@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

Having to watch Chorley v Derby with the the sound off. The fake crowd noise is always awful, but @btsport think the Chorley crowd would normally sound like an under 9s swimming gala 🙄

@btsport for god sake! Sort your camera men out! Camera is ****! Audio isn’t even working half the time! And the scoreboard has been missing the whole match! Terrible! No wonder sky get all the sports. Atleast they can run it properly.

@bt_uk My WiFi has been crashing every 10 minutes and at once we had no WiFi for around 7 hours. As we speak it is down again this is annoying when you got work to do

@btsport come on BT Sport, sort it out at the Seniors Darts, picture quality poor, sound quality poor, you can hardly hear the MC or match referee and score graphics non existent, not what we expect from BT Sport
