Tom Russell (@TomORussell) reported from Hexham, England@bt_uk Joined BT weeks ago. Cannot receive landline calls. How many times do I have to report a problem with my landline before someone does something about it? Is there a magic number? Sick and tired of being fobbed off. #bt #CustomerService
-
Tom Russell (@TomORussell) reported from Hexham, EnglandGuess what @bt_uk. Another member of your team promises to call us today about our ongoing landline problems, & another promise broken. That’s at least 5 people from your team who have over promised & never delivered. Shameless. #bbcwatchdog @BBCWatchdog
-

Jess Atkinson (@jessatkinson95) reported from Hexham, England@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤
-
Peter Foster (@foslar71) reported from Consett, EnglandCan someone from @btsport find that annoying kid in the @afcbournemouth stand and tell him to shit the f**k up.

𝔅͛𝔯͛𝔦͛𝔞͛𝔫͛ ͛𝔚͛𝔥͛𝔢͛𝔩͛𝔱͛𝔬͛𝔫͛ (@brianwhelton) reported@R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.
-
Ralph Hardwick (@HardwickRalph) reported@bt_uk @BTCare Seems like getting full fibre and a new deal/contract is a bit too difficult to manage correctly. Turning off access many days before the new service is possible.
-
Caz Morgan (@CazMorgan5) reported@bt_uk What a joke of a reply. As I said, my boss was on the phone to you for hours on end; 4.5hours being passed from pillar to post and you want him to do that again? Why does the customer have to do all the chasing for your mistake?
-
Dwain Driver (@TrainDriver1982) reported@bt_uk Can’t believe this. Obvious misdiagnosed as both neighbours and ours routers going down. Now I’ve had an email to say my router is being delivered…. to next door.
-
arthurbikemad (@arthurbikemad) reported@btbusinesscare This issue is still bot resolved. I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue. Payment is canceled and I still have no resolve. HELP.
-
Simon Bowler (@simonjbowler) reported@bt_uk Perhaps you could read the message I sent ans acknowledge that your chat service and account access aren't working for one of your customers. To be honest, that would resonate better than inviting me to spend an hour on the phone for a 5 minute issue.
-
Lesley Rubenstein-Pessok (@QuoSpera) reported@Somerset01 @BTGroup @bt_uk These structures should have something on them to determine ownership and wouldn’t it be great if there was some form of contact info to report vandalism or any damage easily, say, a QR code.
-
Markkkkk (@Isparkzz) reported@bt_uk Already done that about 7 times with your online chat and just get told it’ll be sorted in a week and never does 🙄
