@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@bt_uk Hi Luke! Umm, I don't know - basically our BT Wifi box is by the front door, and there's no way we can get a cable to the TV (two rooms away) We came across this solution but they're no longer available - so not sure what our options are? Thanks! Zoe

@bt_uk The devices in my network are working properly. It is your router that had a firmware update on the 7th of April that seems to have caused this. I am not alone in this issue.

Another day calling @bt_uk because a few months ago they spontaneously started charging me for a second internet connection for no reason. Lots of promises of it being resolved a month ago and nothing has changed. Worst company I've dealt with in the UK.

@bt_uk over 2 months, 2 engineer appointments and multiple calls to you as well as promised callbacks that never happen and still no internet. As new customers we are seriously questioning if it's worth continuing with you.

@bt_uk I was promised a month ago it would be dealt with. I was also promised I would be called and emailed about the issue. You did not. Now I've been sitting waiting on hold for half an hour trying to get through. I'm sick of this. Crap like this has been happening since I signed up.

Why is the @bt_uk website literally the worst website to use?? Tried to book my home move and they set it as the entirely wrong date. And now when I try and change the date the page just never loads. This happens when you try and do pretty much anything on their website!!

@ahdamnsoper @bt_uk Honestly, frightening. Poor girl felt the need to defend them I said don't worry I know you need to, it's these scumbags making the rules who need to answer though, not you.

@bt_uk I'm with @ThreeUK. Just thought you'd like to know about the calls so you can get them shut down. 👍🏻
