@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@btsport FAO website team. The monthly pass sign-up fails on step 4 when loading the payment service. Page just says "Sorry, this service is unavailable." Under-the-hood there's a few errors including CORS and jQuery.

@btbusinesscare hello, is it true that BT Cloud Work(powered by Ringcentral) service will be discontinued soon and all users will be required to switch to another service with different handsets and be charged for the set up fees?
