    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    @bmay @GaryLineker Crazy innit? Sacking Clarkson hit BBC in arse. But speaking to Lineker for this is absurdity. This is his own private twitter and in no way reflects the BBC. Don't watch BBC but have to have a license to watch BTSport etc. Then #BBC do crap like this.

    Thoroughly disgusted with @bt_uk. I was told to place my order to secure a discount & that had 14 days to cancel it all. Now told, less then 48 hours later, that I can't! Then they ask if I want to move my TV to them? WHAT?!

    How long do I have to leave @EE , after just moving via @bt_uk mid Feb? I do live steams out and about in various locations over the U.K. and the signal has been SHOCKING. Never had signal so bad before!
