    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    Status update re: cancelled broadband by @bt_uk. Feeling quietly optimistic that after all the thousands of pounds I’ve spent with BT over the years as a supremely loyal customer, the company will move heaven and earth to connect my new line imminently.

    @bt_uk GB21961339 5A The Spinney London Road Cheam SM3 8JG Don't know how you gonna help because the department that needs to deal with is closed . Hence why I was promised a call today and once again BT haven't delivered so now I've got to phone tomorrow on my day off . GREAT

    Omfgg I’m so ****** off with @bt_uk thier broadband is horrendous. Seems like the 9th lot of engineers in a few months and the internet still stops every 2 mins and I pay £150 a month for this service. Had a belly full now

    @bt_uk As I said to Rita (fun game this) you don't show lower checked speed online b4 customer submits the order. #Misleading and could result in loss of service if switching. And once you've done the "area" speed check you should update it on the website for next person.

    @BTCare why have you closed our complaint without confirming with us that the issue has been resolved? It hasn’t! Could it be a coincidence that we can cancel the contract ‘without charges’ if the issue isn’t resolved within 30 days? Why hasn’t anyone been in touch to check?
