    @bt_uk hello, I've had an ongoing broadband instability issue for around 6 months - frequently when I'm using IP voice applications the service is disrupted - I've tried to raise a fault on this a number of times - help!!

    @bt_uk are the most incompetent company. I’m only a month into my contract and I want to cancel already. Terrible customer service, they just pass you to another dept and then your back to the start. I’ve never rang a company so much to get something sorted. #terrible

    @bt_uk As I have tried to explain, an update on a possible new start date 10 days after the promised start date really isn't the level of service I expect from BT.

    @bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

    @bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

    @bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

    Absolutely disgusting service from @bt_uk. Ordered a second phone system for new business premises only for them to not even turn up to install. After calling all day been cut off twice then emails getting ignored. So no internet for opening and don’t even know our new number. 😡

    @OpenreachHelp Hi, an OpenReach engineer visited her and was actually very helpful. He informed her it was a very quick fox but @bt_uk need to do it. However, @bt_uk are a bunch of sales people who have zero interest in fixing the problem THEY caused.

    @BT / @btsport proud owners of the slowest TV box & remote control ON THE PLANET. Up to a minute to load a f-ing channel. And then when you call customer services to get it sorted they send you the exact same piece of crap. DIRE all round. #norenewal #subscription
