@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@bt_uk The way you are rolling out your digital phone service defies intelligence, my mother was switched over overnight rendering her phone unusable, she was sent a rather incomprehensible e-mail with the subject "You're good to go".

@bt_uk this is aside from the main issue that not one of your selling agents told us we needed an aerial for the whole thing to work, which we don't have. We had two orders on our account due to BT's **** up, which means your terrible IT system cannot add an additional package

Finally managed @virginmedia today. Couldn't stand being with them any longer. Issue after issue. Had no internet for over a month. Moving to @bt_uk, hopefully they're better!

@btbusinesscare Still not resolved. Been given a date of 6th September which isn’t good enough. Got told it has been escalated and I would get a call back within 2 hours. That never happened so I chased it after 4 hours and got told I need to wait until tomorrow. Awful service
