Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@BTCare My home broadband is down. Your technical support is only open until 8pm. Your livechat agents are unavailable. I have Halo, which means that I have the "keep connected promise" but no way to get help. What should I do?

@bt_uk does bt no longer honour contracts and keep customers hanging on the phone for 55 minutes by not answering call. I moved house and decided to take Bt with me i upgraded to Halo 1 when moving i never got a mini hub to keep me connected like Bt advertised it does

Never thought I’d say it but @btsport is far superior now to @SkySoccerSat , although the previous pundits were ageing they new the game unlike some of the ‘new breed’ who are clueless

What a shambles @bt_uk customer service is spent 4 hours on the phone and they still haven’t sorted the problem. Shocking. Anyone else have bother getting them to sort stuff ?

@KevinSpurs @BTCare It's a first world problem so I'm not going to overreact. I'm just a bit stuck as there is no way to get support, and therefore no way for @BTCare to actually deliver on their promise.
