    @BTCare That’s not the case. First of all paul hasn’t been working with me since 2017? He also has failed to call me to get payments as agreed (I have memory loss he agreed to call me) I’ve rang him several times never returns call. He is telling lies. Check and you’ll see

    @mrjakehumphrey @btsport The worst thing is Ashley has dragged the passion out of the fans. Fans now turn up out of obligation rather than any excitement of going to the match. The neglect of the facilities is shameful, spurs spent £250m in 10 years on theirs, Newcastle spent £10m in same time.

    @BTCare I have never had a video buffer since I took infinity 2 unlimited. BUT WAIT... I now get video buffering since I signed up for broadband plus or whatever it’s called. I get knocked out of YouTube after 2 clips. Not happy. Sometimes my speed plummets also. What’s going on?

    @BTCare Naturally I did the test socket, 🙄, I also remember an engineer ‘fixing’ the problem approx 18 months ago, by knocking my line out altogether for 2 weeks, and claiming the problem was rectified 😄😄

    @BTCare I made a complaint but it is still not resolved. We had issues with broadband back in jan 18. BT decided to send engineer and has now charged us for this visit. Stating it was client equipment yet I still have the same euipqment. Engineer didn’t touch my equipment.

    @BTCare They advised me it would cost £130 for an engineer, and I advised them otherwise, as I had borrowed another router to check it wasn’t that, and also changed micro filters, wasn’t that either, clearly a problem at your end

    @BTCare It says there’s no faults, but there have been a number of times where I’ve had to reboot my router or switch to mobile data as performance using home broadband is poor

    @BTCare They said open reach had a problem that needs manual fixing. Open reach was supposed to do work oct 8 so why was I not informed there was a problem until after I called on oct 15. Now I am without internet and tv! They said they will update me oct 22 then book an engineer to come

    @BTCare it was clear from the first tweet that explanation wasnt required and that a disgusted customer getting unjustifyable price hikes at the start of a contract was hoping for more than you read from the big book of vague excuses. You clearly have no desire to help at all
