Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk we’ve waited MONTHS 4 super fast broadband & FINALLY it’s been installed in our village. @WeAreOpenreach came to connect it yesterday, but couldn’t as we now need the “Flat Roof Team”?! & so now we wait AGAIN. @OpenreachHelp said you need to liaise with them?! HELP PLS 🤯

@bt_uk Yeah it keeps going orange. We've had the line checked and had engineers out. But all WiFi devices have trouble connecting. So I'm assuming it's the router

@bt_uk 30 years ago when I moved my BT phone line was switched off in the morning and couple of hours later switched on in my new home. With all today’s technology it’s 4 weeks and counting without phone or broadband for my sister , service going backwards
