@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@bt_uk Appalling service. Home move booked 2 weeks ago. Engineer didn't turn up but signed off job as completed. Another appointment booked on complaining but apparently no Engineer assigned by open reach!! Booked another one today, waiting! @WeAreOpenreach

@bt_uk There’s something wrong with the broadband again, Wi-fi keeps disconnecting and digital telephone not working, making a trigger noise. U only just emailed me today to say you turned off the mini hub after the last time it broke too. See DM
