    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    Was it really that difficult for @btsport to find a studio presenter who knows just a bit about cricket? He’s trying his best but his knowledge is terrible.

    @bt_uk is there an issue with bttv pro and Amazon not playing? I can get on the app but when press play I just get a black screen, no sound but can get subtitles! Have done resets, switched off etc! This is the 3rd day I have tried.

    @bt_uk Made the mistake of signing up to BT broadband and TV as @SkyHelpTeam was to expensive . The minimum speed guarantee I have been given from BT is 35 meg. However Sky and Plus Net both give a guarantee of 45 meg . Why the difference BT ? Lucky I still have time to cancel .

    @bt_uk shocked that BT cant come and fix my 89 year old grandmother's phone line which her help call requires until Friday!!! Ask for it to be escalated and was told would get a call within 4 hours, still waiting.....

A fellow member of society who also works in IT and acknowledges that the hub is a huge steamer 💩 They tried telling my wife that as we had 11 devices connected that this was the issue.     @bt_uk hi I have a problem with the super fast broadband am trying to switch my talktalk broadband to sky but my neighbours super fast broadband is showing as my address instead of his when open reach fitted this they’ve put the wrong address down and now it’s stopping me switch

    @bt_uk I live in a one bedroom flat with stud walls I’m never more than 5 meters from the hub
