@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

  • breenster breenster & 🐶 (@breenster) reported from Wylam, England

@bt_uk Dropping out, multiple times a day . It started on 1st Jan after 14 days of stability from previous fix.

  • JonnyMiller5 Jonathan Miller (@JonnyMiller5) reported from Prudhoe, England

@BTCare @bt_uk again my WiFi has gone down. There has been no reports in my area and I have done everything the app has asked me to do. Can you please help

  • stevejacksonHN Steve Jackson (@stevejacksonHN) reported from Corbridge, England

@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

  • ij1971 Ian James (@ij1971) reported

@bt_uk This is the problem I have, it doesn’t show within the app. I’ve explained this previously, and it’s why I needed assurance it wouldn’t renew.

  • robobotbotbot Robo Bot (@robobotbotbot) reported

@bt_uk For the number in questions that lists (now two) "Broadband -- Current Service Issue". This is entirely the point I am trying to make; not a single clue as to what kind of fault this is. Just "Broken". How do I evaluate how to respond to an outage with that level of detail?

  • rosiejones665 Rosie 🐻 (@rosiejones665) reported from Birmingham, England

@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

  • InWoyWeTwust Andy S (@InWoyWeTwust) reported

@bt_uk I was hoping to have a ‘conversation’ rather than see answers to questions that may not have been the one I wanted to ask, very simply wanted to know which network provider you used with you 4g broadband ?

  • robobotbotbot Robo Bot (@robobotbotbot) reported

@bt_uk And the fix estimate just moves out about 12 hours every 8 hours.

  • gary4463150386 Gary (@gary4463150386) reported

@bt_uk Not really that unbreakable. BT wifi went down yesterday afternoon, daughter works from home. Wholly inconvenient. Did receive a temp mini hub this afternoon though so thanks for that 👍

  • sspriggy Simon Spriggs (@sspriggy) reported

@bt_uk /2 in summary BT, very very poor service for an elderly loyal customer of yours. Do you really expect them to a) change hub b) pair up old phones with new sockets c) connect all other devices they have (that make life easier for her) to a new wireless network ?? Get real guys!

  • InWoyWeTwust Andy S (@InWoyWeTwust) reported

@bt_uk is there an email address that I can contact as I have some questions about your 4g home broadband service

  • Jay__Macfarlane Jay Macfarlane (@Jay__Macfarlane) reported

@bt_uk Since that storm last night I have had 0.2mbps down from 40mbps, and my ping is constantly at more than 600ms. Any news on why? Has there been damage to something?
