    @bt_uk Dropping out, multiple times a day . It started on 1st Jan after 14 days of stability from previous fix.

    @bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

    @bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

    @virginmedia I called and whoever I spoke to still insists that it has to be paid. Unfair. I was a @bt_uk customer for 11 years. Never had to deal with this type of nonsense. As soon as this contract Is over I will be back to my @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Hi. EE who you both own and whose platform BT provide the BT Mobile product and services support e-sim for the Applewatch. I am told BT don’t support it. Is this a product/marketing decision or a technical decision ? @apple_uk

    @D_Toxed @InstackNetworks @bt_uk Thats either bandwidth consuming your throughput speed at the time of testing or your WiFi is **** I.e. router, router placement, 2.4ghz WiFi channel

    @bt_uk The free connection underground (I’m no engineer) is broken so they have to use one further away which will require road closure. In a suburb with tonnes of other options (or maybe just fix the one 4 doors down from me). Writing to consumer pages of everyone I can think of now

    @bt_uk Why have you got capacity issues you are BT the biggest company in the world spend some money and upgrade them. Instead of taking money of customers and putting in the share holders pockets supply the service you promise

    @bt_uk you have sent correspondence and what looks like a broadband router to my property addressed to someone who has never lived here. This has happened twice in the last 12 months, both times addressed to the same person.
