Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Since then it has been a daily nightmare. @bt_uk have been appalling. David at @OpenreachHelp has been superb. We still have slow broadband and don't have our original phone number...
