    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

    @kpwxx I would check out @bt_uk Kim. I’ve been with @virginmedia for over 20 years and having similar problems to you with internet which is interfering with my sons home learning. Customer service is atrocious “computer says no” so I’m going. Got a great deal with BT

    .@bt_uk in a queue on phone. Engineer supposed to arrive between 1 and 6. Somebody from bubble travelled over an hour to wait with grandmother and you have no showed. Help me now.

    @DebbieMaltby1 @bt_uk Absolutely, us too. And wifi does not reach all rooms. I regularly lose remote connection due to our ISP provider. It's so bad, my link is now being tracked by our IT dept.

    @bt_uk It isn't connecting to a 4G network. I can connect to the Mini Hub with my PC but it is showing No Signal and I can't access the Internet with it.
