@bt_uk are the most incompetent company. I’m only a month into my contract and I want to cancel already. Terrible customer service, they just pass you to another dept and then your back to the start. I’ve never rang a company so much to get something sorted. #terrible

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

Oh dear @bt_uk… Offered a new contract twice, but my acceptance has been ignored then was supposed to be transferred on a call today but the transfers are broken so was given a direct number…. for the wrong department, who are now panicking because they’re getting random calls

If I have learnt anything from moving to an unfurnished flat is that @IKEAUK and @bt_uk broadband have the shittest customer communication. IKEA sent us the wrong wardrobe leaving us without storage for a week and BT engineer buggered off after saying they were fixing an issue..

@bt_uk absolutely rubbish service, reported the same fault 3 times in 4 weeks. Had 2 engineers out and still not fixed. Can’t watch the sport channels!! Told we can have engineer but not till Tuesdays. Football on tomorrow night and won’t be able to watch it. Absolutely shocking
