    @bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

    @bt_uk Dropping out, multiple times a day . It started on 1st Jan after 14 days of stability from previous fix.

    @bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

    @bt_uk @andy_rostron @WeAreOpenreach How can anything be "discussed" with the case handler when the "direct contact" is via a text I can't reply to? I have been a BT customer for many years, even decades. This is how you reward loyalty. Time to move on.

    When you're working at home a reliable internet service is not optional it is essential. Our @BT_UK service been out again, this time since 06.48 this morning and no suggestion of back to today. Time for a change or are they all this bad? 🤔
