. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

Hey @bt_uk @virginmedia glad to see you're both as feckless as eachother 👍 having people come unannounced to dig up my front garden pre-installation only for it to knock out my existing broadband. Cheers 👍 customer service proving an absolute joke too 👏

@jmmgee @bt_uk I don’t work for them but myself and and another were able to dig around the internet to find actual information. Service providers and Openreach have provided no actual information just estimates that’s keep moving.

@bt_uk That's the showing at both hub and disc. Problem worse than before as hub is still not reaching the room. Need another disc to connect to the already installed disc BT gave me.

@bt_uk what is the point of sending me a mini hub (the next day) to help with my internet connection, only for me to have to return it back to you when my internet is up and running. Why can’t I keep the hub so I don’t have to be without internet for a day?

@bt_uk Thought you should know there seems to be an issue with setting up DDs through the Android app. It doesn't save the details. Been with you for years using the same account to pay with no issues, but the last 2 payments failed. Setting DDs up through the website seems fine
