Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk my husband is getting really annoyed with the BT Sports app. Error LP103 keeps appearing. Paying for a service he can’t use! No other devices are being used either!
