. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk I have recently changed my BTTV package to be your new @NOWTV entertainment package. I have to say the stability of the platform is shockingly bad. It frequently freezes requiring a hard reset. Such a massive downgrade on my previous BT subscription.

@bt_uk We have recently put a complaint in about it so I will wait and see if it is resolved from that. If not I may try what has been suggested but if not I will heavily recommend to my parents to look elsewhere for a network. Thank you

@bt_uk Thank you for your response - it's all fine now. However, the live stream was completely ruined. After I finished the stream I saw that I was a known issue. These things happen but its too late now. I only hope my channel users are more understanding than I am.

@bt_uk which marketing exec thought it would be a good idea to use music from a song called "bad guy" in your adverts? Kind of seems like negative advertising, probably an accident but not a great idea for sure, now I automatically link BT with Bad Guy (the phrase not the song)

@bt_uk just increased by bill by 4.25%, for a crappy service. That’s way more than inflation. Nice.

@bt_uk why is your connections so bad of late I’m not sure why I’m paying for fibre when it cuts out every 30min I would be better off using 4g
