@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

Hey @bt_uk, we have been trying to set up fibre internet for a month now. You keep our canceling our orders with no reason and have gone in circles trying to solve it. Too bad we can't do anything about trying a different ISP because you have a monopoly in our area. Thanks a lot!

@OpenreachHelp But that is a direct contradiction of what @bt_uk are saying which is that they have raised the fault with @OpenreachHelp but you have declined the request to send an engineer to fix it and won’t even provide and update on it until Friday. Something isn’t adding up here
