    @bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

    @bt_uk Dropping out, multiple times a day . It started on 1st Jan after 14 days of stability from previous fix.

    @bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

    @bt_uk I’m in absolute bits. I’ve had terrible service from you, lies and the actual product is awful. I was missold. Was waiting for all my equipment which took me out of the ‘cooling off’ period by 1 WEEK! And I’m told I can’t cancel even though what you’re offering 1/2

    @btbusinesscare been without a phoneline for 3 days now and no 1 seems to be able to tell me why or rectify it on the 458975 times that I've called. No phones means less orders, which means less cash. I'm losing money. Absolutely disgusting way to treat long standing customers

    3/ Do you think it's OK to leave a couple in their 80s with multiple health problems without a means to call emergency services or their family? @MarcAllera Ripping out their @bt_uk copper line has caused no end of stress, anxiety and huge difficulty for my parents. Why did you?

    @bt_uk I thought I had 30 days for the TV service. I want to cancel the TV but keep broadband. What I was promised is not what I got. I’m told I’ve got to pay £300 to get out of my contract. I work for a council… recently just gotten over a huge mental breakdown and illness 2/3

    @bt_uk idea of customer service is to increase prices without notice and deal with complaints like an irritation. Time to move my broadband to @skytv
