@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

@SpannaD @bt_uk I had someone ringing me yesterday about a similar issue on my line claiming to be my ISP. When I asked who my ISP was they just said “I am”. Told them it was a scam and put the phone down on them. Could not tell me my name either, so their heart was not in it really.
