Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

I run a business that demands lots of time online. BT are unable to find a solution. We are looking into putting together a Class Action.
