. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

@bt_uk I suggest someone give me a call urgently to discuss my situation, seeing as I’ve now spent close to an hour on hold, when you ‘advise’ a 30 min wait, your service is a farce!!!

Hi @bt_uk 1hr waiting for someone to answer the phone, asked my name and acc number then the line goes dead, I’m trying to get your poor attempt at broadband sorted can I have a direct number to someone who can help me! The connection has been shocking for the last 6 months

Now @bt_uk are refusing to offer web chat to sort the problem and refusing to call customer back. The customer must sit by the telephone all day whilst call handlers repeatedly cut them off meaning you have to call back again!
