    @PaulCaden1 and the students home Wi-fi likely no better either! I’m having to drive into work any day I am delivering online outreach presentations to schools or at online conferences as our home Wi-fi is so poor.....😳 @bt_uk?

    @bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

    @BBCWatchdog Please investigate @bt_uk and their appalling attitude to fixing our Digital Voice landline. Been unable to receive calls for weeks & we have worried, elderly parents who cannot call us. A trail of broken promises and still taking our money. #CustomerService #bt

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    @rkelwick @fozia4 @bt_uk I’m waiting to receive my £100 as my BT Broadband regularly cuts me off Zoom calls and the picture quality from our BT TV is regularly terrible (but fine on the app on my iPad? 🤔)

    @bt_uk My @btsport picture quality often way worse than this - pixelated and unwatchable with broken up sound. When are you sending me my £100? (and more importantly providing me with a more reliable service? 🤔).

    @fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @bt_uk I have had issues with my broadband dropping in and out of my devices since that major outage happened on Thursday. I don’t know if anyone else has had those continuous problems during that time?

    Having to watch Chorley v Derby with the the sound off. The fake crowd noise is always awful, but @btsport think the Chorley crowd would normally sound like an under 9s swimming gala 🙄

    @crp_uk I’m very happy with my new 4G Router. Getting similar to you most days; never drops below 60. @btbusinesscare limping along at anywhere from 23-31. Never going to fibre our little lane, so when the contract is up I won’t be renewing BB.

    @bt_uk after an hour on the phone on Sunday after hub went green new hub arrived today. Guess what? Went green and stayed green. Another hour on the phone. A new box is arriving tomorrow and an engineer next week. #bthalo your hubs don’t work and your service is terrible

    @bt_uk promised to connect my 91 yr old Mum on 29 December to fibre broadband which was ordered on 9 Dec. As of now no connection not good service in my opinion how much longer does she have to wait?

    @bt_uk Moved home today. Phone line has switched, but broadband delayed until 4/1. Is this because I wasn't at the property, or just one of those things? I'll need to work in the office on 4/1 without Internet at home, so same issue would repeat again...

    @bt_uk my account closed on 14 Dec (apparently!) but I have been waiting for final bill ever since. Have called 3 times & everyone assures me they fixed the issue and I should receive the final bill, but it hasn’t arrived. I just want this to be done & have wasted so much time!

    @bt_uk I have checked your broadband prices and speed, it seems too expensive for old fashioned speeds. At the moment I have 70mb and it’s too expensive. I have been a faithful customer for over 8 years and no discount or reduced price is offered.

    @bt_uk I am exhausted at attempting to get signal in a small house to reach every room. After having problems with disc, the replacement doesn't want to work either. Aaaaaargh! From reading forums I am not the only one! #BT you are letting me down.....
