  • breenster breenster & 🐶 (@breenster) reported from Wylam, England

@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

  • stevejacksonHN Steve Jackson (@stevejacksonHN) reported from Corbridge, England

@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TYKCAZ YT (@TYKCAZ) reported

@bt_uk I was switching provider and multiple BT agents confirmed with me that my service would not be terminated until 26/03 but instead they terminated it today and I have had to order a new BT package on a new account just to get internet back until that time but that cannot be 1/2

  • GuyLikeTy Primetime Tyger (@GuyLikeTy) reported

@aftabgujral @bt_uk All I've got is another engineer out and for it to go down again that night and 2 times since

  • wormston_95 William Ormston (@wormston_95) reported

@bt_uk hi I’ve sent you a dm regarding an issue with post sent to wrong address and got an automated response about getting a fix. Can you look into the dm and get back to me please? Thank you

  • TYKCAZ YT (@TYKCAZ) reported

@bt_uk Activated until 03/03 which makes no sense as I had internet last night! I don’t understand how you can turn my service off remotely but then I need a whole new account (which I intend to cancel when @virginmedia sort their stuff out) and have to wait a week just to turn it back

  • EllisMa14532683 Ellis Martin (@EllisMa14532683) reported

@bt_uk Hi Lesley yes it's near a window. The mini hub is just a plaster on the issue - we need the actual WiFi fixed, what is the update with this?

  • reltubmas Sam (@reltubmas) reported

@bt_uk hey, is there a broadband outage in Worksop? Local friends had problems Tuesday and ours is down today. We’re out in the sticks with no mobile signal (I’ve had to take a walk to tweet this 😬). I’m having to put off clients and board meeting as I can’t work - please help?

  • domjoly Dom Joly (@domjoly) reported

Serious kudos to @bt_uk - Billy the repair guy turned up today and fixed broadband that went down last night. Thank you.

  • aftabgujral #IsThisSatire 💙 NHS (@aftabgujral) reported from Lancaster, England

@GuyLikeTy @bt_uk I am sorry. They need to do better. I had dreadful experiences with BT engineers and their customer service is a complete joke. They are inefficient, they don't listen and imo they lie

  • AnfractuousOne Anfractuous (@AnfractuousOne) reported

And now to add insult to injury, my neighbour has been activated today by @bt_uk. So even though ordered FTTP before them, had duct problems before them, their installation is done before mine with no end in sight for mine. Useless.

  • aftabgujral #IsThisSatire 💙 NHS (@aftabgujral) reported from Lancaster, England

@bt_uk @GuyLikeTy So are you giving them £100? Or £700? £100 for each time you called to fix it?
