    @bt_uk Dropping out, multiple times a day . It started on 1st Jan after 14 days of stability from previous fix.

    @bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

    @bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

    @bt_uk Awful experience of your service so far. Promised fibre would be live 21/05, now not happening until at least 28/05. 30mins in queue today, meant to have received email with my BT ID, nothing 😔 Not impressed, someone needs to contact me pls #poorcustomerservice
