@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

Having to watch Chorley v Derby with the the sound off. The fake crowd noise is always awful, but @btsport think the Chorley crowd would normally sound like an under 9s swimming gala 🙄

@BBCWatchdog Please investigate @bt_uk and their appalling attitude to fixing our Digital Voice landline. Been unable to receive calls for weeks & we have worried, elderly parents who cannot call us. A trail of broken promises and still taking our money. #CustomerService #bt

@bt_uk Joined BT weeks ago. Cannot receive landline calls. How many times do I have to report a problem with my landline before someone does something about it? Is there a magic number? Sick and tired of being fobbed off. #bt #CustomerService

@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

@bt_uk It was explained to me that my current Hub 4 isn't designed for copper lines and that anyone on a copper line is being offered a new smart hub, the new hub was apparently sent out when I phoned about my problems and the engineer was booked at the same time

On-going complaint with @SkyUK every call to them, and from them has been to my mobile. Now it’s escalated, they ring my landline (I’m at work). Then send me an email; they are closing the complaint because they can’t contact me… 🤔 @bt_uk you can expect a call soon.

@bt_uk As a new customer on your website, Halo package isn't an option, James. Also I can choose hybrid router too, and still end up with a cheaper tarrif. It's all getting very tedious, and to be honest James, I'm more inclined to go to EE instead. (yes I know)
