@BTCare Hi, I am bit confused with Broadband Halo 3 & Halo 3+. Will the later still work if there is a power cut? Why does BT send me a EE mini hub each time I have a BB outage, does not ask for it back but cannot reactivate any and sends me a new one?

@bt_uk ordered FTTP on 21 November. 30 days later and @OpenreachHelp haven't completed stage 1 external work due to 'resource issues'. Now told another 20 days until next review. 50 days wait which is likely to get bumped again. Absolute shitshow.
