@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

Internet issues are starting to get really really annoying now. Every day it goes down for 2-3 minutes twice a day. Which isn't enough for the back up to kick in, but when you pay almost £100 a month (Inc TV) it is frustrating @bt_uk

@bt_uk Frustrating conversation with your "chat". I'm out of contract for broadband Dec. After various silly prices I reiterated I have price promise that I won't pay more than new customer and reply was "those offers are new customers only". Help...someone sensible needed please

@bt_uk really disappointed by the way my 86 year old vulnerable parents have been treated. They phoned up to cancel and it was not made clear to them about the huge cancellation fee. They have been hit with £250 and it’s come as a big shock.

@bt_uk Hi Jenny this constantly happens. Is fixed when I tweet @bt_uk then reverts to slow or no broadband within days. There is some deep fault on the line or in overall provision that is not being addressed
