    @bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

    @bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

    @bt_uk Dropping out, multiple times a day . It started on 1st Jan after 14 days of stability from previous fix.

    @bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

    @bt_uk I have DM to start on my number that is all you're getting online everyone in this area deserve have their problems fixed immediately I have already spoken to you in private but I see that as a separate thing to online I complain online only after I have dealt with people

    @bt_uk We have already reported it along with the neighbour in the road also the website says there is a problem in our area so obviously people have reported it so why should more people report what is already knows despite making them feel better because it does

    @bt_uk @CybersmileHQ @bt_uk It’s been 15 days and my broadband connection is still not activated. My first activation date was 29th June, then it’s moved to 1st -> 6th -> 9th -> 12th and now it’s moved further. It’s affecting my ability to do my job. Raised multiple complaints, but no resolution.

    @intergeri @mitchmi09009371 @bt_uk A **** penalty either misses or is saved to the point the play is over, denmarks keeper couldn't knock it away or hold onto it allowing a follow up n a goal, if a keeper can't do his job by the force of a kick it is not a **** penalty... Rushford's penalty was utterly ****...

    @bt_uk They are not proud lions or hero's they are footballers. Stepping up when country needed them most, really, are the service personnel front line staff, no they are footballers Footballers. Get a grip. They missed penalties big whoop doesn't change daily life.
