@rkelwick @fozia4 @bt_uk I’m waiting to receive my £100 as my BT Broadband regularly cuts me off Zoom calls and the picture quality from our BT TV is regularly terrible (but fine on the app on my iPad? 🤔)

  • PHoare1963 Dr Peter ***** ⌬ (Ph or pH? 🤔) (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England

@fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

  • chris_jelley Dr Chris Jelley (@chris_jelley) reported from Durham, England

10+ years (probably more) of being a loyal @bt_uk @BTGroup customer and they couldn’t waive the early termination fee liable because my new move means I can’t transfer the contract to my temporary property. I will never use them again.

  • 1972wilksy Chris Wilks (@1972wilksy) reported from Chilton, England

@bt_uk broadband down (again). Not getting unlimited 4g on my 2 Sims despite 2 advisors telling me I would when I rang up (twice) that is part of my halo plan. Not happy

Ahh Jenas shut ******** up... Was wondering how long it would take before the Bruce arse licking started! #NUFC #BTsport

@bt_uk @BTCare Hi. Got problem with my broadband which one of your advisers told me on the phone is getting fixed. But I'm not getting unlimited 4g that I should be getting on my halo account. Spoke to 2 advisors and still hasn't been sorted despite them both promising to

  • X_CELsolutions X-CEL Solutions (@X_CELsolutions) reported from Darlington, England

Can you give me some technical advice please @bt_uk I'm wanting to connect a 2.4ghz wifi alarm security system to your Smart hub 2. Is it possible to separate your dual frequency to allow me to do this? #TechSupport #Advice #Help

  • DanielJenks89 Daniel Jenks (@DanielJenks89) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@bt_uk I have had issues with my broadband dropping in and out of my devices since that major outage happened on Thursday. I don’t know if anyone else has had those continuous problems during that time?

  • PHoare1963 Dr Peter Hoare ⌬ (Ph or pH? 🤔) (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England

@PaulCaden1 and the students home Wi-fi likely no better either! I’m having to drive into work any day I am delivering online outreach presentations to schools or at online conferences as our home Wi-fi is so poor.....😳 @bt_uk?

  • MissLWrighty Wrighty (@MissLWrighty) reported from Darlington, England

What would be really great right now is if all the internet providers gave free upgrades to all those in key critical roles working from home to enable them to continue without interruption due to slow service @bt_uk @VirginMediaCorp @skytv

  • stevewallwork Steve Wallwork (@stevewallwork) reported from Annfield Plain, England

@lynseyhipgrave1 @btsport @sjsidwell I think we know the answer to that one Lynsey. Our record is traditionally poor on Boxing Day anyway.

  • CJXXXXW Chris (@CJXXXXW) reported from Darlington, England

@bt_uk Hi saying no known issues but for the last hour it’s been offline and back online must be 10/15 times at least

  • mikecharlston Mike Charlston (@mikecharlston) reported from Witton-le-Wear, England

@bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

  • d4rryl23 Darryl Arnett (@d4rryl23) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk Hi, I have just had an experience with your customer service, with which I still don’t have an answer, if I can get your fttp services. My new post is DH4 4ZL. Your web site says that your fttp service is available. If someone can help and views this post. Please do

  • chris_jelley Dr Chris Jelley (@chris_jelley) reported from Durham, England

A new development on the BT issue. Had a call following my Tweet from a person @bt_uk apologising for yesterday. Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

  • PHoare1963 Dr Peter ***** ⌬ (Ph or pH? 🤔) (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England

@bt_uk My @btsport picture quality often way worse than this - pixelated and unwatchable with broken up sound. When are you sending me my £100? (and more importantly providing me with a more reliable service? 🤔).

  • timlibrarian Tim Fowler (@timlibrarian) reported from Bearpark, England

@bt_uk broadband outage in DH77DD affecting *both* BT and Sky customers. According to Sky (your website doesn’t acknowledge it) since 11:30 last night. What’s going on?

22 mins for 3 points @BT_UK please fix your shiteness

  • pmcarmstrong Philippa (@pmcarmstrong) reported

@BTGroup @BTCare unbelievable incompetence and frankly fraudulent behaviour by BT in their roll out of digital voice. The vulnerable are being forced into the switch and left without emergency lines for weeks. On the back of more than a year of social isolation. Shame on you BT!

  • jeannie_pie Jeannie pie (@jeannie_pie) reported

@bt_uk Done that. After trying various things for over 5 hours, Got to the bottom of the problem with setting recordings on ITV & BBC series duplicating itself on eg channel 103 & 803. Obviously the change was not tested for areas that can get London & another region aerial. Cont.1

  • jeannie_pie Jeannie pie (@jeannie_pie) reported

@bt_uk Continued. I have now selected London region, but although the serial recording issue sorted, the channel reception from London is bad - hence why I used to use SE(kent) region. I'm NOT happy with this change or the response from BT or Youview @FreeviewTV @FreeviewAdvice

  • GAWE14 Gary Wilson (@GAWE14) reported

@bt_uk am a BT broadband/Halo customer- do you do a Payg mini hub data sim?

  • MrJDucky Mr𝐉Ducky Esq. III™👻🎃🦇🏳️‍🌈 (@MrJDucky) reported

@bt_uk Hey BT buddies 👋 We've been having some issues with the broadband in our flat recently since the last engineer was out to relay the cable. We have two pc's in the flat and whenever one of us starts a download on @Steam the whole network goes from 51 download to 1 download.

  • SMTHFC1 SimonTHFC (@SMTHFC1) reported

Congratulations to @btsport & @BT in response to my complaint. They chased me three times to check whether I was happy with the way they resolved the issue. Unfortunately, they didn't actually contact me once to, you know, resolve the issue. Customer service of the highest order.

  • drmarkrthomas Mark Thomas (@drmarkrthomas) reported

@bt_uk really disappointed to have been blocked from leaving BT broadband well outside my contract expiry. To make it worse, I've now been charged for 5 months service I've not used. BT were very unhelpful when I tried to sort this out as a busy doctor working in the pandemic

  • ryanh537 Ryan Harman (@ryanh537) reported

@bt_uk Thank you for your reply. I have filled in the form but can't see anything about updates to the area? It says I should have FTTC but I'm sure I don't. I'm paying for superfast which should be up to 38mbps down and 7mbps up, I'm lucky if I get 14 down and 1 up! Neighbours similar

  • Amyyyyyyyyyy_ Amy Graham (@Amyyyyyyyyyy_) reported

@bt_uk please can someone reply or DM me regarding my broadband issues please
