Kirsty (@kirstyhannam) reported@PippaCrerar @bt_uk Even assuming that were true, an intermittent broadband service would be better than none at all. Odd choice by government in an emergency.

AbiAbnormal (@AbiAbnormal) reported@bt_uk I'm sorry this government and @GavinWilliamson were so awful at delivering Internet vouchers to disadvantage children. If you still have the vouchers I'm sure many children would appreciate it and I'm sure @MarcusRashford would be able to assist with this.

Ry 👼🏼🌻🧡 (@RyanKB_93) reported@bt_uk we moved from Sky Broadband because we would have the same issues as we’re having now, we moved to you because initially you reassured us we wouldn’t have the same problems we were having at sky but it’s not been very much of an improvement if I’m brutally honest.

Mike Dimmick (@mikedimmick) reported@PippaCrerar @bt_uk To be clear: BT does not provide this service; BT's *customers* provide this service - mostly unknowingly, I suspect. I for one wouldn't share my connection with anyone who walks past. If BT really wanted to help, they would have offered discounted dedicated connections.
