In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.

Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and I’ll use someone else.
