    @BBCWatchdog Please investigate @bt_uk and their appalling attitude to fixing our Digital Voice landline. Been unable to receive calls for weeks & we have worried, elderly parents who cannot call us. A trail of broken promises and still taking our money. #CustomerService #bt

    @bt_uk Joined BT weeks ago. Cannot receive landline calls. How many times do I have to report a problem with my landline before someone does something about it? Is there a magic number? Sick and tired of being fobbed off. #bt #CustomerService

    @bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

    @bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

    @bt_uk Dropping out, multiple times a day . It started on 1st Jan after 14 days of stability from previous fix.

    @bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

    Having to watch Chorley v Derby with the the sound off. The fake crowd noise is always awful, but @btsport think the Chorley crowd would normally sound like an under 9s swimming gala 🙄

    @btsport I pay for UHD broadcasts of football. Hopeless, as I get constant pixelation and have to revert to Channel 430 for HD version - no problems. Neither do so have issues with other UHD content on Samsung Smart TV. If this doesn’t improve, I’ll stop UHD option and pay less.

    @bt_uk it’s a nightmare it will not let me log into sport to watch Liverpool.clicking on QR code and just does nothing,then go to do it online and it doesn’t connect to server,but on my phone on same Wi-Fi there is no problem
