@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

Honestly @bt_uk your open reach team have me at the end of my tether! Half a day unpaid and no engineer! Line test done and no phone call to ask what the issue is! A frayed connection is the problem and needs an internal visit! Now attempting the 3rd visit to see if we can 1/2

@bt_uk @MorganMarkF If its FTTP its probably locked to BT only to provide service so if your placing orders elsewhere Open reach will cancel them as they can only activate services supplied by BT into FTTP homes. Might want to check with the company who built the houses to who supplies the service

@bt_uk Why is it that when you were signing me up for fibre your response was quite good. Now that I’ve had no service for 5 weeks it’s appalling, slow, clueless and no sign of a fix. Nobody should trust you guys ever !
