In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.
