@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

@bt_uk My service has been down over a week. I get a 4g replacement that does not reach the whole house and does not allow my BTtv to work either. I have complained but got no response. Nor refund.

Moved home with @bt_uk who transferred my broadband to the new address. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. 10 days after the service was transfer they have now cut the service. With no explanation. 1/3

@bt_uk WIFIs been out for over a week. Ive had to keep topping up sim cards just so I can work and don’t lose my job. This has cost me double my monthly WIFI bill for this one single week. Support said theyd send someone to fix it on the 23rd yet 3 days later it still doesnt work
