@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@bt_uk Because BT don’t get things fixed when their broadband goes down. You seem to think it acceptable to leave a customer without broadband for over a MONTH & the customer has to speak to 43 people (& counting) & it’s STILL not fixed. 😡 Avoid BT dreadful service

@bt_uk - I keep getting the error code “VC086” and can’t get rid of it. I accept all cookies but to no avail. How can you assist? This is really poor when trying to watch a ufc event that had been long waited for.
