Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@btbusinesscare You can’t make this up, we’ve now been hit with a £375.39 bill for moving from BT, even though we are moving from residential to business broadband? This goes from bad to worst. I cant believe the incompetence. Now I have to go through the hassle of filing this with the ombudsmen

@bt_uk I get that but the point is I reported the fault 29th November and was expecting to cancel my contract on the 29th December if nothing was fixed but because of an error by an advisor I now have to wait til the 16th jan which to be honest isn’t very good

@bt_uk Talked with customer service after 45 mins on hold but couldn't get any time or promise and still haven't got any broadband. It's been 21 days without broadband and 6 days past from the first activation date.
