. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk Not my experience of BT - the Apps that stream on my Samsung TV work better and more reliable than BT Vision box, particularly UHD which is really poor.

Contract with @bt_uk coming to an end. Great line speed but persistent problems with router and disc. Any recommendations for a #broadband suppliers with reliable routers would be much appreciated. Ta.

So after 12 years it's goodbye @bt_uk Automatic price rises within contract and ending free weekend calls make it Hello @zeninternet Speaking to BT Loyalty Dept just wound me up. "Price is £40, until it goes up in two weeks." And I'm not subsidizing their stupid Sport channel.
