    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    @bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

    Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

    @bt_uk That number was unhelpful and still required a login, so wouldn't let me proceed. I just need to find out if there is an already reported error in my area or if it needs to be reported. That should be public information.

    @btbusinesscare waiting for 6months for a broadband connection utter disgrace. Saying we can’t cancel and just left in limbo while our business struggles. Worst company we’ve ever dealt with.

    @bt_uk can't wait. One month and I can after 20 years cancel my contract to finally enjoy a decent network speed for less money. Yeehaa @Starlink good riddance @bt. Your customer service stinks

    @bt_uk paying refunds with a cheque. In 2026. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.

    @bt_uk I've tried calling and it doesn't connected and hangs up after a second. I am using a USA e SIM right now, could that be the price problem?
