Stay away from @bt_uk for internet. I have to cancel my contract early as leaving my flat and they are charging me close to £260 for early cancellation.

Got a letter from @bt_uk today, monthly price is going up by over £10 a month and we’ll now pay £80+ a month! That’s what you get from 25+ yrs of loyalty. As a ‘new customer’ I’d only pay £35… WTAF?! #highwayrobbery #notatallhappy 🤬

OK. @btsport @btcareers Your User Experience for MMA fans is absolutely ABYSMAL. You need a complete re-design from scratch, it is so unbelievably anti-user and unfriendly, and obscures easy actions behind so many steps. Please hire to me fix this. Not joking.

So before I shoot my self in the foot I’m currently with both @bt_uk and @virginmedia made the decision to get rid of virgin however I can’t lie their broadband has been great one gig1 service but part of me thinks I should stay stop BT however virgin CS shocking BT speed is 350

I think it's absolutely disgusting that @bt_uk hold their customers ransom, especially during the cost of living crisis! Maybe if you had provided the service that was stated in the contract I would've stayed but as you didn't why would I?? Vermin!

A 14.4% increase in the broadband/phone bill from @bt_uk. You wouldn't have thought they'd just announced a £1.3bn profit. Just as bad as the energy companies. Criminal. Never again BT 🖕

Very short sighted and greedy of @btsport to put the #UFC286 on box office. This would have been a good chance for Leon Edwards to build his fan base but instead you want people to pay £20 for a guy no one really knows. #Fail
