. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk I am annoyed at the time I wasted trying to work out what is wrong with the network at work. Just put out a tweet saying you are aware of problems connecting to some websites. Or pay me for my time.
