In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. This was a new connection which my mum will now be cancelling due to extremely poor service. The power wires were still wrapped with cable ties creating a huge fire hazard.
