    Still paying for @bt_uk @BTCare and get getting less than full service and yet to be compensated for the hell that was BT between Aug and end of October. 2019 now and can't hear people speak on a landline @Ofcom

    @bt_uk Very disappointed at the customer service received after a phone call my wife made regarding our current broadband contract. Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.

    A new development on the BT issue. Had a call following my Tweet from a person @bt_uk apologising for yesterday. Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasnโ€™t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

    10+ years (probably more) of being a loyal @bt_uk @BTGroup customer and they couldnโ€™t waive the early termination fee liable because my new move means I canโ€™t transfer the contract to my temporary property. I will never use them again.

    @bt_uk I have had issues with my broadband dropping in and out of my devices since that major outage happened on Thursday. I donโ€™t know if anyone else has had those continuous problems during that time?

    @BTCare Line has dial tone but crackles and hub light orange. It's deja vu. Doesn't seem to happen as often as it did when engineers finally fixed line problem last year, but it's annoying that the crackle has returned and speeds have dipped etc

    @bt_uk It was not a missed appointment it was a total failure of communication. Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

    @bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

    @bt_uk broadband down (again). Not getting unlimited 4g on my 2 Sims despite 2 advisors telling me I would when I rang up (twice) that is part of my halo plan. Not happy

    @bt_uk Into day 9 now of no internet and no news after damage to cables on site here in Church Crookham! Our service providers give us no updates! When can we at least hear some updates! This is just getting extremely silly! We now think Openreach donโ€™t know how to fix it! ๐Ÿ˜‘

    @JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk 2) ...even though their network and ducts are right outside the properties the pole serves. They've caused so much trouble and wasted so much of my time, I've had to put the matter on hold. You can't allow anyone to disrupt your life to such an extent.

    @bt_uk They've already told me nobody can help with why my broadband order is delayed because they're closed today. And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.

    @bt_uk upgraded my elderly relatives (in their 90s)telephone line & now their telephone isn't ringing properly. How exactly is that 'improving' their service? Ironically their phones are BT ones. Spent a few hours talking to customer services (not a free number 2 contact) #POOR
