They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. My web login is working though! Pls help.
