. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk Complained numerous time internet down yesterday every five mins of it was a car and it kept stalling is send it back 80 pound a mth shocking won't be renewing

Considering @EE Mobile to get #BTSport for premier league & serie A season - DONT! Dad upgraded, THREE DAYS arguing about 20 people, account fine before now locked. He’s stressed, upset, tired & his Parkinsons is terrible 🤬 Worst #customerservice EVER #EE

@bt_uk after a good start yesterday re fibre, I have had no further communication anyone have any idea what’s going on this situation! This is getting worse by the minute and I didn’t think that was possible, 1st order opened May, 3 closed down and 1hr 52 on the last phone call !

@bt_uk I have done that's how I know it's an openreach problem. they've tested the line and found the issue. it's all openreach causing the problem not sky. no warnings or anything 2 full days now. not good enough

@bt_uk It’s not ideal the neighbour and his friends know my ring devices light up when it’s recording and they have clocked on there is an issue 😞, my devices work with WiFi connection not data unfortunately. Also have bible study on zoom 😞 in an hour

@bt_uk Hi, I’ve recently plugged in a new LG TV. My aerial TV channels are now only displaying on the LG TV Guide and not through the BT TV Box, which would be my preference. How can I fix this? Thanks
