@bt_uk Joined BT weeks ago. Cannot receive landline calls. How many times do I have to report a problem with my landline before someone does something about it? Is there a magic number? Sick and tired of being fobbed off. #bt #CustomerService

Having to watch Chorley v Derby with the the sound off. The fake crowd noise is always awful, but @btsport think the Chorley crowd would normally sound like an under 9s swimming gala 🙄

@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

Guess what @bt_uk. Another member of your team promises to call us today about our ongoing landline problems, & another promise broken. That’s at least 5 people from your team who have over promised & never delivered. Shameless. #bbcwatchdog @BBCWatchdog

@BBCWatchdog Please investigate @bt_uk and their appalling attitude to fixing our Digital Voice landline. Been unable to receive calls for weeks & we have worried, elderly parents who cannot call us. A trail of broken promises and still taking our money. #CustomerService #bt

Absolutely shocking service from @bt_uk who take your money for full fibre broadband! The wifi signal is terrible, 2 BT engineers have confirmed it should be miles better, yet #BT now say they're not responsible for wifi speed once fibre is in property! Waste of money!!!

@bt_uk Yes and that does not fix it. it will happen with any device on the network. It specifically was a problem today with a win10 laptop that was brought back on site. But other devices/phones etc have done the same before. WPA2 auth works fine and it fails somewhere after this. 1/2

@bt_uk We have devices on both 2.4gz and 5gz bands. Doesn't seem to make a difference. A Few further restarts have not solved the issue either, and it seems that time isn't resolving the issue. Tried disconnecting the one thing that's working, still nothing else will connect. Very odd.
