    @bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

    @bt_uk Dropping out, multiple times a day . It started on 1st Jan after 14 days of stability from previous fix.

    @bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

    @BTCare please stop sending me threatening texts saying that you want to charge me for kit I sent back weeks ago. I have contacted BT already to try and stop this and was assured it was sorted. I am a very loyal customer with a lot of services - please fix this.

    @Luke_FFF @bt_uk Raise complaint with ofcom. You will be able to leave penalty free within 28 days (I think it is) if they cannot provide the service.

    @bt_uk Had third engineer out on Thursday (this time open reach) could not fix - promised two different departments would call me that evening…. No calls

    @bt_uk I got through to customer service and the weather has taken out a pole in the network. Also helped in connecting me to the BT Hot Spot. Helpful guy

    @Luke_FFF @bt_uk Go on their website and raise a complaint. I had 6 months of incorrect billing and many hours on the phone to them. The complaint was how it was finally resolved

    I can’t believe how bad @bt_uk is for my internet connection. Have more than 2 devices running at the same time the **** ****** doesn’t know what’s happening.
