    @CCriadoPerez @McAfee_Help @bt_uk Although I have never encountered any virus/mail ware problem for any Mac, you should be able to delete MacAfee files from the Library and Preference Folder.

    @bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

    @bt_uk Hi, no, it’s not a new build. Engineer visited before Christmas and was able to activate broadband but not phone service due to a fault in the junction box. Order number is VOL013-439847322595

    @bt_uk As I have tried to explain, an update on a possible new start date 10 days after the promised start date really isn't the level of service I expect from BT.

    @bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

    @bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

    How can @bt_uk @BTGroup justify the cost of their broadband?? After finding an alternative for HALF THE PRICE currently paying with BT tried to cancel & move. But even after being a customer for 5 years I'm tied into a contract til Dec22!! Or pay over £300 to get out of it! 🤬

    @bt_uk to my account because your system won't allow it. I have no working box, I have to wait until next Wednesday for the aerials, 10 days after my service was supposed to start, and can't add entertainment to watch on BT and Now TV app cause your IT system won't allow it

    @bt_uk All your agents are lovely on the phone and then you find out they lied just to pass you on to the next one a few days later. I have about 5 complaints lodged already from a new customer status, absolutely useless

    @bt_uk I'm a new customer, have received several notifications this week that a BT engineer will visit to set up broadband at 8am-1pm today. No one has turned up and no communication from BT. Very poor compared to other providers.

    @bt_uk Today is the second day my BT broadband has been intermittently cutting out. G77 6FE postcode. Reported a fault yesterday. No update. Already paying "Fibre" prices for a pathetic 15mbps download speed. Please fix.

    @bt_uk made my the person on the phone who said, I quote, "I knew what you were going to say before you finished". The further good news is you use a third-party to correct your lie/issue, who you constantly say 'are nothing to do with you' so can't help.
