They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Too many Yankees and Red Sox games though and not enough @Rockies! @MLBTV just as bad - not equal coverage of all teams....🤔

Doesn't seem to happen as often as it did when engineers finally fixed line problem last year, but it's annoying that the crackle has returned and speeds have dipped etc

Especially as all other websites & apps work fine. I run a part time business on eBay so I won’t tolerate this issue for too long before I change provider.

I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

Hoping you can help, we are due to have full fibre installed next week, the service is provided via the telegraph pole in the rear alley, is it possible for the engineer to run the cable over the roof and install the ont at the front of the house?
