bc I won't tie-in to another contract! So I'm looking... /1

So,@bt_uk engineer #4 is booked for Monday. #1,2 and 3 have all said "yeah there's an issue somewhere" Hopefully #4 finds this issue 🤞 If not, I'm asking @WorkTheSpace to send me Glens number.

@bt_uk @nick_reeve Dear BT. This problem has been going on for at least 2.5 hours. Why is there no message on your website or Twitter feed to this effect? This lack of communication (from a comms company) leads people to worry unnecessarily that their account has been hacked.

@bt_uk Thanks. A post as soon as an issue is identified would be really useful to show that it's a known issue and is being worked on. Having to use 3rd parties (like @DowndetectorUK ) isn't ideal.

@bt_uk Hi BT. Can you let me know how to speak to a human on online chat please regarding our broadband service? One of the security questions is asking for a landline number but we do not have one. Not having any luck over the phone either. Very frustrating.

@bt_uk 2 engineer visits booked, 2 no shows without explanation or apology until I call to find out. Today's farce, bt service checker-no faults but still orange light on hub and no internet. All anyone can say is "it's due to be fixed by 18.11 on 20th"....no update, no broadbsnd
