@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@bt_uk third night in a row trying to talk to my elderly parents with a dreadful, crackling line from there end!! During a global pandemic and the fact I haven’t actually seen them in a year telecommunication is supposed to be our saviour.Your service is woeful. Sort it out!!

@bt_uk Could you reconnect me with the Internet and phone signal as you promised to do over a week ago? I'm drifting apart from a lot of people. But I do enjoy my none essential journeys just to get phone signal to check that you have failed to deliver a promised update.

@bt_uk Our broadband was cancelled before set up and we weren’t notified. We only found out today by checking the online tracking when it was due to be set up yesterday. Very disappointed, please fix this ASAP
