BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports Near Bearpark, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Bearpark and nearby locations:

  • JPaulGreen John Paul Green (@JPaulGreen) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@BTCare Line has dial tone but crackles and hub light orange. It's deja vu. Doesn't seem to happen as often as it did when engineers finally fixed line problem last year, but it's annoying that the crackle has returned and speeds have dipped etc

  • timlibrarian Tim Fowler (@timlibrarian) reported from Bearpark, England

@bt_uk Hi, no, it’s not a new build. Engineer visited before Christmas and was able to activate broadband but not phone service due to a fault in the junction box. Order number is VOL013-439847322595

  • marc3374 Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England

@bt_uk Very disappointed at the customer service received after a phone call my wife made regarding our current broadband contract. Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.

  • Hossy93 Joseph Drane (@Hossy93) reported from Brandon, England

@Gaz_House @btsport Or you could go down the night before. 😉

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Crook, England

@bt_uk False alarm, it was a nice neighbour dropping off a Christmas card - I saw an Openreach van down the road and assumed that you had actually done something!!

  • JPaulGreen John Paul Green (@JPaulGreen) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@BTCare ah we are back to lousy phone line and intermittent access to internet again. Still at least BT closed my complaint. Not happy.

  • elliott_finlay Finlay Elliott (@elliott_finlay) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England

  • JPaulGreen John Paul Green (@JPaulGreen) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Still paying for @bt_uk @BTCare and get getting less than full service and yet to be compensated for the hell that was BT between Aug and end of October. 2019 now and can't hear people speak on a landline @Ofcom

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@bt_uk And people on Twitter may be looking for a new broadband connection and should be aware of the level of service from BT

  • CraigShitpeas Craig Shitpeas (@CraigShitpeas) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Rochdale’s 40yr old forward more effective than #Nufc 40million pound one. He is awful. No heart, no touch, no industry just dreadful. Well done #rochdale a deserved payday. They should have won it. They still might! #facup #btsport

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk No broadband (now 15 days late), no reasons given why not, no sense of urgency to actually get it sorted. I'm running out of superlatives to describe your dreadful customer service and general incompetence.

  • xToonsend Dominic Townsend (@xToonsend) reported from Washington, England

The only negative thing about watching this cracking Toon win is having to listen to that **** Michael Owen chat shit after it #NUFC #btsport

  • PHoare1963 Dr Peter Hoare ⌬ (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England

@BaseballBrit @btsport @MLB @Twitter To be fair @btsport are better than most other channels - usually two games a night on their ESPN channel. Too many Yankees and Red Sox games though and not enough @Rockies! @MLBTV just as bad - not equal coverage of all teams....🤔

  • elliott_finlay Finlay Elliott (@elliott_finlay) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England

@bt_uk Switch Internet off we are closing it down due to the press option 1or 2 usual scam calling stuff

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from South Hetton, England

@bt_uk Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree Please fix my broadband just for me I've waited now for many days (17 and counting) Many promises fade in the haze Oh Christmas tree oh Christmas tree Please make my broadband work for me

  • liamlcg MrGrumpy.....Y.N.W.A (@liamlcg) reported from Murton, England

@bt_uk ...... Your wifi is shit

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk As I have tried to explain, an update on a possible new start date 10 days after the promised start date really isn't the level of service I expect from BT.

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • RealBenSibley Ben Sibley (@RealBenSibley) reported

@kristemple @bt_uk That's not good bit I'm surprised as we've been with BT for a few years now and they have always been spot on with customer service. Hope it gets sorted soon!

  • andrew_bordon Andrew Bordon (@andrew_bordon) reported

Just off the phone to @bt_uk. Offered no help at all. Constant issues over and over. Very upset over this.

  • simon_newhouse Simon Newhouse (@simon_newhouse) reported

@bt_uk Can I talk to someone about ipv6 prefix delegation on the lan side? It was working before Xmas, and now it seems to just issue a /64 to the lan, which means I can't delegate further on my downstream router.

  • feefle_moose Luke Horton (@feefle_moose) reported

@bt_uk broadband "go live" date was yesterday.. my Sky broadband went off at 8am and engineer attended around 1530ish.. ran in to problems at the cabinet and said it should be sorted within 12 hours. Still no broadband..

  • ySoCereal_ G (@ySoCereal_) reported

@bt_uk I ordered fttp in Dec and they came to install it on the 10th Jan but there was an issue with a blocked pipe so the engineer has to wait for a civil team to install a new one delaying my fttp for up to 6 weeks. I was meant to have a gamepass 6 Months free code after the work..

  • Northlander74 𝔖𝔱𝔢𝔭𝔥𝔢𝔫 𝔍. 𝔍𝔞𝔠𝔮𝔲𝔢𝔰 (@Northlander74) reported

@bt_uk I can assume that any terms of cancellation of my contract are now void because since December I've received no mobile signal while at my workplace location... Seems unfair to me to pay for a non-service. Might as well speak to @VodafoneUK or @O2 to see if I'll receive any signal

  • SirBritte Ellis New (@SirBritte) reported

Yep sorry guys, the internet is far too slow to stream. It's getting fixed hopefully on the 18th NEVER GO WITH @bt_uk GO WITH @virginmedia

  • CitehForum MCFC Jay (@CitehForum) reported

@bt_uk my internet has been faulty for nearly 2 months now. A engineer was sent out and he said as was fine but the problem still consists. I’ve been paying my bill but you guys aren’t holding up your end of the contract as I’m getting 5MBPS which is horrific

  • Spiderchoc Mr Kippers (@Spiderchoc) reported

BT internet is down because of course it is. I pay the same amount as someone who has 4 times the speed. @bt_uk ******* garbage. I’m out of contract now, have very few options but all are far cheaper than BT so will be looking at them now.

  • Crypto_n_Canna Crypto'n'Cannaman (@Crypto_n_Canna) reported

@bt_uk Why is your awful company charging me £75 per month when I have issues with broadband most days? I've been unable to work for three days in the past 10, running into day 4 as I trade online. Unacceptable!
