@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

@RoseandWillow7 @bt_uk Yes, ours is with Sky, Sky said BT engineer was supposed to come out Friday. Still not working so having to grab whoever I can find to get random bits and pieces for us because we can't access anything online. Crazy
