@fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

@btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

@OpenreachHelp Hi. My parents moved from @plusnethelp FTTC to @bt_uk FTTP. It was due for install today, but BT got the dates wrong. Plusnet was cut off today and BT isn't live until mid-August. They've moved back to Plusnet, but it's ~10 days to reactivate. Can you help please?

@BTCare I logged an ongoing fault on my line (no dial tone) 20/7/21, still not fixed, I have looked on ‘track fault’ and it says I had told you fault is fixed on 25/7/21, which I did not! The fault is exactly the same, nothing been done to fix it at all! Very poor service BT.
