    @bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    @bt_uk No I haven't as I've never been anywhere near a BT WIFI Access Point and only relied on mobile network signal

    Hi @bt_uk, I moved in my new house two weeks today and I still have no internet and your doing nothing to fix it. I have had to cancel Sky twice and they are booked this Friday. I would like this sorted with an engineer visit tomorrow.

    @bt_uk my mum is a vulnerable customer and had a new connection on the 1st July and itโ€™s never worked. An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today Iโ€™ve now been told itโ€™s the 15th and she isnโ€™t able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.

    @bt_uk I canโ€™t see anything to describe what to do if the modem LOS light is red. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Iโ€™m physically disabled and itโ€™s incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish weโ€™d never joined BT.

    @bt_uk Yes, BT is the service provider. BT need to exclude faults in the area and to be honest you should run tests. I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.

    @bt_uk I have order VOL013-1056903730240, kit has arrived & I've set it up. Service is due to start on 17/6 but I learn that I can use the app to start before, i.e. today? The order doesn't show in the app & if I search for order + post code it claims they're incorrect. Help๐Ÿ™?
