@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

So my contract with @bt_uk broadband is finally coming to an end after they renewed my contract without my permission, failed DPA doing so, and constant drop out outs in service, and upload speeds that have literally halved over the past 2 year.

@virginmedia any red button app issues youtube BTSport red button crash tivo box had to power cycle box message installed new software all box settings have gone favs etc new message shows will not record error M59 connect to virgin servers done that still get shows wont record

@EE had one of your mini hubs sent to me through @bt_uk and it was brilliant. Unfortunately i woke up Sunday morning and no broadband. By the time i received it Monday my broadband was back. Bt want it back. If its goes down again the hub would already be with me without waiting
