  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk No broadband (now 15 days late), no reasons given why not, no sense of urgency to actually get it sorted. I'm running out of superlatives to describe your dreadful customer service and general incompetence.

  • SunderlanDave Dave Lee (@SunderlanDave) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@mickskehan @Julieat30 Our coverage in the UK went off air with 1 minute of injury time to go ... No apologies at all **** you @btsport @btsportfootball

  • marc3374 Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England

@bt_uk Very disappointed at the customer service received after a phone call my wife made regarding our current broadband contract. Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.

  • SunderlanDave Dave Lee (@SunderlanDave) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@btsport Steve McManaman has to be the worst co-commentator in the history of co-commentators #LIVBAR #ChampionsLeague

  • CraigShitpeas Craig Shitpeas (@CraigShitpeas) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Rochdale’s 40yr old forward more effective than #Nufc 40million pound one. He is awful. No heart, no touch, no industry just dreadful. Well done #rochdale a deserved payday. They should have won it. They still might! #facup #btsport

  • JPaulGreen John Paul Green (@JPaulGreen) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@BTCare Line has dial tone but crackles and hub light orange. It's deja vu. Doesn't seem to happen as often as it did when engineers finally fixed line problem last year, but it's annoying that the crackle has returned and speeds have dipped etc

  • foslar71 Peter Foster (@foslar71) reported from Consett, England

Can someone from @btsport find that annoying kid in the @afcbournemouth stand and tell him to shit the f**k up.

  • elliott_finlay Finlay Elliott (@elliott_finlay) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England

Hi @bt_uk is this number your representative 01963439160 phoned me not your customer so probably scam

  • Yate5y Yatesy (@Yate5y) reported from Darlington, England

@bt_uk Well I want to save bt money, save plastic and package and make the world a better place. You don't send me a plastic hub and I don't need to pay a tenner for it. 100% having my pants taken down paying ten pound for delivery

  • nickbriggs72 nick briggs💙💛 (@nickbriggs72) reported from Startforth, England

Not into conspiracy theories, but decided to switch Broadband from @bt_uk to @skytv, BT were good & sorted out out leaving, so I thought, now got a text saying issue with the cease order failed and needed to phone back, strangely my BT phones now not working when I tried to call

  • chris_jelley Dr Chris Jelley (@chris_jelley) reported from Durham, England

10+ years (probably more) of being a loyal @bt_uk @BTGroup customer and they couldn’t waive the early termination fee liable because my new move means I can’t transfer the contract to my temporary property. I will never use them again.

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

  • timlibrarian Tim Fowler (@timlibrarian) reported from Bearpark, England

@bt_uk Hi, no, it’s not a new build. Engineer visited before Christmas and was able to activate broadband but not phone service due to a fault in the junction box. Order number is VOL013-439847322595

  • Hossy93 Joseph Drane (@Hossy93) reported from Brandon, England

@Gaz_House @btsport Or you could go down the night before. 😉

  • elliott_finlay Finlay Elliott (@elliott_finlay) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England

@bt_uk Switch Internet off we are closing it down due to the press option 1or 2 usual scam calling stuff

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@bt_uk And people on Twitter may be looking for a new broadband connection and should be aware of the level of service from BT

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk As I have tried to explain, an update on a possible new start date 10 days after the promised start date really isn't the level of service I expect from BT.

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Crook, England

@bt_uk False alarm, it was a nice neighbour dropping off a Christmas card - I saw an Openreach van down the road and assumed that you had actually done something!!

  • chris_jelley Dr Chris Jelley (@chris_jelley) reported from Durham, England

A new development on the BT issue. Had a call following my Tweet from a person @bt_uk apologising for yesterday. Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

  • JPaulGreen John Paul Green (@JPaulGreen) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Still paying for @bt_uk @BTCare and get getting less than full service and yet to be compensated for the hell that was BT between Aug and end of October. 2019 now and can't hear people speak on a landline @Ofcom

  • KevinMcBride12 Kevin McBride (@KevinMcBride12) reported

@Dorset_Viking @btsport Any idea what to do to get it back? Mine still not working

  • Nimsically Nirmala (@Nimsically) reported

@btbusinesscare New packages, with £40 overdue payment charges being applied each month, even though I’ve paid for one of the packages. Great at selling products, pity about the total incompetence in customer service…

  • laser_tronic laser_tronic (@laser_tronic) reported

@bt_uk hi any update on when our broadband will be fixed. It’s been down since Saturday

  • charlayyx charlie nicole (@charlayyx) reported

@bt_uk Please can you let me know an update of the outage in SW2? I am due to wfh rest of week and still without Internet and the mini hub you have sent is useless

  • Liberdade80 Singularis (@Liberdade80) reported

@bt_uk It seems to be working again, broadband went down for half an hour like last time it was fixed, then all working again. We received a garbled voice text on the landline from BT, but it seemed to be only half a message and couldn't reply to it - terrible tech😬

  • WriterADHay Amelia (Author A. D. Hay) (@WriterADHay) reported

@bt_uk We supposedly have fibre, but that's just to the box down the road. So, that was misleading.

  • StephenPay1970 StephenTHFC (@StephenPay1970) reported from Chichester, England

@jasonj827 @NOWSport @btsport No. Done it before. Paid £20 for rubbish signal.

  • Jo_Mainwaring Jo Mainwaring (@Jo_Mainwaring) reported

@bt_uk And your week may have flown by but without broadband, phone or TV my week has felt like a marathon completed by a tortoise - slow! And your Consumer Resolution Team don’t respond to emails either. For a communications company BT is an epic fail.

  • AlanWolfson Time For Change #PRNow #GTTO #GeneralElectionNow (@AlanWolfson) reported

@MichaelRosenYes When I was reporting to @bt_uk that I had no internet service whatsoever they told me that I needed to send them an email with screenshots
