    @bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

    @bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

    @bt_uk Here we are again..having to tether my phone as my SuperFast Broadband is up and down again today - oh, BT please do not send anyone round to fix my Copper Line (like you did last time) as I have not used copper since Sept20.. Full Fibre here, just in case you u don’t know

    @bt_uk This has been the same response so it's not solving my problem. Noone is taking responsibility of this issue and just passing the buck to the next person.

    @ItsBennjy @bt_uk Mate @SkyUK is **** aswell take 5 working days to do a download and always cuts out and lags its awful internet

    @bt_uk I live in a modest 2 bedroom flat in London (earth). The router was installed by the technician in the worst possible room, which is the only place with a good signal. Is impossible to work from home as the signal doesn't reach the rest of the house. What can you do to help?

    @MoneySavingExp Many replies say "no need for landline" perhaps true for 90+ % of UK. But rural areas have 1) poor mobile coverage, 2) more frequent, longer power cuts & 3) more elderly population. @bt_uk IP phones won't work during 1 hour+ power cut: no access to support: serious risk of harm
