Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. Catherine (@teacherCate1) reported@bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.

It feels like a trap.
