    For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

    @bt_uk worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Week 7, still no line working, 4 engineers, 3 credit checks and 30 false promises to get back in touch. But hey, your still charging me for this.

    Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

    @bt_uk It was not a missed appointment it was a total failure of communication. Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

    @fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

    @bt_uk the worst service in the UK. I’m still getting bills for a service I stopped in January. Absolutely shambolic. I stopped being a customer 3 months ago yet here I am on hold to BT. What a joke.

    @btbusinesscare I’ve sent DM’s till I’m blue in the face. Spent hours on the phone to BT and nothing has happened. Neighbours with serious health issues who can’t call out for help as no phones or broadband. It’s utterly ridiculous.

    Day 6 with still no broadband. @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness not really any good for anyone trying to run a business. Yet they still take the direct debit for the service I don’t have and they can’t give me a date for when it will be back up. Any workarounds they want to charge me!

    Phoned @bt_uk to cancel my grans phone line since she passed away, explained the number to be cut off and they only went and cut off my aunt's house next door instead. Won't fix it for a week. 🤬 Last thing we need at this time!!

    @bt_uk Someone has raised a fraudulent Line order at my property cutting off my existing provider. I have called your customer service team who where completely unhelpful and said there is nothing they can do. This is unacceptable and I need help.

    @MartinSLewis Hi, I'm trying to renew my contract with @bt_uk but they won't offer me the same deal as new customers. What can I do? They just say the options aren't available to me, which according to customer loyalty penalties is incorrect. help please, #bt #broadband

    So @bt_uk broadband has been down since 4 o’clock and they are saying that I won’t have any service till 7th or December. The mediocre apology and the promise of a refund for the days without internet is diabolical.
