@bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

Shocking service from @bt_uk. No compassion at all from you as a company. Lost my job & my home and now you want to destroy my credit scores. Nearly £500 charges for leaving early. 8 months in to a 24 month contact does not seem fair to me 😥😥

@btbusinesscare I moved house in December, you failed to move my Internet so spectacularly that mid January I cancelled the non existing internet. I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

@bt_uk It was not a missed appointment it was a total failure of communication. Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

@BTCare raised a complaint about a mid-sold package when recontracting last Friday. Have not been called back. Also, asked to be put back onto old package as 14 day cooling off. was told would take 5 wrk days. This has not happened, & now I’ve just got returns bag. Unacceptable!

@bt_uk Ok, so more money probably? I'll tell him to be patient +will go with another provider when my contract is up because I upgraded to Halo on the promise by BT that I would get a better service for gaming...obviously not so...thanks anyway. Its too dear now, so I'm not paying more

@bt_uk Terrible customer service. Staff don’t know processes, cut us off twice, promise to call us back within 72 hours. That was on Monday and we’re still waiting! In any case this would be unacceptable but when you know it’s in relation to a bereavement it’s disgraceful!

Am outraged at @bt_uk - my parents are in their late 70s & switched to BT in Nov. Feel like they’ve been ripped off. They STILL have no phone line, terrible WiFi requiring multiple boosters all over house & no confirmed date for phone. No solution 🤬 just stress 🤯
