    @bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

    So for 4 days she's had no phone or internet. And it's only by chance that we were down this weekend. Credit where due, @bt_uk engineer (Dan) came out within 12hrs and has gotten it fixed, he explained what happened. But it shouldn't have. Complaint going in.

    @bt_uk my broadband went down at 11:45am and is still not working. I’ve lost almost 5 hours (and counting) of the working day. If I don’t work, I can’t bill for my time. How are you going to compensate me for this?

    @bt_uk I am very unwell at the moment and bt has me down as vulnerable Just realised now they charged me 22 pounds for late payment in august I was in hospital trying not to die is this a reasonable excuse for bt They have refused to refund me Probably not making enough money
