. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk are the biggest shower of crap I ever had to deal with. Attempt number 5 for an engineer to install broadband resulted in “sorry mate, been away onto another job”

@btbusinesscare it is 6 weeks since I placed an order for a business broadband line. Thus far you have been unable to provide this despite me living in a medium sized town that has had superfast broadband for years, and indeed the previous owners had the exact service I ordered.

Arghhh all that bragging about ultrafast fibre broadband and its friggin gone down within 3 days of installation ffs 😫 Good work @bt_uk I could (and should) have gone with EE or Talk Talk and saved myself some £££

@bt_uk order a upgrade on broadband package on 22/02/22 and haven't heard or received anything, current tariff about to run out, live chat is just a roundabout of nonsense and always get hung up on by the support line! Help please

Has anybody else moved house with @bt_uk recently and had the *worst* customer service experience imaginable? Must have spent over 5 hours on the phone to them in the last few months 🙄
