    Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    @btbusinesscare The link in your fault confirmation email for amending a fault doesn't work, suggest you get someone to look at it. On top of this, the address of the fault isn't right but number is!

    Moved over to @EE for home broadband and its been an absolute **** show.. Should've gone live 30/12 but was sent an old router with incorrect account details on it.. Now told to wait another 3-5 days until the next router comes through. Should've stuck with @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I’m having trouble with my mini whole home disc Wi-fi setup. All discs say they have a good connection but the speeds they deliver are no where as high as they should be. Any ideas? Thanks.

    @bt_uk so when am I going to get that phone call that was, so say, in the diary for Weds 30th Dec between 1600 & 1800 hrs? Guess it didn't happen cos you need to refund my credit balance and I'm no longer a customer !!

    @WhoStu @BTCare Just ran a speedtest, worse than I though 0.8 download and 0.6 upload. This is ridiculous! Poor kids cant do homeschooling, its an absolute nonsense
