  @BTCare I still have not received a callback to resolve my complaint. This was after receiving a phone call from bev stating someone called David would call me today to resolve the complaint. Ref: VOL013-569118771964

  Don’t you love it when the BT engineer who comes to fix your internet up to the speed we’re paying for actually makes it worse. Then the engineer booked today to make it workable doesn’t turn up. Grr. Lesson prep is going to be interesting. @bt_uk

  @bt_uk Just wanted to make sure they repaired our connection after it was damaged a few months back whilst they were working on someone else's repair (thankfully wife caught them up before leaving in that incident)
