They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

James Edgar (@1JamesEdgar) reported@bt_uk @btsport using BT sport app, on a hissense Roku tv, it’s not letting me watch live football streams. Error code VC011. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve logged in and out. Reset tv, reset router. It works on my iPad but not on the tv.. help?

Steve (@WebsiteStudio) reported@btsport sort your app out.. paid for a monthly pass Saturday. Worked ok but tonight it’s down. Not why I paid £25! From other comments not unusual for this to happen. Top it all off, kept getting cut of on the online chat after waiting long periods.
