. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

Certain Towns are hot spots with #Freemasons ruling every section of activity If U are non-Mason don’t set up business in a hot spot town You will never make an income U will be ruined Here in Neston we have 3 Lodge meeting week Yes @bt_uk isn’t BT here anymore I know ruined #GMB

@BTCare your broadband service is a joke. I've had days where my MBPS has been 0.37 then in the evening 12.08 MBPS then 2 hours later 2.58. As soon as I can I'm leaving this contract s it's certainly not what I signed up for.

@btbusinesscare this has been a total disruption to my business. Costing me money and clients everyday. I can’t believe you are unable (or unwilling) to escalate this issue. I will see it through but could NEVER see myself recommending BT to anyone again.
