  • stevewallwork Steve Wallwork (@stevewallwork) reported from Annfield Plain, England

@lynseyhipgrave1 @btsport @sjsidwell I think we know the answer to that one Lynsey. Our record is traditionally poor on Boxing Day anyway.

  • TomORussell Tom Russell (@TomORussell) reported from Hexham, England

@BBCWatchdog Please investigate @bt_uk and their appalling attitude to fixing our Digital Voice landline. Been unable to receive calls for weeks & we have worried, elderly parents who cannot call us. A trail of broken promises and still taking our money. #CustomerService #bt

  • TomORussell Tom Russell (@TomORussell) reported from Hexham, England

Dear people of the UK. If you are thinking of switching your landline to @bt_uk, STOP! It’s not worth all the hassle and crap that these people will pile upon you to get your landline sorted. Please RT for everyone’s sake. #CustomerReview #customerexperience #bbcwatchdog

  • TomORussell Tom Russell (@TomORussell) reported from Hexham, England

@bt_uk Joined BT weeks ago. Cannot receive landline calls. How many times do I have to report a problem with my landline before someone does something about it? Is there a magic number? Sick and tired of being fobbed off. #bt #CustomerService

  • yeltzland John Pollard (@yeltzland) reported from Hexham, England

Having to watch Chorley v Derby with the the sound off. The fake crowd noise is always awful, but @btsport think the Chorley crowd would normally sound like an under 9s swimming gala 🙄

  • jessatkinson95 Jess Atkinson (@jessatkinson95) reported from Hexham, England

@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

  • TomORussell Tom Russell (@TomORussell) reported from Hexham, England

Guess what @bt_uk. Another member of your team promises to call us today about our ongoing landline problems, & another promise broken. That’s at least 5 people from your team who have over promised & never delivered. Shameless. #bbcwatchdog @BBCWatchdog

  • PHoare1963 Dr Peter ***** ⌬ (Ph or pH? 🤔) (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England

@bt_uk please can you respond to my complaint ASAP #poorcustomerservice

  • PHoare1963 Dr Peter Hoare ⌬ (Ph or pH? 🤔) (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England

@PaulCaden1 and the students home Wi-fi likely no better either! I’m having to drive into work any day I am delivering online outreach presentations to schools or at online conferences as our home Wi-fi is so poor.....😳 @bt_uk?

  • charming_man_ Tory 1 (@charming_man_) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@bt_uk can we have an update on the outage Middlesbrough TS5

  • TomORussell Tom Russell (@TomORussell) reported from Hexham, England

@bt_uk Just heard from you. Because of this Digital Voice issue I have to be without phone and broadband for 2 weeks! Is this the 1980’s? I have 3 teenagers learning and running a business from home. What kind of business are you running? @BBCWatchdog

  • Raring2goNewcas Raring2Go! Newcastle (@Raring2goNewcas) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@BTCare @bt_uk hello, hope you can help please? After a 95 minute phone call on Saturday your advisor assured me my problems would be solved by an engineer tomorrow. I’ve had no email or text to confirm this. Please advise.

  • QlikStu Stuart Wannop (@QlikStu) reported from Walker Gate, England

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

  • andyb7274 Andy Brown (@andyb7274) reported from Bedlington, England

@MarkMowbrayNE @redvanman12 @bt_uk Its what they're told to do (been there, done it) or were at the time. Probably changed now, but blame process not the poor agent on crap money 🙃

  • glne12 gary littlemore (@glne12) reported from Longbenton, England

    Terrible @btsport sort it out

  • PHoare1963 Dr Peter ***** ⌬ (Ph or pH? 🤔) (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England

@bt_uk My @btsport picture quality often way worse than this - pixelated and unwatchable with broken up sound. When are you sending me my £100? (and more importantly providing me with a more reliable service? 🤔).

  • PHoare1963 Dr Peter ***** ⌬ (Ph or pH? 🤔) (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England

@fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

  • taylersant Tayler (@taylersant) reported from Newburn, England

@bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

  • TomORussell Tom Russell (@TomORussell) reported from Hexham, England

@bt_uk The catalogue of ridiculous BT errors continues. STILL NO HOME TELEPHONE NUMBER DESPITE HOURS OF TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED. Yet more broken promises to ring me back and resolve. IS THIS A WIND UP? @BBCWatchdog

  • Lisa_JT Lisa Thomas (@Lisa_JT) reported

@bt_uk we are still receiving bills for the previous person who owned our house. I’ve returned all letters with RTS/No longer at this address and written contact details on the envelope - she moved out in December ‘21. How do we sort this issue out?!

  • happyrocks Katharine Gladstone (@happyrocks) reported

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Complaints have landed on deaf ears and have even been hung up on by one of your operators. All your employees seem powerless to do anything - even to cancel missold contracts. The request for the original EE sales call transcript have been ignored 3/4

  • voiceoverpaul Voiceover-Paul Berry (@voiceoverpaul) reported

@BTCare I had a long online chat with Luke on your site yesterday. I asked for the transcript to be mailed to me but it's never arrived. Can you help?

  • cromp74 lee Crompton💙💛 (@cromp74) reported

@Kerry_lufc @bt_uk You don't realise how much you use your WiFi, when i first moved into this house sky had trouble connecting us, it was nearly 2 weeks, we spent a fortune on are mobiles.

  • happyrocks Katharine Gladstone (@happyrocks) reported

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Switched back to previous provider (Plusnet) and now been sent an enormous bill from BT for “breaking the new contract” that I’d tried to cancel twice. The saga involves all BT companies: EE, Plusnet, BT residential and BT business. 2/4

  • ruffcow Michelle Norris (@ruffcow) reported

@bt_uk my business phone line has been down since 9.15am. Was meant to be ported to a new cloud product from our existing cloud phone. Was told 30 mins and a maximum of four hours, that was 13 hours ago and it’s still down. I’m losing customers and money and cannot get it sorted.

  • AndyMcCulloch4 Andy (@AndyMcCulloch4) reported

@bt_uk is there a way to get in touch to cancel broadband that doesn't involve waiting on a queue on the phone? Every chance I get I'm put in a queue with no indication of how long I'll be waiting

  • AngelaMcK66 Angela McK (@AngelaMcK66) reported

@bt_uk Have done but I've managed to get confirmation it has been cut off. My DM explains it and that I don't want the service reconnected. Just wan confirmation all services now cancelled.
