    @bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

    Having to watch Chorley v Derby with the the sound off. The fake crowd noise is always awful, but @btsport think the Chorley crowd would normally sound like an under 9s swimming gala 🙄

    @rkelwick @fozia4 @bt_uk I’m waiting to receive my £100 as my BT Broadband regularly cuts me off Zoom calls and the picture quality from our BT TV is regularly terrible (but fine on the app on my iPad? 🤔)

    @fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

    @bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

    @bt_uk Nope. I just want you to pass on that this stuff matters. When people call the customer service line to be rudely told just log on to the website it isn’t right. When someone says they’re considering switching provider don’t just laugh at them. Good manners cost nothing.

    @bt_uk I know - but that's why it's flawed - the speed can be as good as 60MB when checked, but if the latency is rubbish, page load times are so bad I might as well be on a dial-up! The business also goes from fantastic to non-existing at times and we need it to take payments.

    Message to @bt_uk When your sales people tell customers that by switching to BT from Virgin you'll guarantee to fix prices for 18 months, not such a good idea to up the price AFTER ONE MONTH.

    @bt_uk I was using BT chat and was cut off. It was found my BT hub was faulty so sending replacement. Two of us working from home and WiFi unreliable and slow. But said sending same router as smart hub 2 is best for mesh systems? Could we really not have the smart hub 2?

    @HMRCcustomers Yes I was. His name was Mark and it was in response to a complaint. Again I'm on the phone and no operatives available. So under funded and frustrating. @bt_uk charge like a wounded bull.

    @BTCare great that you can't help sort an issue when the person who normally deals with it is off with covid! You won't even carry out a line test utter shambles! Won't look at the fact that the line started degrading after the last storm and internet is now 100% dead
