I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

We have costs of more than £2500 now!! No complaint procedure or email & have been told a manager would ring 5 times now!!!! Still nothing!
