@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

Having to watch Chorley v Derby with the the sound off. The fake crowd noise is always awful, but @btsport think the Chorley crowd would normally sound like an under 9s swimming gala 🙄

@bt_uk My mum who is almost 80 has been without a phone line for weeks. Second time this has happened in 3 months. Scheduled date for fix was supposed to be today but now it's April 21. This is a lifeline for her. Why is it taking so long? Can anyone help?

@BTCare you absolute fraudsters!!! My latest bill is EPIC, even though I’ve had hardly any service. It’s astronomical. You’re now charging me for BT Sports which I never wanted. Your service has been abissmal & now you’re overcharging. If you wanted me to move to @SkyUK just ask!

@bt_uk Thank you, the problem wasn't a BT one, it was due to an Android 11 upgrade, the APN settings need to be reset on the phone.
