@bt_uk Dropping out, multiple times a day . It started on 1st Jan after 14 days of stability from previous fix.

@bt_uk I'm visiting from the developing world where the internet is cheaper and faster. Pity my poor parents who have to pay for BT WiFi. Whole thing needs re-nationalising.

@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

@bt_uk working from home with broadband that never stays connected for more than 5 minutes at a time . So frustrating and was never an issue with previous provider.

@btbusinesscare We were 4th time lucky. An Engineer turned up yesterday & it took all of 15 minutes to fix. BT had patched a wrong port hence why our service was not live. I will DM you my refund claim ref number as I want all previous sums taken by BT to be credited to our account

Been without broadband for 8 days now @bt_uk .. 3rd engineer scheduled for yesterday who never turned up, another engineer scheduled for Thursday (that’ll be 10 days with no service) .. You know the fault is external, you know what’s required to fix - why is it taking so long?

@bt_uk can I arrange for someone to call me. You overcharged my account. No one answers calls on the helpline and the support via the chat box is useless (They said they'd call then later advised they're not allowed).
