We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Can do some like speed test and service status but it won’t let me access the hub with my admin password to control WiFi, guest access etc. Fault reporting gets stuck and cycles round to the beginning.

Just as well i rang @bt_uk at 5pm to find out. Since I was warned that I would be charged £50 if I was not in im expecting some comp!
