    @bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

    @bt_uk I have responded back to your message. But not having an ETA for resolution after a week into the faul is quite ridiculous. Please make alternate arrangements for internet connectivity.

    @Hannah89643024 @bt_uk New box delivered today,I plugged in & set up ready to start viewinerror code #IPC6023 Phoned technical helpline can’t get their own equipment working I cancelled service immediately. Every other piece of tech equipment in house works fineSmart tv nest thermostat ring doorbell.

    @bt_uk is "fixing" my fault since Oct 12th. New customer since the 5th and no broadband for >29 DAYS< Tech support has been abysmal, fault still says we aim to fix it by the 17th of October, and nobody is providing any information. Timelines given mean literally nothing to them.

    @bt_uk Phone's out now, after the tech looked at it, internet keeps dropping like a bad habit, so reaching you on line is out. Please help. My wife got cut off in the middle of an internet chat because the connection dropped her. (Slow, can't upload photos or watch youtube, either.)

    @st3veno91 @btsport Thank goodness im not the only one who thinks the same. Its awful! Same last night when Marseille scored. Was a case of “no prizes for guessing who scored then…” between my wife and I

    @bt_uk hi BT, is there any reason why my internet drops off every night, and also sometimes during the day. It’s very frustrating, especially when trying to work. Any help in trying to find out the issue would be very welcome. Thanks

    @bt_uk Internet didn’t activate on day it was scheduled to I was then given a time between 1-6pm for a engineer to come fix it so I took the day off work to wait but BT decided to not bother sending anyone without even letting me know. Completely wasted my time 👍
