@bt_uk Yes I have done and Iโ€™ve rang you. Also rang twice previously before installation. Still sending my personal information to an ex partner not to mention I cannot access a god damn thing to do with MY account

Every time I have to contact @bt_uk about our business phones, it says webchat is the best option. And every time, without fail, after a least a half hour webchat they tell me I'll need to ring such and such a number. Absolute joke of a company to deal with.

Update on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer Iโ€™m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. Thereโ€™s a name for that. Fraud.

@bt_uk fobbed off by three people in the last hour, possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life - which matches up with the broadband install service, which has been diabolically poor. How many hoops do I need to jump through to get an answer??

  • ReformedMr
Di- Rect..๐ŸŽ—๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง(To The Point) (@ReformedMr) reported

@bt_uk She has tried that. She has been pulled from Pillar to post. Itโ€™s really not on the way sheโ€™s been dealt with and my heart goes out to her cause Iโ€™m at work and thereโ€™s nothing I can do except hear her sobbing down the phone.. getting her to ring the team directly is a waste

  • phillyonskem

@bt_uk And to add insult to injury, the last 2 times the number they've given me is "not in service". Must be the worst telecoms company in the uk. Prove me wrong.

  • JimSpenceDundee
    Jim Spence (@JimSpenceDundee) reported

Over the last few three weeks I did what I thought was the decent thing and allowed workers from @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk and their contractors, to access my property to check two poles, which were NOT on my property, but in neighbouring properties where access was awkward, but not impossible. This below was the resulting damage from a wire attached to my house to a pole outwith my house, as they worked on it. Iโ€™m now expected to fill in a lengthy explanatory form and seek private estimates to repair it, before returning the form to their lawyers. This costs me time and effort for a problem not of my making.
