    @bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

    Having to watch Chorley v Derby with the the sound off. The fake crowd noise is always awful, but @btsport think the Chorley crowd would normally sound like an under 9s swimming gala 🙄

    @BBCWatchdog Please investigate @bt_uk and their appalling attitude to fixing our Digital Voice landline. Been unable to receive calls for weeks & we have worried, elderly parents who cannot call us. A trail of broken promises and still taking our money. #CustomerService #bt

    @bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

    @bt_uk Are your phone lines not open, every time I call about my internet you send me a text and the phone ends. In the contract J signed up to speak to a British person not a SMS service!

    @bt_uk Been there, done that. Spent days in call centre hell and you still won’t cancel a contract. Service has been very poor.

    @bt_uk gesture of £30 does not cover our household needs and there is no pay as you go service without further investment. Too late to keep my service going with sky without entering into a new contract unfortunately. BT didn’t communicate appropriately with SKy regarding switch.

    @Melusinna @bt_uk I’ve been able to speak to 2 nice ladies but problems still exist. I’m left with no wi-fi after BT delayed the installation and BT informed sky they were taking over! I am working at home with no access. I supposedly have access to hotspots but we’re in a lockdown!

    Been trying to have @bt_uk installed since the middle of December. Between them and @WeAreOpenreach and a multitude of errors their end, thinking the Salisbury Fibre Project is complete have a date for the 18 May. Far too long and not good enough...

    @bt_uk I have spoken to someone, again after being in a queue for nearly an hour, but I honestly don't have any faith in the assurances that the problem is now sorted, because I'm told that every time I phone, and yet it - so far - hasn't been.
