Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

@fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

@bt_uk Stayed with for years as broadband connection was reliable. Not now. Got a new hub for faster connection and service diabolical. Utterly, utterly dreadful. Time for a new provider I think.
