@BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

Wow, just caught up with bank holidays national league round up. BT Sport really do have an agenda against Woking. Not only did they leave our 1-3 win until last round but they also never spoke about it or mentioned we would be on TV again on Sunday. It’s a disgrace! @btsport

Two tales of customer service today. First @bt_uk finally getting to the deal we needed after an hour of back and fourth on the online chat. Then a 4th 30 mile round trip to @Tesco on the assurance that the stock will “definitely be here tomorrow” only for it not to be. Again.

@bt_uk I will still need help. Vodafone said I'd need to speak to BT to get it sorted. Eventually I got through to someone in BT today to be told that Vodafone must request/order the number to be transferred. Get back to Vodafone to be told that my old number is unavailable to migrate
