    @bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

    @BTCare Line has dial tone but crackles and hub light orange. It's deja vu. Doesn't seem to happen as often as it did when engineers finally fixed line problem last year, but it's annoying that the crackle has returned and speeds have dipped etc

    Still paying for @bt_uk @BTCare and get getting less than full service and yet to be compensated for the hell that was BT between Aug and end of October. 2019 now and can't hear people speak on a landline @Ofcom

    @bt_uk No broadband (now 15 days late), no reasons given why not, no sense of urgency to actually get it sorted. I'm running out of superlatives to describe your dreadful customer service and general incompetence.

    @bt_uk Very disappointed at the customer service received after a phone call my wife made regarding our current broadband contract. Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.

    10+ years (probably more) of being a loyal @bt_uk @BTGroup customer and they couldn’t waive the early termination fee liable because my new move means I can’t transfer the contract to my temporary property. I will never use them again.

    @bt_uk Hi, no, it’s not a new build. Engineer visited before Christmas and was able to activate broadband but not phone service due to a fault in the junction box. Order number is VOL013-439847322595

    Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

    @BTCare ah we are back to lousy phone line and intermittent access to internet again. Still at least BT closed my complaint. Not happy.

Because Hooper and Hatley decided to take a back seat and leave this week to junior coaches. Because the same problems are still there - poor defence, poor skills, poor senior players.

    @bt_uk Yes, that's the exact problem. BT confirmed over the phone the contract had been extended to 19 November. Except it hadn't and you have no means of rectifying your error. Whether it's human error or system error you've completely let us down and caused so much stress.

    @Ofcom @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Thanks I’ve done that already. Just feels like the telecomms giants are not being regulated and are allowed to treat customers who can’t go anywhere else for a service when it comes to the next level down from BT, Sky, Vodafone etc..horrendously

    Oh, @BT_uk appears to be broken in my area. The @BritishTelecom site says the estimate fix time is 11:53 am on *Monday*! Let’s hope my mobile network stays up.

    @bt_uk no internet since I got home from work. Service status says everything is ok which it clearly isn't. Ran diagnostics and turns out there IS an issue and an engineer is coming tomorrow. Not happy with your service at all.
