@bt_uk think it’s pretty poor that you tell people their broadband can take up to 11:30pm to work when they move house. When exactly am I supposed to tel you, no it hasn’t worked, and now I cannot work from home. This was the whole reason I took YESTERDAY off 😤

Internet is fine all day, I go to stream and it cuts out 5 minutes in. @bt_uk your service is terrible and if I could afford to buy out the rest of my contract so I could switch providers I absolutely would
