. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

@bt_uk Ive done all of this multiple times I just get fobbed of with 'it seems fine at our end it must be your end thats the problem' plus your prices are going up in January theres a provider in our area that is installing fibre we are going to change to them.

@MumbrianSpinner @bt_uk If it drops out for a few seconds, then comes back, it'll be the wi-fi router ( my virgin one was terrible). If it's dropping out for longer, it's probably the provider being rubbish.
