Having to watch Chorley v Derby with the the sound off. The fake crowd noise is always awful, but @btsport think the Chorley crowd would normally sound like an under 9s swimming gala 🙄

@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@bt_uk I explained all of this to your colleague via text and then voice calls , she very kindly pointed out that there was nothing wrong with the network and essentially I should turn it off then turn it on again . Only spend 1k a year with you so .......

@bt_uk we have been cut off from broadband since 14th Dec due to you switching our line without authorisation. Now being told by the ‘priority’ reconnection team that they can’t do anything until 11th January. Not acceptable. Please help.

@bt_uk I've joined BT, booked my installation date - weeks in advance. I've waited in all day (8-1pm timeslot), been on the phone to the for 1h8m, to witness a sly update to my account at 5:30pm that there's a problem. No contact as promised, no update from engineer, NO Internet?

@bt_uk I received several texts about what to do for the upcoming visit by an engineer. On the house phone. Have you tried to follow a link that's been read out by an automated system? It doesn't work... It said I needed to text back too. I don't see how that's possible.

@bt_uk so we're apparantley losing some channels in February...email links to our options which appear to be a new 24 month contract. No info about what channels were losing, no info about what happens if we do nothing. Very very poor BT

@bt_uk just spoke to BT to discuss prices as I am paying a premium price for average service, much more than their well-reviewed rivals. No joy so after > a decade I will have leave them. No reward for loyalty!
