. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

@bt_uk My elderly parents, one with dementia, have been cut off by BT and account closed. I called on Friday to get this sorted and assured their line would be restored today. It’s not happened. Please help, I called earlier and got cut off!

@bt_uk Can you please advise how I lodge a formal compliant that will be actioned promptly? Moved house and agreed contractually to installation date for full fibre in new house only to now have seen two installations cancelled without any reason. I cannot believe this service!
