@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@HussainShafiei @bt_uk Hi – I’ve now heard back from Surrey Highways, who say: BT work is finished but after more investigation an emergency was reported in the same location last night. This has now also been repaired & our contractor has confirmed that the lights will be removed today. Thanks, Sally

@btbusinesscare I am very disappointed broadband speed. First you gave us a wrong date to start the service and second we are in a difficult situation because you did not notify the other service provider of the change. And also you sent one of the items in my order incorrectly.

@bt_uk Problem is that it's not the first time we're attempting redelivery. First hub ended up at the post office depot. Me not being around it, it can't be collected. This is the second hub order and delivery seem not to be able to act on simple instruction such as ring the neighbour.

@bt_uk We were told it would be 18th Dec, 12th Jan, 27th Jan & now 17th Feb at this rate we may be connected by Christmas!! Forgive the cynicism but so many promises of call backs & activation which never happen. We are now being charged from the 27th Jan for a service we don’t have

@btbusinesscare FairPlay what a epic fail. Broadband dropped again. Assure never worked. Spent 1 hour 12 minutes in the phone. To be tvsb told I’d get a call back in 10 mins whilst checks are still done. 1 hour later still no call. Rubbish service.

@bt_uk been waiting 6 weeks for TV and Broadband. I was told engineer would bring equipment (smart hub & you view box) today but he turned up without it saying it should have been delivered? I’m paying for this service!?
